Barack Hussein Obama, using eight different names, has failed to meet eligibility requirements for the office of U.S. President according to a 19 point challenge alleging he was born in Kenya to a Kenyan citizen and a teenage mother not old enough to convey U.S. citizenship. Democrat Attorney Philip J. Berg, who filed his challenge to the nomination petition with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth on February 23, doubts in Argument 13 that “Obama ever held Natural Born Citizenship status.”
Centering on the NBC clause, Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5, the eligibility challenge states that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack Hussein Soetoro, is “not a Natural Born Citizen as defined by the U.S, Constitution. Furthermore, Obama was “born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, (and) at the time of his birth his mother was only 18 years old and not old enough to confer U.S. NBC status to him.”
The native born PA attorney is bringing transparency to the Obama eligibility problem for which media pundits and liberal politicians have ridiculed birthers for even bringing up. Berg’s argumentation point 3 says (BHO) was “born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province,’ to a father who was a Kenyan citizen, and to a mother “not old enough and did not reside in the U.S. long enough to register the Candidate’s birth in Hawaii as a NBC. Berg cites five different case law applications here and further says the law applied to overseas births must be in effect at the time of the birth in question. He cites Marquez-Marques aka Moreno v. Gonzales. 455F.3rd 548 (5th Circuit 2006) and the Runnett v. Shultz 901 F.2d 782,783 (9th Cir. 1990) to further support his challenge.
The eight different names cited are Barack Hussein Obama; Barack Hussein Soetoro; Barack H. Obama; Barack Hussein Soetoro; Barry H. Obama; Barry H. Soetoro; Barry Hussein Obama; Barry Hussein Soetoro.
Now, nearly one half of the Obama candidacy challenge has to do with his adoption by Lolo Soetoro when his mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama married and moved to the police state of Indonesia. When a male Indonesian citizen adopts or “acknowledges a child as his son,” that child is deemed to be Indonesian because the country does not allow dual citizenship status. The U.S. law neither allows dual citizenship nor intervention according to the l930 Hague Convention protocols. A main exhibit to the challenge presents school records of Obama-Soetoro who holds the burden of proof for being eligible to appear on the PA primary election ballot. Dramatic testimony of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother who stated in Swahili she was present at his birth also is entered into the challenge document and provides further cause. Berg’s official challenge is a project funded by the U.S. Justice Foundation whose executive director Gary Kreep is serving as co-counsel. The concluding analysis of this monumental legal keystone in the state whose very symbol is the crown arch can be found in the statement of Obama’s grandmother Sarah Obama who was “very adamant that Soetoro was born in Kenya!”

There is more than enough evidence that this man in the White House is not entitled to be there, but he is and that makes it a very difficult task to seek to remove him from office. The Impeachment process can be started, but even if Impaeached and found guilty, by trial in the Senate, it takes 2/3rds of the Seantors to remove him from office. Since the democrats control the Senate, the chnces of that happening are slim and none. The only sure way to rid ourselves of this cancer, is to VOTE against him in November.
Well whoever this impostor is it’s most likely the powers behind his fake throne will manage to keep the status quo. Only ,,,We the people,, in a concerted effort could bring about justice. If only the news media could be brought to bear for how they’ve helped this usurper remain in office. But as ” Dark_Archer says: It may be a lost cause. 1. Back in 1961 people of color were called ‘Negroes’. So how can the Obama birth certificate state he is ‘African-American’ when the term wasn’t even used at that time?
2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama’s birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama’s birth, it also shows that his father is age 25 years old and that Obama’s father was born in “Kenya, East Africa”. This wouldn’t seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama’s birth and 27 years after his father’s birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “British East Africa Protectorate”.
3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”. This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called “KauiKeolani Children’s Hospital” and “Kapi’olani Maternity Home”, respectively. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
Why hasn’t this been discussed in the major media?????

In 1961, it was the British Protectorate of Kenya. The Father was born there. On December 14, 1964 those people of the region declared it the Republic of Kenya after one-year to the day that Great Britain gave them freedom.
Therefore “African-American” or “Black” or “Moon Doggy” just don’t slice it true.
2. Kenya in 1963 did not exist as a Country but were Free of Great Britain. The Republic of Kenya was declared such on December 14, 1964.
3. Obama was born at the Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya
At least that is what is showing on my certified copy of his CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH, Certificate No. 32018.
He was 7 pounds, 1 ounce; 18 inches in Length; and 6 inches Wide between Shoulders.
Attending Doctor and Supervisor signed the certificate. It includes a baby footprint.
I have yet to read any Obama or Lawyer for saying this is a forgery.
I do not understand how he can have all his records sealed. The congress has really gone to the dogs this time. Allowing the election of an unknown person of unknown qualifications who claims allegience to the UN and not the US. Congress should be all over this instead of sitting on its lazy ass. FACT
1. The Father of Obama was born in the British Protectorate of Kenya. There was no country called Kenya until the Republic of Kenya was declared by the People of same on December 14, 1964 one year to the day after Great Britain gave them freedom.
2. It was an “alleged fact” (and it may be true for 1961) that an Agreement between the United States and Great Britain was that any child born in the British Protectorate of Kenya when the Mother was 19 years or older would be an American Citizen, but a Mother who was less than 19 years old makes the Child a British Citizen.
Obama’s Mother was born November 29, 1942 and Mister Obama himself born August 4, 1961. Ergo his Mother was only 18 years old. That makes Obama 100% British from that perspective. All the natives of the region, including the Father of Obama, were to inherit Kenyan Citizenship on December 14, 1964 when they declared it the Republic of Kenya. I have no idea what Obama’s Mother would have been, perhaps still an American Citizen. But what is an Obama sitting in the Oval Office today?

I don’t understand those hanging signs as depicted in this article challenging Obama to show his real Certificate of Birth when it has little to do with the Eligibility Requirement.
Sure if one proves he is not an American Citizen, fine – then he should be removed immediately.
However …………., the operative words are “natural born citizen”. That means he had to have a Birth-Mother that was an American Citizen when born, and a Birth-Father that also was an American Citizen when born.
He fails that test because of his Father being a foreigner.
