The answer is simple, judge a man by his actions and not by his words. Celebrating Ramadan and denouncing Christian values clearly shows what his beliefs really are. Wake up America it will soon be too late if he is allowed to remain in power.
Mr. Jeremiah is a heretic and not worth listening to, even if he is telling the truth. He, and all Protestants who have ripped the Body of Christ to shreds and live in disobedience to the Church which Jesus Christ established upon the Apostles, are the problem because God does not bless rebellion. Show me anywhere in scripture where rebellion against God’s established order is blessed.
If America wants blessing, it must repent from its Protestant heresies and roots and submit to the governance of God through the Church which He established as the only legitimate spiritual authority over mankind.

Show me anywhere in scripture where rebellion against God’s established order is blessed: Ephesians 6:11-13 “Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotism, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the WORLD RULERS of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].” Will this do?
God’s established order is blessed, yes but first find out what you are talking about. He gave man a choice between life and death so that desolation’s can be determined–Some will go to HELL!
IrishEddieOHara – You should reread the Book of Jeremiah over and understand that God does not want anyone to follow the ways of unrighteous leaders.
What a wonderful message! Now if every person that will be voting would judge the person they’re voting for by his actions we would have nothing to worry about.
It’s so sad to know that will not happen. I have agonized over this for so long now, I am ready to turn it over to God, that way I will know what ever happens will be what is supposed to be at this time in history.

Irish Ed. I understand your Roman Catholic allegiance, but as a retired Protestant minister and also well aquainted with the need of reformation in the 16th century, I find your comment amusing. Why? Because even the Vatican has come to affirm many, though not all, of the tenants of the Protestanism.
I am equally amused by your leaving our the Orthodox faithful of the East. The Orthodox Churches are the first and primary custodians of the Christian Faith. The split between the West and the East occurred
in 1054 A.D.
I suggest you read widely including a good history of Christianity. I think it will ease your fears of Classical Protestantism, not the often wishy-washy liberals in some of the major American Protestant demoninations.
David Jeremiah is a biblical expositor of the first order. There are others who do the same.

This Pastor’s message was awesome!! This message should be shown in every Church in America. Those of you who spew filth out of your comments obviously did not HEAR his message…it struck fear in the darkest recesses of those who hate the message of Salvation.

What touched me and brought tears to my eyes was the outpouring of support for Dr. Billy Graham’s message!! How wonderful that God has blessed this message to go forth to those who will help to decide this election!! This ad cannot be missed. The message is there for all Christians and even people of principle… in a full page ad that ALL will see. I am Billy Graham…and I approve this message. Mitt Romney is a man who has made no secret of who he is and his belief system, and i think is a good person,loves his country,his family,and due to his background as a leader and a businessman is as qualified to run this country as any before him, i will vote for him ! however, as a christian myself ,my belief is in every stated doctrine the christian religion stands for, i’m not a very book smart man, but i have read and researched other religions and they’re beliefs. as much as our country needs a man with a strong faith in christianity, mormonisim , by doctrine, is no more a christian religion than jehovahs wintness’s, seventh day adventist or even islam…this is not a slam on mormonisim, or you, but you should really read,and research what the christian doctrine is, and then compare,all the while praying to God, in the name of his Son for a understanding of His Word…

Wow! Just, WOW! I was raised that we were supposed to keep a separation of church and state. It seems that that is what this whole election keeps bouncing back to! I will say this straight out. I do not like Romney nor Obama. I don’t want to be president but I am wondering if this girl here could do a better job. I try not to interrupt, I do my best not to insult or mudslinging because I don’t like saying sorry but I will if I am wrong.
But really, I am seeing things posted here and there about why I should vote for a Mormon. Just because someone is baptized a Mormon does not make them perfect. I know enough of them and know, HEY FOLKS THEY ARE HUMAN AND THEY ARE NOT PERFECT! Now this Obama character. I don’t care what anyone says, he still has not shared his REAL birth certificate and he has many skeletons in his closet that I think people just got bored or distracted with too many other big issues to continue to pursue those issues. Name dropping, I am associated with this person…so what, he is a smart person, does that rub off? My partner is pretty damned brilliant, he can read things and retain them, me I have to read it two and three times and if I am lucky, I just might remember. I hate it because my daughter fills in the blanks…yeah she is another that can remember things too. I guess that makes me smart!
My point is that someone should not be running off of someone else merits, but what they can personally do according to what they have done.
I don’t want to hear this preacher telling me that by not voting I am part of the problem. So vote for the lesser…evil? So I have two methods of killing you here. I can shoot you with this gun and ammo that might do the trick if I shoot you in your head. Or I can hang you with this torn up rope that holds about 150 lbs. What are you about 175? There is a 75% chance this rope will hang you and you will die. That would be the end of it. Or you can choose the gun. We haven’t shot it off in over 15 years, hasn’t been stored properly nor has it been cleaned. The ammo was not stored properly either. Not sure of your odds there. But if you don’t choose, you are failing society!

I say that the churches need to stay out of this! I say that you should vote if there is someone you honestly can live with lending your name to. If there is no one you believe in, then your vote would be a lie! That is the way I view it. And screw all those who say I can move to another country. I was born and raised here. And if you were wrong and know you are wrong, would you be able to accept it? When someone writes a letter or book who determines the truth of that book? the writer or the reader?
You are right name calling is pointless, labeling is important, if someone is a liar about (anything) lets say (money) then we should make it clear to any other partys involved in the transaction he has been known lie about money. We do the same with saying he is a good guy or using passive persuasion.

OK, I could see, through your response, where you would be really upset with my response. Separation of church and state… what I mean is that matters of the church is not supposed to dictate how a state is ran. Now, I am not an idiot. I know that this is how it is ran. When a person comes into office, their set of values come in with them. If they are strong in a church or have had a strong church influence in their past, that comes to play when they come into office. The idea of keeping them separate, I had been taught that you are supposed to keep them apart. Reality check, they don’t, we don’t. That does not matter in how I see that I believe it should be ran. This would/should mean that even if I hate another religion and what they stand for, I should be able to function in my position and help someone from that religion without a blink of an eye if I were to find out their religious back ground. Downside is that if I were doing that, they could take advantage of it. But I think more specifically what was bothering me is seeing that people were complaining about Obama with a large helping of …OMG! He is a Muslim! Wake up folks! He was a Muslim nearly four years ago when he was voted/selected in for the position of presidency! Now I am seeing many people saying that we should all vote for Romney on the basis that he is NOT a Muslim and that he is a Mormon! How does that work? Not too long ago the government was hunting down the Mormons and trying to exterminate them and now that is a winning point? Church and State… Maybe it is off, but I am getting sick of hearing it. I am sure that it plays a roll in it but if Obama was such a Muslim, why are we still helping the Jewish community and Michelle allowed to go shopping all over the world? Her outfits are not Muslim standard issue either. Just saying…

You do not need to educate me on the media. That was my first choice in college to study. After my first semester, I decided the only thing that was more corrupt than the media was the government! God forbid I should write an article that was upbeat and I checked all my facts more than once. I went so far as to show the article to the company that I was reporting on and they said everything was accurate and they could barely wait to see it come out.! Then my editor got a hold of it! She twisted it into a story that was more of a “It’s about time they got things done and even then, is it going to be done right?” kind of story! I know, that is journalism, but I was honest and accurate. When she re-wrote it, she had information in there that was off the top of her head that was NOT truthful and I nearly was taken to court over it. I do not trust the media on a whole.
As for the churches using their pulpits to push their own political agendas or personal goals regarding legal laws coming up, there are ways of doing it without saying that you are talking about prop ### or in this election if you want this you better vote for this guy over here.
I don’t want a sermon from a politician and I don’t want a filibuster from my religious leader. More specifically, I have gone to a church where they made it all too clear who to vote for and I had someone else in mind. When it was found out that I was not voting for the party line politician, I was treated rudely. I think that, along with other Big reasons, I will not go back to churches and I am fast coming to the point that I feel voting is a joke. I have worked the polls in the prescient and I know how they handled things were not legal and when it was reported, it was swept under the rug.
