Anyone could be lurking behind those veils, including a terrorist.
The security efforts at airports are completely worthless if we cannot positively ID people as they climb on a plane. Why have no fly lists and other useless security measures if political correctness keeps the rules from being applied to all?

and Non-Partisan part. The voter can only vote in one of the parties and on the Non-Partisan
part of the ballot in a Primary Election, but can split the vote on a ballot in a General Election.
The voter votes for one candidate in each section unless otherwise stated. The votes are
then tallied, and the candidate from each party with the most votes becomes the candidate
for his/her party in the General Election, which will be held on November 2, 2010.

If we all refused to board an airplane where no proper individual identification is made, maybe the airlines would start to think twice about it; but how would we know unless we stand at the gate and watch? I live in England, and not long ago a Muslim man wanted by the British for questioning about terrorist activities "slipped" out of the country dressed as a woman. Everyboday says to me, but there are very nice, perfectly normal "moderate" Muslims. Of course, those "perfectly normal moderate Muslims" never make a public condemnation of their non-moderate Muslim brothers; my question is, how moderate will any of them be when the Muslim population outnumbers the non-Muslims, which will happen in about 15 years, given the comparative birth rates.

They are merely analogous to Christians who attend church every Sunday but never place a dime in the collection plate; they confer no legitimacy whatsoever to their religion: that is, no more than the Muslims who ignore their scriptures and decline to kill. The mere fact that Muslims HAVE such scriptures and claim loyalty to them guarantees that at some point they are perilously UNSTABLE. That is an unacceptable situation to condone in our society.

I used to fly alot more and believe me I have seen many security breaches. I sat in bulkhead where you cannot have any bags stored at your feet…..I had my big tote bag by my feet under my coat the whole 2 hr trip. Where were the all-seeing attendants? WOW!

I worked for United Airlines at Dulles Airport for 20yrs and after 9/11 anyone who was of the Caucasian skin tone was harassed when trying to get from the main terminal to mid-filed terminal. They were especially hard on us employees, they took anything they thought was a weapon from our lunch boxes including our silverware! And who did this, those f(*&$%^ towel heads did, they are employed by TSA and allow their own kind through security without a second glance.
