While Solisitor General of the US of A for the O B O Z O Administration, SG Kagan gave opinions to the White house and others in power, on decisions referiring to O B O Z O – C A R E and other LAWS now on the books. ERGO she is in conflict of interest, ergo no opinion should be made by her .
