Those who support Attorney Orly Taitz’s challenge to Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as President are being urged to protest peacefully at inauguration proceedings on January 21, (the MLK, Jr. holiday,) and in front of the Supreme Court itself on February 15th when Justices will decide the merits of the challenge. Those making this unnecessary plea seem to forget that conservatives are always peaceful, even when confronted with the most inexcusable of antics by the other side.
“Well done, Doctor and good luck,” says licensed private investigator Neil Sankey to Orly Taitz on her website. “I will walk there if necessary and if you need me,” he adds, offering his services during the upcoming Court conference. Along with private investigator Susan Daniels, Sankey generated a large public, social security database in a lengthy research project titled “List of Properties associated with Barack Obama and his family.” The powerhouse conservative blog Coach is Right posted the details of this story on April 10, 2011, writing: “Barack Obama reportedly has 27 different social security numbers under 21 different personal and/or familial name variations in 22 different states plus the District of Columbia.”
Though Sankey is hardly likely to be part of the Court proceedings, he speaks for countless Americans outraged that the executive authority of the United States has been usurped by an individual clearly unqualified to hold the nation’s highest office.
Harlem Pastor James David Manning is convinced that, “Character matters. Nobody talks about this…the fact that the Illinois State Bar ruled Obama is not fit to practice law and disbarred him!” Calling it beyond outrageous, Rev. Manning wonders how American citizens could allow the man to serve as President.
Beginning with the February 2012 ruling of Georgia judge Michael Malihi—a ruling based neither in law nor fact—Barack Obama has been carefully ushered through an extra-legal judicial process designed to keep him ensconced in the White House. State and federal law has been ignored and the Constitution thrown aside in perhaps the most disgraceful abuse of the public trust in the nation’s history.
A week ago, Florida Circuit Judge Kevin Carroll denied plaintiff Michael Voeltz’s challenge to Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility, setting aside Florida statute in the process! In fact, rather than deal with what he found to be some very inconvenient Florida law, the judge chose to base his decision on a movie script as he paraphrased a scene from Miracle on 34th Street: “The fictional Judge Henry X. Harper from New York declares this man to be president, this court will not dispute it,” ruled Carroll. The laws of the land, even the Constitution, have become objects of mockery and derision to those charged with holding such things in the highest regard.
On February 15th, the nine justices of the Supreme Court will decide if the Taitz challenge of Noonan et al v. Bowen may proceed. It was Chief Justice John Roberts himself who decided to afford the Court this opportunity to decide an issue summarily dismissed by other judges in lesser courts.
Right now, only people like Neil Sankey, Susan Daniels and David Manning appear interested in the law, the Constitution or the nation. We’ll see what the Court decides.

How is it remotely possible that the People that Obama “Supposedly” went to school with(the Hawaiian woman in the Article a few days ago) knew him as Barry!! But his Birth Certificate would say Barack?? They didn’t change their real Names to Islam Names back in 1961!! And even if his Parents were the FIRST ones to do it, they would have had to give his Real Birth Name for the Certificate!! Or when he went to College or Filed for his Social Security Number, he would have had to Use “Barry”, if that was his Real Name!! But everything he’s given for Proof says Barack Obama on it!! Re “Barry”—the explanation is a single word, a nickname. Barry was the nickname for Barack. Obama’s birth certificate, both the short form and the long form, says Barack. Unless he changed it legally, and he did not do so, it was and remains Barack, and the fact that he used a nickname does not affect the situation at all.

Simple. The birth certificate numbers were not in chronological order. That is shown by there being three sets of Birth Certificates found, Obama’s, those of the Nordkye twins, and another child who was born after them. The last child had the LOWEST number. So they were not in chronological order.
Obama’s draft card is indeed OBVIOUSLY rigged. That is because the birther who posted it rigged it. Get that? Obama never posted or released his draft card, a birther claims to have gotten it and then posted it.

The Connecticut SS number was caused by a data entry error. SS numbers were generated by the zip code of the applicant’s address. Obama’s address in Hawaii was in zip code 96814, and the zip code for Danbury, CT. is 06814.

Well, I do mean to be politically incorrect, but while I’m doing it, I want to be factually correct, so let me fix something in people’s mind.
The legal name of our Fraudulence-in-Chief isn’t “Sorento” and never has been.
I mean, does this unqualified, illegal, phony, lying, racist, bigot, half breed, foreign national, Muslim POTUS look Italian?
As a baby, the little bastid was legally adopted by an Indonesian government thug named Soetoro (nickname “Lolo”) who married the woman who’d whelped the kid, Stanley Ann Dunham. In so doing, Soetoro conferred upon our little red diaper baby the legal name Soebarkah (nickname “Barry”) and made him formally both a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia and a Muslim.
None of this can be disputed. There are records that our POTUS-With-An-Asterisk hasn’t been able to seal by Executive Order, including Stanley Ann’s Indonesian government passport information. Like lots of babies, little Soebarkah traveled on his mom’s passport until he got his own Indonesian travel documents.
That passport, by the way, is how our Kenyan Keynesian traveled to Pakistan in 1981. A private American citizen wasn’t allowed to enter Pakistan on a U.S. passport at that time. Indonesia (then as now) is the most populous Muslim country in the world.
When Stanley Ann mailed Barry back to live with her parents in Hawaii at the age of 10, the kid was “a good Muslim schoolboy” named Soebarkah who had lost his American citizenship by virtue of immigration to Indonesia and adoption by Soetoro.
No action was taken subsequently either to naturalize the kid as a U.S. citizen or to change his legal name back to “Barack Hussein Obama II,” so……..Yeah, he’s not only not a natural born citizen by virtue of his legal parentage (no matter where it’s argued that he’d been born) but he’s not a U.S. citizen at all.
And his legal name is still Soebarkah, nickname “Barry.”
His trashy mother was married a number of times and during one of those marriages the new man adopted Obama and made his name Barry Soetoro. This is why Obama lost is license to practice law in Illinois because he swore he had never used any other name than Barack Obama. He lied.
Obama’s mother was married twice, and Obama was never adopted nor was his name legally changed. Obama did not lose his law license; he gave it up voluntarily because if he had kept it he would have been required to perform Pro Bono work in Illinois.

Obama’s book, Dreams from My Father, says that he was born in Hawaii, as does his birth certificate, and the confirmation of the officials of both parties in Hawaii (including the former Republican governor) and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961, and the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley.

Answer. No men (or women either) in the FBI or formerly in the FBI have said anything about Obama’s birth certificate.
IN Fact, only birther “experts”–who have not shown that they are even experts, and who CERTAINLY have not shown that they are fair and impartial—have claimed that there is anything wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. Those are two reasons why Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review do not believe the birther analysts. And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Birthers claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.
The “born in Kenya” story is the height of the loony side of the birther movement. It is based on forgeries like that of Lucas D. Smith, and falsifications–such as the claim that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—when she actually said right on the same tape that he was born IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.
Lucas D. Smith, a convicted felon, claimed that he went to Kenya and got Obama’s birth certificate at a hospital in Mombasa. But Lucas D. Smith has constantly refused to show proof that he, Smith, had ever gone to Kenya. All that he would have to do would be to show a Kenya stamp on a page of a passport, but Lucas D. Smith has refused to do that, constantly, and he has also constantly refused to say why he will not show that proof. (Moreover, his “birth certificate” uses US date formats [month/day/year] and not the day/month/year format used in Kenya.)
Laying aside for a moment the overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, the evidence that Obama was NOT born in Kenya is also very strong. There were a grand total of 21 people who came to the USA from Kenya in 1961. Of these only seven were US citizens. And the birther myth has always been that Obama’s parents went there and returned by plane, but only one person came to the USA from Kenya in 1961 by plane and that person was, wait for it, NOT a US citizen. And Obama’s father did not go to Kenya in 1961 either (making it unlikely that his mother did, since travel late in pregnancy was rare, and even more rare without the husband going along). WND has proved with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961.
And the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story, and found that it was not true.

Obama has a Hawaii birth certificate that says that he was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital, and the officials of both parties in Hawaii have confirmed that fact. It is also confirmed by the birth announcement in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961, which were sent to the papers only by the DOH of Hawaii.
Obama’s birth announcement appeared in a section of the newspapers called Health Bureau Statistics. As the name indicates, and as the papers and the DOH also say, ONLY the DOH of Hawaii could send birth notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the paper. And the DOH only sent out those notices for children that it had issued birth certificates for, and in 1961 the DOH was not allowed to register the births of children who were not born in Hawaii.

Is that all? NO there is more.
Birthers allege that the Kenyan government has hidden all documents that prove that Obama’s mother went to Kenya. Well, that is possible, but not likely—such things tend to leak. But what about the US government? Did it hide its records too?
That is because, obviously, if a child were born in Kenya she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. We simply do not allow a child to be carried into the USA without some form of official document. (Except some are smuggled across the Mexican and Canadian borders, but Kenya does not have a land border with the USA.) And a US travel document, such as having Obama added to his mother’s US passport would have required an application for that document in the US consulate in Nairobi Kenya.
That application would have been filed in multiple files, and there would have been communication about it with Washington, so it would be difficult to be lost or scrapped. And the Bush Administration was in charge of the US State Department for eight years until early 2009, so they could have found it, and if they did they would surely have shown it, and they didn’t.
So, for the “born in Kenya” story to be true, both Kenya and the Bush Administration must be part of a plot. Hawaii too, of course, and that would include the former Republican governor of Hawaii, now running for the US Senate. And the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers that were placed by the DOH in the Hawaii newspapers (and only the DOH could put notices into the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers) in 1961 would have to be fraudulent too.
And, heck, Kenya is about ten thousand miles from Hawaii, and the idea that Obama’s parents had that kind of money or would spend it on a trip while Obama’s mother was late in pregnancy (which was very rare in those days) and take the risk of stillbirth and Yellow Fever (which was endemic in Kenya, and a Yellow Fever shot is bad during pregnancy) is nutty in the extreme.
The bottom line: There is no proof that Obama’s mother went to Kenya and it is highly unlikely that she did. The Kenyan government and Obama’s relatives both say that he was not born there. If he were born in Kenya there would have to be US government documents saying that his family applied for a passport or a visa, and there isn’t any. There is no INS check in for Obama or his mother (which would normally have taken place in New York, since there were no direct flights, and those files are not missing), and the birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of both parties and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers all show that he was born in Hawaii.

Re “evidence.” Roberts will not see it, nor will any member of the US Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is an appeals court, it NEVER considers evidence. It only rules on matters of law, and in the meeting that is scheduled the only thing that will be decided—as it will with hundreds of other cases scheduled for that meeting—is whether the US Supreme Court takes the case or not. Most likely it will not take the case, since it turns down 99.9% of all cases and since it has turned down 100% of birther cases so far.

1. Obama’s two official birth certificates, with the state seals on them. (The official physical copy of the long-form birth certificate was handed around in the White House press room, and one reporter said that she had felt the seal and took a photo of the document.
2. The confirmation of the facts on the two birth certificates (short form and long form)—-that Obama was born in Hawaii—by THREE Republican officials in Hawaii (including the former Republican governor, a friend of Saraah Palin’s) and several Democrats, and by the public Index Data file. The acceptance of the written confirmation of the facts on Obama’s birth certificate by the conservative secretary of state of Arizona.
3. The notices of Obama’s birth in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 that were sent to the papers “Health Bureau Statistics” section by the DOH of Hawaii—-and only the DOH could send those notices. (Also, the claim that the DOH could have been influenced by lying relatives turns out to be false because whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital, Hawaii insisted on a witness statement.)
4. The absence of a US travel document for Obama in 1961. Nor has there been an application for such a travel document found. (A child born in a foreign country would, of course, require either to be on his mother’s US passport or to receive a US visa on a foreign passport. Either of which would have had to have been done IN a US consulate in that foreign country, and the application for that document would still exist, and would have been found by the Bush Administration during the eight years in which it was in charge of the US State Department, but they didn’t.)
5. The teacher, who recalls being told of Obama’s birth in Hawaii in Kapiolani Hospital in 1961 and writing home about it (about the birth to a woman named Stanley to her father, also named Stanley).
6. Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was BORN IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview (Hartford Courant) that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.

Answer, the officials in Hawaii have said that the birth certificate is in their files and that is the officials of BOTH parties, so unless Obama in 2007 (which is when he got the short form) was able to forge a birth certificate and slip it into the files, there was one there all along. That is the one that the clerk used to generate the short form birth certificate, which is the official birth certificate of Hawaii. Yes, it is computer generated. It is SUPPOSED to be computer-generated. That is how the short-form birth certificates work.

(1) Kapiolani Hospital already has twice confirmed that Obama was born there. I do not post for you, but for any rational person who may be visiting this site and seeking to see the facts. In order to post the facts, it was necessary to copy and paste the citations.
For Obama to have been born outside of the USA, Obama’s parents would have had to have:
(1) traveled to Kenya or some other country late in pregnancy at high risk and high expense (particularly to Kenya); (And the government of Kenya now says that it has investigated, and that it never happened.)
(2) got the child back to the USA without either a visa or his being entered on his mother’s US passport (which would have had to have happened in Kenya or any other country, and would be easy to find) and slipped the child past the US immigration officials who check documents or somehow had the files of the document and the applications for the document all sealed. And since there were few direct flights from foreign countries to Hawaii, those records would be in the INS files in New York or some other city—and they have not been lost;
(3) lied about the place of birth (which is also unlikely because when you have done something interesting like give birth in a foreign country you generally boast about it. And it is also unnecessary to lie since for all purposes but the presidency a naturalized child is as good as a natural born one);
(4) gotten away with the lie despite evidence that Hawaii demanded witness statements whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital;
(5) or, if not (4) then got three Republican officials and several Democrat officials in Hawaii to LIE about the fact that the original birth certificate in Obama’s files verifies that he was born in Hawaii. And the same for the public Index Data file and the same in 1961 for the birth notices sent to the papers by the DOH (and only the DOH could send those notices) or in 2008 or before forged all of the several microfilm versions of those notices and inserted them into the separate files for the two newspapers in the exact right order with all the other stories—and in 2008 Obama was only a junior senator from Illinois.
(6) gotten the teacher who claims to have been told about “Stanley had a baby” to her father, named Stanley, and writing home about it to make up that lie—and in fact found a teacher with a father named Stanley to do it.

Nothing, no BC can ever make him natural born either. The BC is a distraction AWAY from Constitutional Law. Obama, most possibly is a US citizen, but what he definitely is, and by his own admission too (posted on his own website in 08) is a DUAL CITIZEN!!! Therefore he is ineligible!! The only foreign born Presidents (citizen only or dual) were the “founding” Presidents, allowed by the Grandfather Clause in Article II. The GF Clause was for Presidental eligiblity of citizens around during the time of signing of the Constitution ONLY (very few natural born citizens existed) and has long ago lapsed. Obama’s father was a Kenyan national (ruled by Great Britain at the time of Obama’s birth), he never immigrated here, ever, he was a foreign exchange student. Obama is a dual citizen with Great Britain by birth through his father. Dual citizens have the same “citizen” ONLY status as ANYONE who becomes a citizen through the 14th amendment (Law), immigrants, dual citizens and anchor babies and not naturally by birth ( US parents and born on US soil). The same rules that apply to immigrants in terms of Presidential eligibility apply to Obama both are citizens via the 14th anmendment. Why it is so easy to for most to understasnd why an new US citizen immigrant would not be eligible for the Presidency but difficult for many to imagine a Dual citizen being ineligible?? Who know? Well, if you are reasoning, a reasoning person, then you should be able to answer the following questions (Rational people visiting this site will notice if you do not answer):
Questions for those who continue to believe that Obama was born outside of the USA.
I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?
All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election.
Well, they never did. There is no such file.
So the question is, do you think that the Bush Administration was part of the plot?
Do you think that the files, the documents, the application for the documents, the communications about the documents were all lost or hidden? Remember, they are in multiple files, the file of the passport holder, the files of applications for passports, the files in the US embassy in foreign countries, the files in the State Department and those in the INS (which would have checked in Obama at an entry point if he had actually traveled in 1961)––and yet no document has been found. Why not?

That was caused by a mistake by the publicist who read that Obamas’ father (who has the same name as his son), was born in Kenya. She admitted to the mistake. And it WAS a mistake. Only 21 people came to the USA from Kenya in 1961 and of them only ONE came on a plane, and the Kenyan government has said that it investigated and that Obama was NOT born in Kenya. I have read the book, and he never said that he was born in Kenya. Nor did he say so in any of his speeches, although there are FORGED videos that claim to show that he said it. Obama did spend several years in Indonesia, but he was born in Hawaii, and not in Kenya, and it is truly nutty to think that he was born in Kenya. (And it is just as nutty to believe forged videos that claim that he said that he was born in Kenya.)

Answer: Videos can be forged, and this one was forged. I have even seen the video of the speech Obama gave before the words “born in Kenya were inserted.” It is a forged video.
And you still have to be nutty, and apparently you are, to believe the “born in Kenya story.” Once again, THE KENYAN GOVERNMENT SAYS THAT OBAMA WAS NOT BORN THERE. The Hawaiian government says that he was born in Hawaii. The “born in Kenya” story is the height of the loony side of the birther movement. It is based on forgeries like that of Lucas D. Smith (which is the one that you show), and falsifications––such as the claim that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—-when she actually said right on the same tape that he was born IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.
Lucas D. Smith, a convicted felon, claimed that he went to Kenya and got Obama’s birth certificate at a hospital in Mombasa. But Lucas D. Smith has constantly refused to show proof that he, Smith, had ever gone to Kenya. All that he would have to do would be to show a Kenya stamp on a page of a passport, but Lucas D. Smith has refused to do that, constantly, and he has also constantly refused to say why he will not show that proof. (Moreover, his “birth certificate” uses US date formats [month/day/year] and not the day/month/year format used in Kenya.)
Laying aside for a moment the overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, the evidence that Obama was NOT born in Kenya is also very strong. There were a grand total of 21 people who came to the USA from Kenya in 1961. Of these only seven were US citizens. And the birther myth has always been that Obama’s parents went there and returned by plane, but only one person came to the USA from Kenya in 1961 by plane and that person was, wait for it, NOT a US citizen. And Obama’s father did not go to Kenya in 1961 either (making it unlikely that his mother did, since travel late in pregnancy was rare, and even more rare without the husband going along). Birthers allege that the Kenyan government has hidden all documents that prove that Obama’s mother went to Kenya. Well, that is possible, but not likely—such things tend to leak. But what about the US government? Did it hide its records too?
That is because, obviously, if a child were born in Kenya she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. We simply do not allow a child to be carried into the USA without some form of official document. (Except some are smuggled across the Mexican and Canadian borders, but Kenya does not have a land border with the USA.) And a US travel document, such as having Obama added to his mother’s US passport would have required an application for that document in the US consulate in Nairobi Kenya.
That application would have been filed in multiple files, and there would have been communication about it with Washington, so it would be difficult to be lost or scrapped. And the Bush Administration was in charge of the US State Department for eight years until early 2009, so they could have found it, and if they did they would surely have shown it, and they didn’t.
So, for the “born in Kenya” story to be true, both Kenya and the Bush Administration must be part of a plot. Hawaii too, of course, and that would include the former Republican governor of Hawaii, now running for the US Senate. And the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers that were placed by the DOH in the Hawaii newspapers (and only the DOH could put notices into the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers) in 1961 would have to be fraudulent too.
And, heck, Kenya is about ten thousand miles from Hawaii, and the idea that Obama’s parents had that kind of money or would spend it on a trip while Obama’s mother was late in pregnancy (which was very rare in those days) and take the risk of stillbirth and Yellow Fever (which was endemic in Kenya, and a Yellow Fever shot is bad during pregnancy) is nutty in the extreme.
The bottom line: There is no proof that Obama’s mother went to Kenya and it is highly unlikely that she did. The Kenyan government and Obama’s relatives both say that he was not born there. If he were born in Kenya there would have to be US government documents saying that his family applied for a passport or a visa, and there isn’t any. There is no INS check in for Obama or his mother (which would normally have taken place in New York, since there were no direct flights, and those files are not missing), and the birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of both parties and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers all show that he was born in Hawaii.

They have not shown that they are even experts, much less fair and impartial. And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

The fact that birthers claim that it is false is well understood to be caused by the fact that people who hate Obama make claims against him for their own motives. Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.

Dream on. 65 million rational people voted for Obama on November 6. And, of course, he really was born in Hawaii, as his birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties and the Index Data and the birth notices in the newspapers and the teacher who wrote home all show.
On Monday, January 21, Obama will be sworn in in the public Inaugural Ceremony—his second Inauguration. Not one single member of Congress objected to the vote count, not one single member of the Electoral College changed her or his vote to vote against Obama or for a third-party candidate or not to vote.
Obama received all 332 votes that he won in the general election. That is because not one elector, and not one member of Congress believes either that (1) Obama was born in a foreign country or (2) the nutty political theory that two citizen parents are required to be a Natural Born Citizen when the US Supreme Court has ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth.

FYI……I have no reason to turn on my TV on 01/21 except for Jeopardy. Jan. 21, 2013 will be a very sad day for me. Because we have the Chief Justice, John Roberts, who will swear in a man who has not been vetted, has not had a background check, ineligibile, unqualified, illegal, phony, lying, racist, bigot, half breed, bi-sexual, foreign national, Muslim who violated the war powers act, immigration law, refused to enforce existing law, used the EPA to usurp power over Congress, decided HE and not the Supreme Court would decide on the Constitutionality of existing law, abused the recess appointment process, set up a shadow cabinet of unvetted czars, declared over 900 executive orders, some that have set up a framework for a dictatorship, and has publicly flaunted his power in declaring he will continue to go around Congress as he sees fit, sending planes and tanks to Israel’s enemies, dislikes Jews and Christians and is against everything we stand for. I do not understand how Chief Justice John Roberts can allow this unless his loved ones have been threatened. I have a feeling Obama will be sworn in in private so he can put his hand on the Quran. John Roberts is ignoring OUR Constitution which he swore to uphold!!
