Barack Hussein Obama, using eight different names, has failed to meet eligibility requirements for the office of U.S. President. This is according to a 19 point challenge alleging he was born in Kenya to a Kenyan citizen and a teenage mother not old enough to convey U.S. citizenship.
Democratic Attorney Philip J. Berg, who filed his challenge to the nomination petition with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth on February 23, doubts in Argument 13 that “Obama ever held Natural Born Citizenship (NBC) status!”
Centering on the NBC clause, Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5, the eligibility challenge states that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack Hussein Soetoro is “not a Natural Born Citizen as defined by the U.S, Constitution.”
Furthermore, Obama was “born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, (and) at the time of his birth his mother was only 18 years old and not old enough to confer U.S. NBC status to him.”
The native born Pennsylvania attorney is bringing transparency to the Obama eligibility problem, for which media pundits and liberal politicians have ridiculed birthers just for bringing it up. Berg’s argumentation point 3 says (BHO) was “born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province,’ to a father who was a Kenyan citizen, and to a mother “not old enough and did not reside in the U.S. long enough to register the Candidate’s birth in Hawai’i as a NBC. Berg cites five different case law applications here and further says that the law applied to overseas births must be in effect at the time of the birth in question.
He cites Marquez-Marques aka Moreno v. Gonzales. 455F.3rd 548 (5th Circuit 2006) and the Runnett v. Shultz 901 F.2d 782,783 (9th Cir. 1990) to further bolster the validity of his challenge.
The eight different names cited are Barack Hussein Obama; Barack Hussein Soetoro; Barack Hussein Obama II; Barack H. Obama; Barry H. Obama; Barry H. Soetoro; Barry Hussein Obama; Barry Hussein Soetoro.
Now, nearly one half of the Obama candidacy challenge has to do with his adoption by Lolo Soetoro when his mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama married and moved to the police state of Indonesia. When a male Indonesian citizen adopts or “acknowledges a child as his son,” that child is deemed to be Indonesian because the country does not allow dual citizenship status.
The U.S. law neither allows dual citizenship nor intervention according to the 1930 Hague Convention protocols. A main exhibit to the challenge presents school records of Obama-Soetoro who holds the burden of proof for being eligible to appear on the Pennsylvania primary election ballot.
Dramatic testimony of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother, who stated in Swahili she was present at his birth, also is entered into the challenge document and provides further cause. Berg’s official challenge is a project funded by the U.S. Justice Foundation whose executive director Gary Kreep is serving as co-counsel.
The concluding analysis of this monumental legal keystone in the state whose very symbol is the crown arch can be found in the statement of Obama’s grandmother Sarah Obama who was “very adamant that Soetoro was born in Kenya!”

Once the legislators are notified of the evidence against Obama, if they refusse to act they become An Accessory After The Fact and arew just as liable to prosecution as the perpetrator ( Obama ).

The courts won’t touch the case one way or the other which includes prosecuting any so-called perpetrators. Congress won’t touch it for fear of inciting civil unrest and violent protests. The court of public opinion will be the final arbiter in rendering a verdict on Obama come November 6, 2012. If he loses the election, assuming we get that far given the possibility of war in the ME and/or civil unrest from the “Occupier” crowd any or all of which could induce Obama to declare martial law and postponement of the election, then it becomes a question of – will the verdict be enforced? Given the possibility that the race card could be used in one final climactic gasp to incite civil unrest, enforcement of the verdict remains in serious doubt. If anyone seriously thinks we are living in the constitutional republic, America, which our Founders fought and died for, then you are living in complete and utter denial. We have a Congress which more closely resembles the Duma of Russia, and a POTUS who more closely resembles in word and deed a communist Premiere.
Excellent reasoning and unfortunately probably very true. I said before, I do not believe that there is a remedy to this problem short of a violent overthrow of the government which I cannot foresee ever happening in this nation again. We have a population of metrosexual males for the most part who have been mostly emasculated by the women’s libbers. Note how foolish white men are made to look in TV commercials today, they all look like simple little boys who can do nothing right. This has all been planned for years. That is not to say that there are not patriots still out there who are more than willing to do what is necessary to protect themselves, their families and property but I am discouraged to think that we will let the communist scum and the muslims over take and rule us totally one day.

I want to see this petition happen too but so far nobody, none of the national media has addressed this. try writing CNN, NBC, Fox news, msnbc and you can write 10 times a day and nobody will bring it up. First, Jerome Corsi said on a Limbaugh radio show that people at Fox news have told him that they were told that if they EVER discussed the “birther” issue, they were finished. Threats have been made. Whom Obama could not intimidate into backing down, he paid off. AKA the state of Georgia. We already know that a foreign prince–either Arab or Egyptian (I forget which it was ) paid for his Harvard education. We also know that he was first turned down for a position of “guest lecturer” at Harvard, but a phone call came and Harvard was basically told that they WOULD find a spot for him. What this leads us to is this: WHO is pulling the strings and masterminding the coverup. He was a poor student with a big mouth; he had poor grades, was reported to have been involved in drugs among other things. He should for all intents and purposes be a “nobody.” So why Obama. Who saw him, when, and where an began working on this biggest scam in American history. I have not proof–but I strongly expect some Muslims are involved somewhere. If there is the possibility that a Kenyan citizen has been able to manipulate, forge, impersonate and misrepresent all items of identification, including lawful National, State, County, City and International forms, a matter of Treason and National Security exists. I personally think that all of the mental giants in Washington, who tell us how we must live our lives, have no idea how to deal with this situation. I think the facts now speak for themselves, that he is not qualified to be the POTUS. He has been able, with much help, to slither through the barriers and get himself nominated and elected. Although the constitution bars a person like him from becoming POTUS, I do not find a remedy to remove them when they in fact are duly sworn. I hope to God that I am wrong and that someone, somewhere takes the initiative to begin the process to remove him from office and negate all of his executive orders.
Let me see if I understand the birth issue. Any child born to an illegal immigrant or visitor is deemed a natural born citizen of the U.S. with all the rights to free education,foodstamps, welfare and the right to bring in family for free stuff but Obama’s Mama is not a Natural born citizen. Makes no sense to me. Seems she was born to two citizens with a long list of Irish immigrants who were legal. If she was old enough to be married and old enough to vote she is as legal as it gets. There are two classifications. Citizen and Natural Born Citizen. I realize this may be difficult for a liberal to comprehend; but stay with me for a moment. All offices in US Government, House, Senate, some agencies require citizenship. USA is the ONLY country in the world that conveys citizenship SOLELY on the basis of being born HERE. That is one of the biggest reasons we have so many illegal aliens in residence — and THEY ARE ILLEGAL; but that is another issue. Only the office of PRESIDENT requires more. it requires what our founding fathers called ‘natural born citizen”. One and ONLY one ruling has been made by the US Supreme court as to what that means and unfortunately our founding fathers did not precisely define it. That ruling was in 1897. This ruling stated that “Natural Born Citizen: required being born TO TWO CURRENT CITIZENS. Let me repeat that “BORN TO TWO CURRENT CITIZENS”
Several amendments to that ruling (in the form of laws) have been enacted since. The only one pertinent is one that deals with a two parents consisting of one US citizen and a foreign national. This requires that the US CITIZEN parent MUST HAVE RESIDED IN THE US For AT LEAST 5 years AFTER THEIR 14th birthday in order to convey “natural born citizenship” and it requires birth IN THE US. SCOTUS ruling does not require birth here; but does require two citizen parents. Ann Durham was barely 18 when she gave birth and CLEARLY DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT!!!. If BHO was in fact born in Kenya, the same LAW DENIES HIM US CITIZENSHIP, without 5 years residence and applying and completing requirements for US citizenship. This process, by the way REQUIRES RENOUNCING all other citizenships!! Furthermore, suppose BHO was in fact vested with status of “natural born citizenship” at birth (NOT supported by the facts; but suppose). When he moved with his Mothers NEW Husband to Indonesia, there is ample evidence he became an Indonesian citizen. 1. US Citizens WERE NOT ALLOWED in that country at the time. 2. There is evidence that Mr. Soetero adopted him, which invalidated his US Citizenship (AND natural born citizen as well) 3. He attended school that only permitted Indonesian Citizens as students. If that is not enough, later during his college years, he visited Pakistan, a country that at the time DID NOT PERMIT ANY US Citizens to visit! The Indonesian issue, could be overcome IF and ONLY IF, he reapplied for citizenship LATER. THERE IS NO RECORD WHATSOEVER OF THAT Happening and even if it DID, that would only re-grant citizenship not the allegedly forfeited “natural born citizen” required to hold the office of president.
As it stands, there is NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER that he has ever had “natural born citizen status” and given the Indonesian issue, no evidence that he is even a citizen of this country. Now I can believe he regained citizenship and it simply has not been reported. There is no evidence to support anymore.
I say no evidence; but there is conjecture. That conjecture is that if BHO took his fathers name, his Name is actually Barrack Hussein Little. The original surname of Malcolm X. This is a theory posited by a couple of authors. It explains the issues surrounding the birth certificate, is consistent with the habits of his mother, makes plausible the CT SSN (otherwise impossible) and provides a plausible explanation for BHO’s Kenyan grandmother’s sworn statement the BHO was born in Kenya (Barrack Obama Sr) impregnated more than one white girl on or about November 1960 and SHE gave birth in Kenya.

Pay particular attention to the photo by Ta-Nehisi Coates (photo on far right in third entry and a cover of the May 2011 Atlantic Magazine). What happens if a person that is in the line of succession to the presidency is not “natural born” can he/she take the oath? Obama has 4 people on his cabinet that do not meet the “natural born” challenge. Hell, Obama can’t meet the “natural born” challenge so case in point is moot.

It makes no difference how many people in Obama’s cabinet do not meet the natural born challenge because there is a constitutional line of successors to the presidency. IF a president dies, resigns, or is removed from office, the Vice-President takes the office. If the VP is not able to assume the job it goes to the leader of the Senate, and if he can’t do the job, it goes to the Speaker of the House. NO ONE in the Cabinet is in line for the job.
I believe that if the Vice President cannot act, the next person in line is the Speaker of the House.
When I took American Government in high school many decades ago, the teacher told us that the line of sucession went to the VP, speaker of the house, then the cabinet members according to their starting date; Secretaries of State, Treasury, War and Justice all started about the same time 1780′s, then several changes were made and new cabinets were added I remember this because during the Watergate mess, we had to write a report on who could succeed the president if every body was determined to be crooked, Nixon already lost Agnew for being corrupt, and then Nixon started losing cabinet members because they were resigning rather than remain with him, The house and senate were infighting and it seemed no one was in control. In those days the 4th Estate did the job of reporting the news and not giving commentary, why they are not investigating Obama with such aplomb.
I have written to my senators and reps. to ask them why an investigation has not started and am waiting for a reply. This is inexcusable that something is not being done. I asked them if they are afraid or do they just not care anymore. For ourselves and our country we must find the truth and either apologize or remove obama and replace him with a legitimate candidate. If it is found that obama had no right to be President, his Supreme Court appointees must be replaced and all executive orders rescinded. The country owes it to itself to find the truth. We all must act.
A child born to an illegal immigrant or visitor is generally deemed a “citizen”, not a “natural born citizen”. However, even the “citizen” classification is debatable since the child should not be considered as subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. – he would inherit his nationality from his father. Whether Obama’s Mama is a natural born citizen makes no difference. For the son to be a natural born citizen, both parents have to be citizens.

Beyond that, your assertion that there was some conspiratorial prescience necessary in the minds of *birthers* is rather unusual…did it not occur to you that, particularly in the ’60′s—a birth notice is not official documentation— his grandparents were most likely mindful of the stigma of a single mother giving birth out-of-wedlock and simply had a birth announcement published in order to attempt to legitimize the baby’s birth?

As I sit here reading comments, while pondering this nagging issue of citizenship, I can’t help but become more inflamed over the gross misconduct of our representatives in Washington. Why haven’t we received an announcement or a letter, from our Congressmen or women and our Senators stating that they have personally seen the actual physical copies of birth and other identifications presented by the President? Saying to us that they are authentic and all our fears are needless and the President is indeed a citizen. They must know there is a gross inflamation in the U.S. regarding this issue and it must be addressed. Am I to assume the Congressman or women, and the Senators, as well as the Supreme Court feel that a Kenyan citizen as President of the United States is something this country can live with, so why bother to create a stir? Should we all think they are afraid of something, and by God if they are afraid, we should be petrified. The Grandmother states she was in Kenya with him at birth. The father was a Kenyan citizen while the mother unable to pass U.S. citizenship on to him because of age. The President has a Social Security number originating in Conneticut while he has never lived in that state. Do we know what has become of his Aunt who should have been deported or his DUI Uncle who should have been deported? If not deported, because they are not citizens and here illegally, why are they still here? Where are the men and women representing US, who WE elected????? Not to add fuel to the fire,but, the President has scheduled the FINAL conference on the United Nations Gun Ban Treaty for this Fall when all Americans will be wrapped up in the election and not paying attention. They may approve the confiscation of all small arms unless our Senators are not AFRAID, to not ratify the Treaty. They MUST denounce this Treaty and tell the UN, OBAMA and Hillary Clinton that the US has a Constitution, which has a Second Amendment, and most of all tell them our rights do not come from the United Nations, Barack Hussein Obama or Hillary Clinton. These are two huge mind boggling issues we all must stand up for !!!!!

As I said in an earlier post, I fear that even though there are clear prohibitions to an ineligible person to be elected to the office of POTUS, I can not find an expressed remedy, once someone like him slithers through the barriers. As I said, I hope to God that I am wrong.

Does this mean that he will be on the ballot? Or was this another matter? I was hoping that we could at least keep him off the ballot due to his not meeting the definition of “Natural Born Citizen.
