A police chief in Gilberton, Pennsylvania, a small burough in Schuylkill County with a population of only 867 people, is proposing a ’2nd Amendment Preservation’ Ordinance that he plans to present to the city council during its January 24, 2013 meeting.

Naysayer. Really? What makes you think Obama will not strike it down? BHO does not care about Congress, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Supreme Court, nor we the people.When BHO was running for POTUS in 2007 I made a post that not only will Obama win; but he would reamin in office in 2013 no matter who ran against him. At that time I was called a naysayer and a few other adjectives. I have no problem stating what I believe.
Here is another of my perdictions: I think BHO He has the money and power backing to will remain in office until his big money string pulling puppet masters are finished with him. Then he will somehow be eliminated. So copy this post and save it so you can rub my nose it IF I am wrong!
Obumass and others like him can only do as much wrong as we allow him, hence the very reason the Constitution and the Bill of Rights exists! Why do you think they are trying so desperately to dismiss them, and dismiss them they will, but ONLY if WE allow it! Again, the very reason for the Second Amendment! When reason fails, fear will always rule, but do not forget, that works both ways!
Interesting. We the people have called, emailed and faxed expressing our outrage about the crimes and acts of treason and yet all have been ignored and swept under the rug. BHO will be inaugured on Jan 21 2013. Then I am sure Obama will let the people know he is our supreme ruler and dicktator. If we the people have all this power why is he still in office. I can assure you if he was a Republican he would be in Gitmno! Here is list of his acts of treason we the people have complained about.
1. Perpetrating acts of fraud, perjury and conspiracy in his refusal to confirm his lawful eligibility to serve as president under the U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 1, constituting impeachable offenses of high crimes and misdemeanors adumbrated in U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 4;
2. Surrendering sovereign U.S. war-making to foreign powers and international authorities by attacking
Libya without consulting Congress, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article 1, Section 8Â and U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 33:1541-1548;
3. Accepting foreign title and office while acting as U.S. President and without consulting Congress when in 2009, Obama assumed the Chairmanship of the UN Security Council, the international body responsible for declaring war on behalf of the UN, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9;
4. Making bribery attempts in word and in deed, as Obama administration offered bribes to at least three Federal candidates for office: Joe Sestak, Andrew Romanoff and Jim Matheson, in violation of U.S. Code Title 18, Section 201;
5. Defying a Federal Court Order by refusing to halt the unconstitutional implementation of the “Patient Healthcare and Affordable Care Act of 2010, popularly known as “ObamaCare,” in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and Article III, Sections 1 & 2;
6. Defying a Federal Court Order by refusing to grant lawful deep water drilling permits, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and Article III, Sections 1 & 2;
7. Executive Branch creation and implementation of regulations asserting unconstitutional force of
Federal law on matters explicitly rejected by or contrary to the will and intent of Congress, specifically the EPA implementation of Cap and Trade, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 1 and Section 8;
8. Refusing to secure our broken borders from illegal alien invasion, international criminal incursion, and terrorist cadre penetration, in violation of U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 3 and Article IV, Section 4;
9. Executive Branch malfeasance and impeding the administration of justice by preventing the U.S.
Department of Justice from investigating crimes committed for the direct benefit of the President by presidential associates including: voter intimidationat the hands of the New Black Panthers and ACORN election fraud, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and U.S. Criminal Code Section 135,

10. Direct mobilizing and funding of mob violence, sedition and insurrection,as witnessed in Wisconsin, by the President’s own reelection campaign group Organizing for America, and including open statements of incitement to the insurrection by the President himself, in violation of U.S.Penal Code, Chapter 115, Section 2383;
11. Executive Branch usurpation of lawmaking powers voiding duly enacted legislation of Congress by improperly preventing the U.S. Department of Justice from defending established Federal law – specifically the Defense ofMarriage Act, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3;
12. Adhering to the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort, as witnessed by consorting with, supporting and installing to powerful Federal positions persons who in writing, word and deed have called for and promoted the overthrow of America’s constitutionally guaranteed Republican form of government, and the overthrow of the United States Constitution; including, but not limited to William Ayers, Bernadette Dohrn, Cass Sunstein, John Holdren, Dalia Mogahed, Harold Koh, and Eric Holder, in violation of U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section IV and U.S. Penal Code, Section 2385.
Everyone in the country who has seen or heard of this chiefs position and proposition that he will bring forth to his town counsel meeting on the 24th. of January needs to physically support him at that meeting! Here is a chance to bring\force national coverage to THEE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE OF THE DAY by showing up at that meeting en mass, and I mean by the thousands, to let these would be dictators know that we, as a whole people and citizenry of America, support the Constitution and Bill of Rights and ESPECIALLY the FIRST and SECOND AMENDMENTS as written and upheld by virtue of their truth, against the many challenges in previous acts of sedition to dishonor them. If anyone can, they indeed should be at that meeting peacefully waving our banners and flags in support of this brave hero and freedom fighter! I will, and I will do my best to gather as many other patriots as possible to join me there. Please pass this on and join in the fight to save our country in this most positive and effective way! The police,military, and the people in DC all take an oath to up hold the constitution of THESE UNITED STATES from enemys demestic and abroad. We are now in a war to up hold that same Constitution against the man (I use that term loosley) in the Whitehouse, OUR Whitehouse.
Good for him! Every police chief across the US should take note and stand up for what is right and proper concerning our Constitution! It makes me proud to be an American when I see such patriotic stances such as this! I am sharing this with all my friends and I hope you do too!!
