2. Surrendering sovereign U.S. war-making to foreign powers and international authorities by attacking

3. Accepting foreign title and office while acting as U.S. President and without consulting Congress when in 2009, Obama assumed the Chairmanship of the UN Security Council, the international body responsible for declaring war on behalf of the UN, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9;
4. Making bribery attempts in word and in deed, as Obama administration offered bribes to at least three Federal candidates for office: Joe Sestak, Andrew Romanoff and Jim Matheson, in violation of U.S. Code Title 18, Section 201;
5. Defying a Federal Court Order by refusing to halt the unconstitutional implementation of the “Patient Healthcare and Affordable Care Act of 2010, popularly known as “ObamaCare,” in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and Article III, Sections 1 & 2;
6. Defying a Federal Court Order by refusing to grant lawful deep water drilling permits, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and Article III, Sections1 & 2;
7. Executive Branch creation and implementation of regulations asserting unconstitutional force of
Federal law on matters explicitly rejected by or contrary to the will and intent of Congress, specifically the EPA implementation of Cap and Trade, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 1 and Section 8;
8. Refusing to secure our broken borders from illegal alien invasion, international criminal incursion, and terrorist cadre penetration, in violation of U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 3 and Article IV, Section 4;
9. Executive Branch malfeasance and impeding the administration of justice by preventing the U.S.
Department of Justice from investigating crimes committed for the direct benefit of the President by presidential associates including: voter intimidationat the hands of the New Black Panthers and ACORN election fraud, in violation of U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 3, and U.S. Criminal Code Section 135,

bobmann101, Those were perfect examples of what we know as to why this usuper should not be in our White House. Add to that, the things such as the murders in Benghazi, and a multitude of other things that we know he is guilty of, yet have not yet been able to prove in a court of law (only because there is no such thing anymore), and the fact that he is a FRAUD in the 1st degree, I think you hit the proverbial nail on the head. You have a great memory, and are very well informed. If only someone with an ounce of courage would stand up to this fraudulent “being”, he would be shackled and sent to Gitmo with his buddies. We pray daily, and will continue to do so, until someone that is not a part of his regime, (and there seem to be thousands), takes the old bull by the horns and kicks him out of office on his keester.

This information could be 100% accurate, but since “our” Congress no longer serves the People, there isn’t a darn thing we can do about it. I have written letters to all my “congressmen” and all I get back is political speak that, to me, says, “We have given up to Satan the America that we once knew! You Patriotic Constitutionalists should prepare for the elimination of your kind!” Prepare to meet your God face to face!
These comments are nothing but written fear of the uncertainty that comes with life. I understand that your candidate did not win the election and there are a lot of uncertainties that come with the human condition. I believe what has happened is that you have projected your fears and anxieties on to the President. There is definitely some splitting going on here; all good or all bad but nothing in the middle.
Just live your life and enjoy what you have. The world is not going to come to an end. A new president will be elected in 4 years and it will probably be the guy you want and all will be well.
I just want to validate your feelings. I understand how you feel by putting myself in your shoes. Try to relax and not obsess on it. I am sure you have people in your life that are more of an immediate challenge. Put your time and energy into helping those closest to you and showing your love for them.

You don’t seem to understand! If you don’t address a violation of the Constitution when it occurs, you give your ascent to the violation. I don’t think that you would want bad plastic surgery on your face to wait four years to be addressed by a court if it could have been corrected within the first 6 weeks following surgery. Our personal freedoms that are “guaranteed” by the Constitution are being ignored and taken away by the ruler of our country and our weak congress is permitting him to do so. I am not OK with that!

What freedoms do I not have that I did have 4 years ago? What personal freedoms? What has only just begun? What are the predictions that you’ve got?
Personally, nothing has changed from me in the last 4 years and I don’t see any changes in the next four either or the 4 after that. Maybe I will be allowed to smoke marijuana but that is a new freedom.

What freedoms do you not have that you did prior? There are 12 of them at the top of this thread.
The list of 12 incidents read more as a list of crimes committed not so much a list of freedoms lost. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness still exist. Crimes are committed by every administration. There is nothing new here. Why all the fuss?
