NEW YORK – Despite campaign statements calculated to make Barack Obama sound sympathetic to the Constitution’s Second Amendment, his history reveals another attitude.
Critics of Obama say he simply hates guns.
Obama’s long-term antipathy to the Second Amendment is evidenced by a case that came up when Obama was an Illinois state senator and Obama worked to prosecute criminally a man who stopped a home-invasion burglary that happened while his children were asleep in their beds.
But he used an improperly registered handgun.

Do not be fooled by a belief that progressives, leftists hate guns. Oh, no, they do not. What they hate is guns in the hands of those who are not marching in lock step of their ideology. They hate guns in the hands of those who think for themselves and do not obey without question. They hate guns in the hands of those whom they have slated for a barrel to the back of the ear.
I agree. They don’t want us to be able to defend ourselves from a tyrannical Government. The Gov. OBummer wants to be. He wants to be dictator in chief and run every damn facet of our lives. He won’t be able to as long as American’s have their gun’s

Another reason Obama came to the defense of that black man when a WHITE policeman thought he was breaking into that house… Obama hates anyone with authority…. even a policemen. I remember reading where he was in college and he parked where it clearly had NO PARKING signs… but he parked there anyway…. they gave him ticket after ticket… and that after noon, he would remove the ticket and park there again.. This was constant… but when he decided to run for the Senate… he ran down and paid all those hundreds of parking tickets…. Sneaking, huh?? He looked at that as NO BODY TELLS ME WHAT TO DO attitude!!!
