In your introductory line you wrote: “You know, Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney are making an awful lot of promises to conservatives. I just hope they take these promises with a grain of salt.” I’m not sure which box you’ll mark on the ballot, but it seems you assume that anything a politician says is simply hot air. When can we expect your name on a state or federal election ballot.
We had all better hope that not only Americans gain enough support in both chambers of Congress to not only get the pipeline rolling, but the shale oil as well as off-shore production opportunities opened up with real expediency.
While I agree with you Daniel in what I see to be your possible intent to encourage others to develop critical listening/thinking skills (something sorely lacking in 98% of our population) I must challenge you brashness of your opener. Do you really believe that in today’s news-a-second electronic age that John Q & Jane Doe (at least the awake voters with care and respect for America’s original charter) are that mentally reduced that you have to tell us what is what?
Go spend some face-to-face time convincing people to consider all the facts, don’t suggest covertly that we’ve all been “dumbed down” while you set comfortably at a keyboard. We all have our opinions and you’re receiving one of mine in the here and now.
Day one…Approve Keystone, Kill all of obama’s executive orders, begin eliminating obamacare,make bush tax cuts permanent..I’m sure there are others.
