On January 3, 2013, PANDA launched Operation Homeland Liberty. The goal of this operation is to stop the indefinite detention provisions of the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) in all 50 states across America by December 31st, 2013.
We are launching this effort for two main reasons. Firstly, we now have the network and resources necessary to push back against this encroachment by the Federal government. The Tenth Amendment Center, Patriot Coalition, Freedom Outpost, the Western Center For Journalism, and We Are 1776, among others, are assisting us in restoring the Constitution nationwide.
Secondly, we are running against the clock. Even though the courageous efforts from the plaintiffs in Hedges v. Obama have elicited one ruling that the NDAA is unconstitutional, the civil liberties score of the 2nd Circuit Court of appeals and the Supreme Court leave little chance that ruling will be upheld in the higher courts. Odds are the NDAA will be ruled Constitutional by 2014.
If the NDAA is declared Constitutional before there is a major stand from the states, it will then be extremely difficult to restore the rights usurped by this legislation. Very few County Commissioners, City Councilmen, State Representatives, and Sheriffs will take a stand against the NDAA once it has been declared Constitutional.
Because we are running against this clock and now have the network to combat this tyrannical law, we launched Operation Homeland Liberty. We are kicking off this operation in Wood County, OH on January 15th, 2013 @9:15 am in the Wood County Courthouse.

The American people need to know which two Senator’s were responsible for putting together the National Defense Authorization Act. Similar to most Bill’s that are submitted it Congress, the NDAA had many good and valid points, however once again, similar to most Bill introduced into Congress, it also had a number of points designed to be slipped under the rug, and used at the appropriate time, like the many points throughout Obama-Care, that keep coming to light.
Senator John McCain, RINO, and Democrat Carl Levine co-authored the NDAA, one might wonder why someone that was imprisoned against his will, as was McCain, why he would co-author some legislation to imprison American citizens, without due process, or any form of legal representation?
Because he is a psycological mess. He cracked up along time ago. In addition he has his hands stuck in the till so far that he won’t let go. All’s he/they have now is the illusion of power. They have lost their souls and believe in their fantasy…The Emperor Has No Clothes… obomba is sick with narcissism and several other psychological illness among them is that basically he needs to destroy US because he thinks we are the silly fools that he thinks he sees.Maybe in Chicago or DC but not in the America I grew up in. Not in the many places in America I traveled to and lived in. I don’t know what countries obomba grew up in or how many drunk old men he hung around listening to their communist rantings. Check if your Congressman and Senator voted for this and call them, write them, e-mail them. My Congressman voted for it and to this day defends it and says it doesn’t say what we know it does. One Senator voted for it and one didn’t. Sounds good but not so… no vote was because it wasn’t strong enough. Go figure! Our county signed a resolution against it. Hope this group is successful. Perhaps we should all support them!
