Like I have been trying to tell people, WE ARE NOT UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION. We are under the US CODE and UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE.
That Dictates EVERYTHING that happens in the US VIA Regulations, and Unconstitutional Government Agencies.
It’s ALL Unconstitutional, and the FED Bankers are the ones who have developed the US Code and the Regulations it passes on us, vis the FEDS Mouthpiece, and that is EVERY Sitting President we have had since Abraham Lincoln, but most specifically, all presidents since the late 1940′s has had the power of a Dictator, but has been playing the game so the US People would not find out about it.
ALL of Congress and ALL of Senate. are EMPLOYEES of the FED, NOT the US Constituents. They quickly learn when they go to DC, Just Exactly what the NEW RULES REALLY ARE, and none of them include the Constitution or Bill of rights, unless someone is trying to finish destroying it, as they do every day.
You see, those Congress critters and Senate who try to pass Bills that Modify or Change what the Constitution says, KNOW FULL WELL what they are doing, and WHY They have such power to do exactly that, even if they know it’s UN Constitutional, which happens to be ILLEGAL, and Punishable by TREASON Charges.

I know just how frustrated you are my friend. I too have been trying to get people to understand the facts of your post. I am delighted to see someone else has done the research to find out what can only explain our elected officials behavior and why they have ignored us so for years.
Thanks for that pat on the shoulder. For too long now I have felt mostly all alone in my efforts to explain to people who have for the most part, All of their lives believed that we were living in a Constitutional America, where Rule of LAW meant something. Unfortunatly, the only kind of Law we have is COLOR of Law backed by Unlimited Regulations. What part of Unlimited Regulations do these people feel to be Constitutional.
And for those who still don’t get it, NONE OF The Government Agencies, and I do mean NONE of them are Constitutional, except for the US Marshall. FBI, CIA, NSA, Men in Black, You name them, they are NOT Constitutional. US Marshall, State Marshall, and County Sheriff. There may be one or two I forgot, but I’m not too far from it.
Let me clairify something I said above. The ONLY US Police Agencies that are Legal in the Constitution are US Marshall and his Sworn Deputies.

I’m a Searcher, so I have been trying to find the common link so to speak, of all that is happening in the US and World, and the FED is the only Problem I can find. Them and ALL the Banking Cartels.

American troops would never fire on Americans? History is replete with cases of ordinary people turning on their fellows when it comes down to a choice between survival and doing the right thing. Imagine a financial collapse – the dollar is now worthless. The stores have been cleaned out and those without the foresight to prepare are begging or rioting in the streets. And the only people who are getting three squares and the shelter of an occupation that continues to be supported are law enforcement, the military and bureaucrats. They will be asked to do things they find objectionable, like confiscating weapons from their neighbors. And a few of them will die trying, but most won’t risk their jobs over a principle. A family’s gotta eat, right? The cases where gun confiscation erupt into violence will be portrayed as fringe lunatics “going off” without cause. And soon people will realize the futility of resistance and resign themselves to keeping under the radar at best.
American military firing on Americans? Sure they would, no problem for the most part. They did it in 1861-65. And they did it at Kent State in May of 1970.
Today it would be easier than in those days gone by. Military has been dumbed down more and soldiers more indoctrinated. The politicians have been on a steady path towards Marxism and the take all, mad dog strategy. They are simply too arrogant and egotistical to use common judgement. They now think power, military or otherwise is the answer to everything in order their utopia be created. Actually I can see them doing the opposite of retreating from such a confiscation when it begins. I see them stiffening their resolve with every attempt citizens takes to keep their firearms and defend themselves. First, Kent State (25,000 students) was a mish-mash of clerks-insurance salesmen-teachers-bar owners-farmer reservists firing on anti-establishment communists.
The group they confronted, linked to SDS, had already trashed downtown Kent breaking plate glass windows, looting, and assaulting responding police. They had wreaked havoc on campus setting fire to the Army ROTC barracks-building….then attacking the firemen and their equipment who came to extinguish the blaze.
On May 4th this malicious crowd had cornered the Reservists against an 8′chain link fence and were stoning them. 4 people died as a direct result.
As for ‘We the People’ marching on WashDC I do believe most of the ‘boots’ responding would refuse to fire upon citizens who, they would realize, were not seeking to overthrow the Constitutional government of the USofA but to RESTORE IT…..to overthrow the internal coup d’etat.
(many in the military detest their Commander-in-Chief / thus the thousands of ‘lost’ absentee ballots in the last pseudo-election).

But it does led to this, a statement I’ve been making public for awhile.
I no longer accept the titles and degrees awarded man through colleges and universities when it comes to the Liberal Arts. I can only acknowledge such titles if they are through the sciences.
I have ruffled many feathers on the Internet and in public by outright denying another’s claim to titles such as in education, history, philosophy, theology, political science….etc…. If they claim it, claiming they have such a degree, I simply say, No you don’t, you didn’t earn that degree honestly. Of course they ask why I say this which gives me the opportunity to crap off on the whole public educational system, from pre-school through universities. I tell the system is designed to train people to be good Marxists, not to ask real questions, but simply to follow along. People are not taught to think for themselves but instead they are taught to memorize the official line. Socialization is taught from pre-school through the last class you take at any university.
While those people can still claim authority, it is YOUR right and decision to have the final say in what YOU believe and accept. Likewise you can accept any person and their man ordained titles IF you see and think they earned it, and shows credibility as being knowledgeable to you. And you can give such credit to anyone regardless to their higher education.
There is much more to having a education and title saying you achieved certain status according to some government ordained program. Anyone can memorize dates, places, names…etc…. and recite quotes. It is MORE important that a person claiming higher knowledge also have the ability to discern what he has read. This also means the person MUST have the morals, wisdom, judgement, moral fortitude and commonsense to separate and explain to others less knowledgeable what the results and consequences of past actions that have been documented and studied will be if not properly addressed. ALL the public institutions have miserably failed concerning this. They have and teach no morals, how to develop wisdom, nor can they be an example showing moral fortitude showing any commonsense.

If you are not separated here is what WILL happen. You’ll have some type of armed conflict over control of the country and government. One side will win and the odds are it will be Marxists. It seems that if we don’t so much worry about the government and work to help one another we should fare well. The government paves our roads and gives the poor a military opportunity after high school and the schools and a lot of other things but what make this country great is the people. We need to make an effort to assist one another, keep an eye out for weirdos in the neighborhood and sound the alarm in case of fire or disorder. If the states divide the roads are going to go to crap. One of the things I love about America are the wide open lanes on the wide open road. I love this country and have no fear of the government. The only fear I do have is voicing my opinions in public and being shot by some gun nut who thinks I don’t have a right to exist.

What you see and think the government does better than the states are things that should not be addressed by any government to begin with. The government should not be bankrolling NASA and undertakings that can be privately done by business. The federal government is not to be in business to dictate morals with a self-righteous attitude, as this only gives them the excuse to have enemies and excuses to attack. And certain employees makes huge sums of money from doing this very thing. The federal government is not in business to improve your technological life. The federal government is not in business to dictate your life to you in any way.
If there is any one area that the federal government has an advantage over any state it is in the combined capabilities of the military and this is a two edged sword. Fore the federal government can use this military against its’ own states, the very states that formed the federal government. A week or so ago Congress passed the coming year’s defense budget. It was 633 BILLION dollars. This is almost equal to ALL the world’s countries COMBINED! It is past ridicules, it is past asinine. How many planes, ships, tanks and nuclear bombs does it take to feel safe? In reality the federal government has CREATED wars just to satisfy its’ need for money and power, and from you! How much aid to other countries actually benefit the united states? It’s coming out in your taxes which are illegally taken from you under the color of the law to begin with!
The federal government was created by the states, in order that they have ONE common representative in the world as well as a moderator between disagreeing states! AND THAT IS ALL FOLKS! The federal government did NOT create the states! What states that were added, were added by consensus among ALL involved parties.

Most people, or shall I say, most conservatives in general see something is terribly wrong
with the country today, but they blame everything but the right things. One of the top comments I get from people is we are not patriotic enough, or that people such as myself is unpatriotic because I do not vote. People does not know what true patriotism is any more, and I doubt if many of you reading this does either. So to clear up some confusion, I am going to give you the order of where you are too place your allegiance and patriotism.
We hear people complain about the government and how it has lost touch with the people. I am told, VOTE, be patriotic, do your duty. I ask; What is my duty; to vote? Honestly, do you ever see this changing anything? Has anything in the federal government changed for the better in your lifetime? You dad’s lifetime? His dad’s lifetime? The question is; What are you gonna do about it?
The following bears worth repeating. People are so dumbed down they have little or no idea how or where they are to place their allegiance and patriotism. They don’t have a clue as to the order, with most everyone thinking or acting as if the federal government is all there is to follow and place their allegiance and patriotism in. They think they can take a tyrannical government and correct it simply by voting, which is what they equate to patriotism. Or they think joining the military, fighting and dying is being patriotic. Nothing could be further from the truth as I tried to explain to others at a blog(here earlier) who accused me of being unpatriotic and unAmerican because I would not fight to restore DC and their form of pseudo “conservative” government. I have been told to leave the united states if it was not worth fighting for. Here is what I posted back. Keep in mind that people in general does not know their order allegiance, so you have to remind them… Your allegiance is NOT to the federal government, that is a lie you’ve been indoctrinated into accepting in order that the federal government may have a free reign to go to war anywhere it likes and to pass whatever laws unto you that it deems necessary for its’ safety, NOT yours!

My state of North Carolina is worth fighting for. That is my home and my country! Your state is worth fighting for, as that is your home and country! Patriotism originally comes from the Greek meaning inheritor of my father’s land. (Or very similarly stated.) Specifically; What and where is your father’s land? How did he get it and how did he pass it to you? Your father’s land originally was the state, which is also the country he lived in. He did not originally live in Washington DC, but in the state he called home. This was completely true and accepted until Lincoln’s War changed this thinking with reconstruction. (The whole nation was reconstructed, not just the South.) The union and federal government is NOT worth fighting for. The united states is NOT my home nor my country! It is merely a representative of our many countries, our many states.
The order in which one *supposed* is to show honor and respect is as follows.
1-God
2-Family
3-Friends and neighbors
4-Neighborhood or locality or community
5-Area region
6-State (State and country is dependent upon structure.)
7-Country
8-Nation
9-Government (Government would apply in place of No. 8 if a nation did not exist.)
Notice I did NOT add religious denominations, but religion is to be understood to be
the Christian religion including Catholicism.–NOT Mormonism or Judaism or such..
Neither is a part of Christianity.
Note: the above is a general order according to the structure of a geographic location that would end up being a nation. A nation is simply a geographical area that includes a people with like minds, philosophies, religion, culture and heritage. There can be deviations but the overall effect is that the vast majority of people holds these same or similar ideals.Note the similarity as stated in the Declaration of Independence from Great Britain, “We hold these truths to be self-evident…..” As a nation all people *supposed* to accept this basis as their basis of national unity. Sadly this does not exist today. Just about as many people denies the Christian morals this country was built upon today as accepts them! This makes for DIVIDED nation!
Note: The order is correct but there can be additions when properly placed, or there can
be certain omissions when need be, but the order remains the same in accordance to
importance. Good government is ruled from the bottom up, not from the top down, and your allegiance should be in like order.
Note: The government is nothing more than the will of a unified people, doing their bidding
on a larger scale, before the countries and nations of the world. This is also why the Federal Government *supposed* to be an agent of the states, of which the states are
representative countries. This is also why the STATES has the Inalienable Right to secede.
Note: A country by itself is not necessarily a nation, but it can an independent country with all the rules, laws and government of a nation when independent of national status. A nation is merely several states with a central government representing them.
I owe NO allegiance to any nation or government that does not fully recognize my Sovereignty and right to self-determination. There is no way humanly possible, short of conflict that I can make a national government recognize my Inalienable Rights if they choose to ignore them. I cannot accept and defend a nation who denies me my faith and right to practice it in a peaceful and dignified manner. This is what the Federal Government in Washington DC has chosen to do. I owe them and such people as those that place their allegiance in the Federal Government NOTHING! I owe you nothing because you are part of the problem, if you are in standing with a degenerate nation and federal government in DC! The federal government is far past the point of ever correcting its’ wrongs, its’ usurpation of our Inalienable Rights, our states and countries. I ask you; Who has benefited from this?

Great to hear you say there is no difference. A politician is a politician. Not just in the US but worldwide! No one trusts them we only tolerate them. At one point I was so discouraged that I almost became one but the things I would have to say and do made me realized I would rather be homeless than hollow.
To make America strong we need to help one another. Assist where we can and take care of those we love. You may like guns, I may not but if you need could use some help painting your house or putting on a new roof I’d be happy to help. (I do like guns but honestly they are a hobby I can’t afford at this point.)

I don’t like the evil in any person, and politicians are about all evil.
As for likes and dislike and tolerances. I’ll keep my firearms and I won’t ask you to help me with anything. I will NOT be a burden on the system, my friends and fellow countrymen (countrymen are those that believe as I do. The rest are NOT my countrymen.)
At this point to make America strong it must be divided. The states must separate and realign, if they choose to do so, under different guidelines. I’ve already pointed out the differences, two opposing philosophies and ideologies. At this point in history the two sides are moving further apart, NOT closer together and this shift will continue, all the while making more tensions and frustrations among the two opposing sides. People need not be at each others throats if they separate. Now it is like a forced marriage and has been since Lincoln brought the shotguns to the wedding! End this mess and let each state go its’ own way so it may better be determined by local people of each state how they prefer to live.
You do not need the federal government to provide you roads and infrastructure in order to have a good infrastructure. The money originally belonged ot the states and the states are best capable to provide for themselves without the federal government. The federal government ONLY causes bureaucracy and resentment among many people, with the tow opposing sides leading the way. More detailed is the fact that there many dozens of groups each wanting its’ own independence and individuality separate from the federal government. In the process people will again have the ability to determine their own future without regards to people 3000 miles away who believes and lives entirely different lifestyles. Neither will be a burden on the other. As for the military, all of you, practically every last person here has been propagandized by the militarism of the usa. Everyone has been led to believe you need all this military by being scared by the politicians who leads you to believe there is a commie behind every rock. The problem is they are the commies wanting you to pay for them to enhance their military in order that they can project their power onto you. The US military budget was recently passed at app. 633 billion dollars. This is roughly the equivalent of the rest of ALL the world’s countries COMBINED, save 3 or 4. Now you tell me; who is over stating the military? Who is being led to believe you need so much military? And just look at what it is getting you; The NDAA, the Patriot Act, all your calls and Internet messaging read. You have drones flying over in surveillance of the public, including you! You are declared enemies of the state (I can show you the law.) You have the military survey given at 29Palms(I have the survey). And YOU think I need the federal government? That’s why we are NOT countrymen!

Hey Truthiness, I remember that administration messing everything up. They killed over 1M Iraqi people, tapped all our phones tortured people using methods we brought Japanese officials to trial for. Those war criminals will never be tried. Their election was rigged as probably these last couple have been. This 2 party system is ridiculous. I remember opposing the Iraq war and being called a traitor. This guy should have done something to prevent the 4 deaths in Egypt but the last group killed over 1M.

America’s crisis is a deep moral/spiritual/ethical crisis. If we continue to believe that the answwers to what ails this nation is a strong military, a strong economy with a strong dollar alone, then we are not seeing the real identifiable problem. We are a nation that has turned our back on our Creator-Sustainer, the Lord Himself. I am all for protecting and maintaining all of our Constitution, and all of the bill of rights, and all of the amendments, don’t doubt it. At the same time, I am not blind, no far from it, that America’s good fortune for the last 237 or so years, has not been because of a governmental system that was built on the elements of personal rights to property, pusuit of happiness, and a small government that is policed by the people. America”s greatness came about because the men and women who brought this form of government together, were acutely aware of the need for the hand of God to be with the effort that they made.
Today, America is far removed from this spiritual awareness that our founders, and the few following generations of Americans had. The evidence is overwhelming to point out how completely we have booted God our of our public and private lives. It is going to take much much more than recovering our economy and building a military that can withstand any agressor’s assults. Our crisis won’t be stayed because we might become the world’s leader again as we were before. The final outcome of America’s plight will be determined by the Benevolence of the One Who gave his favor to a generation of people who worked to found a nation, that honored and acknowledged the Creator of all things. America, if we truly care for our nation’s future, we will all, everyone of us, turn our hearts to Almighty God again. We will all repent of our sins. We will all seek His favor again, as we all show the results of our national repentance in every one of our lives. I saw a bill board several years ago which said: “NO GOD, NO PEACE. KNOW GOD, KNOW PEACE”. That is exactly right. If America wants peace, we must all KNOW GOD again.
