PRINCETON, N.J., June 2 (UPI) – The percentage of U.S. residents who believe God created human beings less than 10,000 years ago has changed little in the past 30 years, a Gallup poll says.
In a report Friday, the Gallup organization said 46 percent held that view in the most recent poll. In 1982, when Gallup first asked the question, the percentage was 44 percent and the average over the years has been 45 percent.
The poll was conducted for USA Today.
Almost one-third, 32 percent, said humans have evolved over millions of years with divine guidance, down from an average of 37 percent. Another 15 percent say that evolution took place without God’s guidance.

Creation started in Genesis 1……several thousands of years before Adam and Eve….Approx 250 thousand years, was the stone age…..if Adam and Eve were the first, where did Cain find a wife?…the fact is Adam and Eve had Cain and Able ..Cain was banned to the land of nod, then they had Seth….it was approx a hundred before they had anymore children…..Cain was married to a women in nod, before Seth was born…..it is in the book and preachers won’t preach it that way……that is why we have over 3000 different churches in this country and all interpet the bible in different instead of following the words…..as you probably know this week a church down south found out that playing w/snakes is not good….
People need to turn back to God if it’s only 50%. People need to research the truth instead of believing all the lies/propaganda in our public schools and in our lying lamestream media. Our government, city, county, state and federal. lie to us every day and especially during election years. People should be awake by now. They’ve been warned a long time ago, but the waring fell on deaf ears. Now, we’re in a moral, economic and constitutional crisis we’ve never seen before. They only reason ‘evil’ is triumphant is because too many good people do nothing. Of course, God crated man in His own image and likeness.
