There is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, and it is not the only proof of his having being born in Hawaii.
There is also the public Index Data file and the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (which were only sent by the DOH to that section of the paper, the “Health Bureau Statistics” section, and the DOH only did so for births in Hawaii.) So there are those two proofs in addition to the birth certificate, and Obama’s Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that HE WAS BORN IN HAWAII (birther sites simply cut off the tape before she was asked where he was born.)
Now turning to the allegation that Obama’s birth certificate was forged. One proof that it is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it, especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
The claims that Obama’s birth certificate are forged come from birther “analysts”—–who have not shown that they are even analysts, and who CERTAINLY have not shown that they are fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review do not believe the birther analysts. And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:
Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said: “The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”
Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it. … I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.
Birthers can keep on claiming that you believe that it is forged, but if you cannot convince even Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan of that fact, or Ann Coulter or the National Review, or any member of the US Electoral College (none of whose members switched their vote from Obama to McCain in 2008 or Obama to Romney in 2012 because of birther claims)—they will not get anywhere. But they have the right to dream. Keep on dreaming.

Smith has constantly refused to show proof that he, Smith, had ever gone to Kenya. All that he would have to do would be to show a Kenya stamp on a page of a passport, but Lucas D. Smith has refused to do that, constantly, and he has also constantly refused to say why he will not show that proof. (Moreover, his “birth certificate” uses US date formats [month/day/year] and not the day/month/year format used in Kenya.)
Laying aside for a moment the overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, the evidence that Obama was NOT born in Kenya is also very strong. There were a grand total of 21 people who came to the USA from Kenya in 1961. Of these only seven were US citizens. And the birther myth has always been that Obama’s parents went there and returned by plane, but only one person came to the USA from Kenya in 1961 by plane and that person was, wait for it, NOT a US citizen. And Obama’s father did not go to Kenya in 1961 either (making it unlikely that his mother did, since travel late in pregnancy was rare, and even more rare without the husband going along). WND has proved with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961.
And the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story, and found that it was not true.
“Jon Chessoni, a first secretary at the Kenyan Embassy in Washington, can’t understand why his office gets so many baseless questions about whether Barack Obama was born in Kenya.

It is also confirmed by the birth announcement in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961, which were sent to the papers only by the DOH of Hawaii.

The posted copy of “Obama’s” Selective Service registration is indeed false. It was indeed forged. Yes,it was. It was forged by the guy who posted it. Obama did not post it. A birther posted it. He did not even claim to have gotten it from Obama.
Re Social Security numbers. Millions of people have errors in their SS numbers and multiple SS numbers due to the millions of data entry errors by SS clerks.

But, duh, in 1981 when Obama visited Pakistan, ANY US citizen could go to Pakistan. The story that Pakistan kept US citizens from visiting or the US put Pakistan on a no-travel list is completely false. Re “his passport records are sealed.” Answer: EVERYBODY’S passport records are sealed; they are private, protected by privacy laws. Mitt Romney did not show his passport records either.
Re Soetoro. He never adopted Obama (which requires the action of a district court). Obama used his name while he lived in Indonesia, for convenience (I used an Asian name when i lived in Asia too) but he never legally changed his name (neither did I) and he was never adopted by Soetoro, and BTW, he never became a citizen of Indonesia as a telephone call to the Indonesian Embassy in Washington will confirm.
As noted Obama was never a citizen of Indonesia. But, regardless of that, dual citizenship has absolutely no effect on Natural Born Citizen status and in fact James Madison was a dual citizen when he was president (having been made a full voting citizen of France) and Woodrow Wilson was a dual citizen of Britain and the USA at birth since although his mother became a US citizen by marrying his father, she never relinquished her British citizen status, so Wilson when born was both British and American. More importantly, there is no mention in the Constitution or in the common law that dual citizenship affects Natural Born status.

Just a little something here to show the real nature of Obama. Obama was asked if he knew who would fill his vacated senate seat in IL. His answer: “I havent talked with Gov Blagojevich about it. I dont know whats going on there” NOW. David Axelrod on the same question “President Obama and Gov Blagojevich have met several times and have a list of names. Some of those on the list President Obama is very fond of”:
Um-uh-um-uh-oh-OOPS!!!! It was later said that Mr Axelrod “mispoke” LYFAO. He didnt mispeak. Obama lied like a yellow dog then the whole thing erupted in a massive scandal. Only one of the many BTW. If he would lie about that he would lie about his b/c. And lets not forget this one “Your problem is that you always tell the truth”—Barak Obama to Jeremiah Wright.
What does that have to do with Obama’s eligibility? Nothing. He still was born in Hawaii, and he still is a Natural Born US citizen. If you feel that his lie is an impeachable offense, you can contact your congressman and senators, but they are likely to laugh at you (having lied a few times themselves).

According to the article that you have shown Roberts may have violated IRISH laws. If he did, he could worry—but only when is visiting in Ireland. Adopting Irish children, or any country’s children, is not illegal under US law, so long as the US immigration requirements were filled, which there is no indication did not take place. Of course, if you feel that Roberts violated US laws, it is your right to ask your congressman and senators to impeach him.

I firmly believe the reason nothing will come of this…. Obama has his bases covered too well.. and all the dems will stand behind him…. I also believe the reason he wanted Secret Service for LIFE ( and he had to include ‘his hatred for Bush in this too) is cause Obama is afraid after the 10 year protection of the Secret Service is over… Obama is afraid someone will ‘ping’ him off…. that’s why he wanted protection for life. No other president as done this..
Obama has the money and power backing him so all he has to do is what he is told. I believe he will remain in charge until his big money string pulling puppet masters are finished with him then he will somehow be eliminated. Probably by a member of the Secret Service. Every man has his price!
