A Circuit Court has decided that Florida election law applies to everyone but Barack Hussein Obama. In response to a suit brought by Florida resident and Democrat Party member Michael Voeltz challenging Obama’s eligibility to the Florida ballot, Circuit Court Judge Terry Lewis ruled that Florida election law “…is not applicable to the nomination of a candidate for Office of President of the United States.” This means that the Florida Statute which says, “the… nomination of any person to office…may be contested in the circuit court…by any elector or any taxpayer…” is null and void when it comes to Mr. Obama’s nomination to the presidency.
“If the plaintiff was challenging the candidate’s eligibility for any other office, his analysis would be correct and [the law] would apply,” said Lewis of Voeltz’s suit. However, according to the Judge, “…Political parties determine their [presidential] nominee at a national convention pursuant to rules that the parties draft and approve…” In short, Mr. Voeltz’s contest of Barack Obama’s eligibility will NEVER be permitted in a Florida court; for voters do not nominate the president, political parties do in balloon filled convention halls! With this ruling, Lewis has spared Barack Obama the necessity of having to prove his eligibility for office as no Florida voter will have the right to question it, the language of the state’s election law notwithstanding!
Lewis also passed judgment on the natural born citizen challenge of plaintiff Voeltz, ruling that as Barack Obama is a citizen of the United States, he is also a NATURAL BORN citizen and therefore meets that constitutional requirement. “The judge equated being a ‘citizen’ with a ‘natural born citizen’ and cited no authority to conclude the two terms are the same,” exclaimed a stunned Larry Klayman, the attorney who handled the suit for Mr. Voeltz.
Perhaps the most remarkable of Lewis’ contentions was his statement that “it is the plaintiff’s burden…to allege and prove that a candidate is not eligible.” For the judge did not allow Klayman the right of discovery–the right to subpoena Obama for proof of his eligibility! “How can you say we have the burden of proof, then not allow discovery?” Klayman asked. “He says we have burden, but doesn’t allow us to meet it.”
Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch, went on to say “The decision issued today by Judge Terry Lewis was poorly reasoned and written.” “It goes against prior Florida Supreme Court precedent in particular, thus making our chances on appeal great.”
The bias and lack of honor displayed during the past year by the American legal system represents not only a threat to the Constitution, but to the continued existence of the Republic. When citizens mistrust the integrity of the court, they lose faith in their right to expect and receive justice. Klayman said “…if the Florida courts ultimately decide to obey their own election law, we will prevail in the end.” Unfortunately, ignoring both the law and the Constitution has become standard fare for the nation’s judges. Mr. Klayman may need a miracle if he expects the law to be fairly applied in his client’s appeal.

When a judge rules against the rule of law there is no recourse but for the citizens of our country to remove the crooked judge from the bench and he be giving the atitude adjustment he needs and the chance to adhere to the law of the Constitution and the laws of our country. We must have read two completely different articles. As I understand the situation, a federal judge overturned a state law, which is perfectly fine by the Constitution. However, those who have grievances with (and a stake in) the decision are always allowed to appeal it.

It seems pretty clear by now that our court system is no longer lawful. I would be surprised if the same were not also true of the executive and legislative branches. Our federal government and many state governments no longer represent the interests of the people and should be disbanded immediately.

Not only does he not know what the definition of “Natural Born Citizen”, he doesn’t even know how to interpret the phrase. It was put in the Constitution for a reason. The Founders actually did everything for a reason, if the lame brained people sitting on the bench today can’t figure out how to tie their shoes and have to rely on Velcro.
It doesn’t take a lawyer to understand what a moron Judge Terry Lewis is. This case does show, however, that judges and presidents, congressmen and senators, aren’t deities. They are just humans, looking at the world with biases and prejudices like anyone else.
Unfortunately, we can’t impeach every judge who renders a stupid decision based on his personal bias instead of the law. Should Lewis even be a judge? No. Never. But he is a judge and that’s reality. There is no utopian system and people like Lewis and Obama and Holder and Pelosi are, more’s the pity, ensconced in their positions until they are removed (hopefully by legal means).
I’m afraid that when we have corrupt Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government, the only solution We the People have left is the Second Amendment solution. Let’s roll. Time to hit the Reset button.

2) After approximately 3 months US Senate experience this unknown senator Obama becomes a candidate for US president against an “unbeatable” Hillary Clinton.
3) With only one state election campaign behind him this Obama raises a record amount of money that puts the most experienced political fundraisers in history to shame (in both parties)
4) No presidential candidate in history has been less vetted than Obama
5) John McCain’s eligibility was challenged but Obama’s more doubtful eligibility was not challenged.
6) The press treated Obama like a movie star or sports idol.
7) Any negatives accidentally found were explained away by the press. He could have been a member of the new political third ‘Press Party”
8) Obama was called a great speaker but has not made one real great speech and has been given credit for many.
9) There is nothing in the past of “no accomplishment Obama”, that we know of that justifies this blind support or adorative behavior.
10) Who else has received a Nobel prize for doing nothing?
11) Never has a more mysterious person, with a hidden past, been proposed as a presidential candidate.
12) Never has anyone been a presidential candidate when his citizenship was unclear.
13) Never has a president been able to lie to the public like Obama and get away with even 1% of it
14) Never has a president been able to trample our laws and constitution and get away with it
15) Never has a president done so little for the benefit of our country.
16) Never has a president been forced to claim credit for every little thing (that he might have read in the paper) because he has accomplished nothing.
17) Never have the US courts come up with ruling that nobody grasps except that they do support Obama

I haven’t had time to read most of the above comments for this article, but they seem similar to comments for other similar articles. As many have tried challenging Obama’s eligibility to appear on a State’s election ballot, we have all been frustrated that every judge finds that Obama ‘qualifies’ to appear on the ballots–and it seems he is above the law.
From this and other State challenges and decisions, I checked Arizona’s Election Statutes. I don’t know if Arizona’s Election Statutes are written as a result of and according to national Elections Laws, but AZ Election Statutes ELIMINATE the possibility of ANY challenge to a Presidential Preference Nominee, even though all other elected officials, both state and federal, are subject to eligibility qualification challenges. It seems that the political parties have complete control in deciding who is to be their nominees—whether the nominee meets the constitutional qualifications for the Office of President/Vice-President, or not.
It is infuriating to discover the People have no control over the elections process and that the corrupt individuals in the political parties can circumvent the constitutional eligibility requirements for the highest Office in our Government without any governmental authority providing oversight and removing the electors (the People’s) ability to challenge a nominee. I hope all of you check the elections statutes of your individual states to see if any challenge to Presidential nominees is legally possible, and if so, by whom—any elector? Or just other nominees?
In Arizona, both our federal and state elected officials make it very difficult to communicate with them on upcoming issues and current laws. This is the most blatant indication that none of them care in the least about the People they presume to represent. Arizona’s Secretary of State, Ken Bennett (and his office) has refused to meet with me about this issue, as well as a number of other issues relating to the elections process. The told me instead to write or email, and of course, they have not answered previous emails.
I would remind you all that it is the State’s responsibility to hold all elections for both federal and state representatives, including President/Vice-President, that it is the State’s responsibility to uphold the Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land, and that all elected officials, both federal and state, take an Oath to support the Constitution. If political parties are able to circumvent the Constitution through state elections laws, then federal and State legislators have violated the Constitution in writing elections laws.
It seems to me there are 3 possible courses of action and 1 definite action.
1. Sue the Democratic Party, including its individual members, for either failing to vet their candidate, Obama, and/or deliberately nominating a candidate who does not constitutionally qualify for the Presidency. Personally, I believe the Democratic Party knew Obama did not qualify and forced this Manchurian candidate on the People because he supports the Democrats desire to undermine the Constitution and the Sovereign Authority of the People. Make sure the monetary penalties attached to the criminal complaint are sufficient to destroy the Democratic Party immediately and forever.
2. Sue the States for violating the Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land, in following a federal Voter Act that is blatantly unconstitutional if it provides complete authority to the politcal parties and/or for writing their own election laws that refuse to follow the Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land.
3. Congress should be sued for writing an Elections Act that circumvents the Constitution and/or conspires to ignore constitutional provisions and the Sovereign Authority of the People.
Finally, if in fact it is a federal Elections Act that unconstitutionally controls the elections held in each State, it is only one of uncountable reasons to stop re-electing the same corrupt, career politicians who seem determined to act AGAINST the interests of the Sovereign People of the United States.
Bought off scared off or just liberal bias all that has been proven so far with all the challenges against Obama is that the court system is just as corrupted as the present administration in charge.
Congress knows that Obama is ineligible yet will not act on the knowledge they posses because exposing Obama and removing him also opens them to their own levels of corruption that their getting rich on.
Looking at what were given for the 2012 elections as a challenger to Obama should be speaking for itself because what we get to choose from is two political puppets both backed by big money elites that will get their way no matter who’s elected.
The only way the citizens will ever prevail to restoring honor and integrity will be the day the public takes a stand like our founding fathers did in the beginning.
We were given sound documents to govern our nation so as each citizen had equal rights in the pursuit of happiness and also warned that if we didn’t keep a close watch those we elected to power some would stray into devious way’s to fill their own pockets with gold at our expense.
We have through neglect allowed government to grow to an unsustainable size meant only to control the public and keeping the public in the dark to the corruption within governmental dealings.
Our leaders were first en placed to serve the public and not to rule it but who else can we blame but ourselves for that role changing?
Our Constitution in bold letters started out with We The People for good reason signifying the unity of the people.
Until we return back to that unity of the people with heart felt desires to living as free men we can only expect damnation and doom to a free way of life in America.
When you awaken to the hard fact that every drop of American blood lost in the pursuit of freedom has been in vain if you will not stand up to protecting our freedom at home.
When you look into your mirror ask yourself this one question, Who will stand up for my freedom if not myself?
There is no other free nation on earth to run to so you better be ready to fight to keeping the one you have now before it perishes!
These are times that try men’s souls…’Nuff said.
So it’s clear that there has been a long-enough “train of abuses and usurpations” in this matter of The Government v The People to call for extraordinary measures on the part of the latter party, to take their country back from the usurpers. And that is plural. The man who calls himself BHO could never have gotten away with this usurpation without the collusion of the Congress (and the judicial branch too, for that matter). And waiting until November to take care of this matter by the (often rigged) ballot box could well be too late, with the danger of a false flag op and subsequent declaration of Martial Law taking the country totally out from under the protections of the Constitution before that opportunity to remedy this crime of unprecedented proportions.
That’s why I call for (& have been calling for, for some time) a March on Washington of The People, Assembled – led by Oathkeepers, and consisting of Second Amendmenters and Tenth Amendmenters and Article Twoers and Tea Partiers, and every other kind of constitutionalist there is in the nation, to stay, in nonviolent civil disobedience and in orderly rotations, until the Usurper vacates the presidential office (a daily reading of the list of his crimes being a feature of the gathering); with the Congress dissolved by The People as well, for being an accessory to and after the fact of the Usurper’s illegality, and an Officer OF The People appointed (Art. II, Sect. 1) who will call for elections within a time certain (say, 90 to 120 days), and in the meantime, clean out the Augean stables of the executive branch of the federal government of all those who don’t pass the smell test.
And thus, may we of this generation of American citizens rise to this momentous occasion, and keep from breaking faith with the Founders of this honorable republic. This honorable constitutional republic; returned thereby to standing for, and exampling, the rule of law. Not the rule of tyrants.
How are lawyers worth the fees they charge?????????
It appears that there is suddenly not a single lawyer in the US who is competent enough to file a case against Obama for disclosure of his birth certificate and.or his elligibility to be president.
It appears that nobody has the legal standing to sue for voters rights in all states except Florida.
In Florida the voter’s rights are denied by delaying tactics until it is too late.
It appears that the law forces the voters to buy a cat in a bag again.
The constitution requires that the president is a natural born citizen but there is no means in the legal sytem to insure that this requirement has been met.
And all these judges are telling me that it was the intend of the law?
Where there is smoke there is fire.
Here we are suffocating in the smoke and the courts say there is no fire.
People have been convicted as murderers when a dead body was never found.
Obama is excused on the flimsiest of excuses and to this date his birthcertificate has never been found.
His SS number is in question, his travel records have never been found, his military registration records are being disposed of, his Indonesian, Kenyan and Singapore ans US citizenship are in question and there is not a single lawyer in the US competent enough to handle this case???.
We can no longer believe in justice from our corrupted judicial system seeing as most of them are en placed by the very people were trying to stop in their unlawful activities.
So many have just ignored this administrations movements towards setting the stage for Marshall Law to being declared at any given whim from Obama.
Again the Obama administration is name calling anyone that disagrees with them and wants a Free America to prevail.

Once again a Judge proves that the courts are not the impartial arbiters of the law and guardians of the Constititution but rather that they are merely partisan hacks doing the bidding of the highest bidder.

Excuse me, but COURTS are there for proving what is the truth of any issue, NOT the PLAINTIFF nor DEFENDANT. That portion alone in his decision should have this judge disbarred.
The decision needs to be appealed and this judge impeached. President Obama needs to be impeached as a traitor. He has enacted/given himself martial law and war powers via Executive Order and has declared a bogus emergency on June 25. I wonder what birth certificate was presented to decide that Obama was born in the US.
Without a birth certificate Obama’s lawyers can not show that he was born on US soil. Without a valid birth certificate they cannot even show that Obama was legally born or even exists.
How can any judge rulee that Obama was born in the US and is a natural born citizen without having his birth certificate in evidence?
This is the first time that a non-person is a presidential candidate.

It is a very sad state of affairs. Unfortunately, we have too many people who are all talk and no walk. Get a dose of realism folks, Any candidate who would do what is necessary to fix all of our problems can’t get anywhere with fixing problems. We have to understand no condiate is perfect but there are some out there who work(ed) tirelessly to protect our freedoms. Sadly, those are so lambasted by the left and middle of the road folks that they never get the opportunity to move their ideas forward. Until we turn a deaf ear to party picks and start listening to the message, we won’t get any better. Saddly, our literacy rate in this country is so low, even if they could get the message across, I’m not sure most folks could ddigest and understand it. Instead they listen to the talking heads who will tell them anything to get their horse to the finnish line.
WTF! The wolves decide if the gate to the hen house is open? Why not nominate Kim Il-sung (President/dictator of North Korea)? I’m sure that some “Judge” could override the “natural born” part of the Presidential qualifications.

Everyone should send letters to their congressmen and senators letting them know that since no laws apply to obama then no laws apply to the citizens of the United States. You cannot hold citizens to a higher standard than the leader of the land!!!
