A giggling Onyango Obama — the president’s illegal alien half uncle — made a brief appearance in Framingham District Court today on charges he was drunk when he nearly struck an unmarked police cruiser last month.
Obama, 67, was visibly amused at the media spectacle, stifling laughter several times before his 30-second court appearance where a judge set a Nov. 17 pre-trial conference.
Obama did not acknowledge a Herald reporter’s question upon arrival at Framingham District Court and neither he nor his lawyer made any comment on his way out where they were followed to the parking lot by a horde of media.
His attorney, P. Scott Bratton, did, however, tell the Herald that Obama, who has been living illegally in the United States for nearly 20 years, has returned to work at Conti Liquors in Framingham.
“He has. He’s doing well,” Bratton said.

How did the illegal alien uncle of Obama , obtain a VALID Social Security card? If the illegals, can obtain them so easily then what good will the E-Verify bill do? Obama's brother, a Kenyan resident also has a valid Social Security card. Where are checks and balances in the verification process the Social Security administration is required to follow. This doesn't begin to address the issue of Obama's aunt Zuni who was on living in public housing and living on the dole in Massachusetts, while some USA citizens are living on the streets.
Obama's social security number is not legal and all off congress and the senate know it. They also know he committed fraud, forgery and treason along with other crimes.. Governor Patrick of Massachusetts, will not allow illegal aliens to be questioned when arrested. How can a Government official refuse to uphold Federal law. OH, I forgot he is following the lead of Attorney General Holder, Homeland security head Janet Naplitano and the USA president. I have a close friend serving 12 years in prison for having a wreck with another car driven by a drunk. It was his first offence. The judge said he deserved the punishment because he should have known better. That is just another case of idiot judges having almost unlimited power. I would bet money that this illegal alian will be put back on the street (American Street) to be free to do the same thing again. And because he is a muslim like obama and kin he and obama's aunt will go right on living here at the tax payers expence and peril.
