Parents are pulling their children out of the government schools. This is happening across the USA.
In city after city, enrollment is declining. This is not a recent development. It has been going on for a half a decade. It has taken place in half of the nation’s largest districts.
The trend looks irreversible.
As the Web offers better programs free of charge, the public schools cannot compete. The inner city schools are catastrophic. They are getting worse. As whites and Asians flee the cities, the inner-city schools get worse.
The tax base shrinks. The teachers union demands more pay and smaller classes. The city governments are trapped. Solution: cut programs, fire teachers, and enlarge classes back to (horror!) 1959′s 33 students.

At one time in our Nations History the Unions served a purpose. Then the lazy bullies found that by taking over the unions they could make the members pay more and more dues and they could coerce the public into paying more and more, especially the teachers unions. Well guess what? The money is running out, the students are not learning, there is way too much violence in the school systems and federal government interference. Matter of fact the federal government is a big part of the problem because they pay huge stipends of up to 500 dollars per month to families of students in special education especially in Behavior Disorder. If the teacher determines that the student is doing well enough to put them in a regular classroom the parents then do not give that student their ritalin and when they appear in school again they are bouncing off the wall. That is another problem, too many students on drugs.
Parents do not want to give up that stipend, especially if the family has 4 or 5 students in the program.
Those lazy bullies you refer to are called communist….that’s their MO.
Two BIG reasons are, they don’t want their children being introduced to homosexuality, plus they don’t want their kids having to learn to speak Arabic. And, as a grandparent, I know we’re tired of the political brainwashing they subject our kids to. Plus a lot of teachers are totally out of control with the way they treat the kids, the verbal abuse they subject them to, if that particular student doesn’t line up with their political correctness agenda. Parents are tired of being told that their children are NOT subject to the parents’ wishes, or rules, but the school system is in control of that, along with our rotten to the core, government & big unions.
Parents are seen as “abnormal”, if they don’t promote and practice homosexuality (sodomy), child rape, and pedastry. Every man must have a catamite(a young boy who he is grooming), and every woman must be a lesbian (and attempting to groom every young girl into “girl on girl action”). That’s whats being taught in the schools these days – forget math, English, science, physics, biology or any ambitions to go to a ‘normal’ university. Obama wants education to be a freak show.
This doesn’t surprise me and I’m wondering if it’s also due to the great dvd that came out ….a documentary titled, “Indoctrination….Public Schools and the Decline of Christianity in America” by a Scotsman named Colin Gunn who is married to a Texan. He homeschools his own children and advises other parents to do the same. It is an excellent film and should be watched by everyone with school kids. Personally, if my children were still in school, I’d yank them out too in a heart beat. The disgusting state of the American public school system is a blight on this society and is truly indoctrinating our children. I honestly wonder how long God is going to linger before He brings His wrath down on this nation as He did Sodom and Gomorrah.
My daughters never went to public school. –They were home schooled. They are both now in grad school, in science. Home schooling REALLY works!
