If the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court thought they could avoid the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility simply by refusing to hear any of the multitude of cases concerning the issue they might be surprised to find that briefs regarding Obamacare’s constitutionality will include the topic.
Although the Supreme Court has not yet confirmed it will take on the issue of Obamacare’s legality, it is widely expected to happen, as there have been opposing decisions at the lower court level which, if left unaddressed, could create a patchwork across the nation of regions where it is – or isn’t – the law.
The arguments primarily have focused on the decision by Congress to order all citizens to buy the insurance products that members of Congress specify or face penalties.
But a new friend-of-the-court brief by the Western Center for Journalism in support of those challenging Obamacare takes the argument back to its foundation. The brief, prepared by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, explains that it’s not really known yet whether Obamacare is, in fact, the law.
“Federal legislation, to become law, must be signed by a sitting president,” the brief, filed just days ago, states.

I read in another article that our CIA meets in California to pick just who can run for president of America and after Obama, whose father overthrew the ONLY OTHER REPUBLIC in the world, which was Kenya and now Obama's step-brother is their marxist dicator, it only makes sense. There could be no other rational explanation, can there?

It would seem to me that the usurper violated the Logan Act ((18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the people. Not only did he interfere in the Kenyan elections in support of his cousin, Dictator Raila Odinga, who ran against Mwai Kibaki, but he then assisted the supposed victor in forcing Sharia law and abortion onto a dominant Christian population. Oh, here's the kicker; the law states it is a crime for a "citizen" to confer with foreign governments, so maybe that will get the fraudulent usurper off the hook?

Why does it appear that everyone is frighten of Obama? He is only a man who happens to be President. Unless the Supreme Court Justices, Senate, and Congress, or even someone out of his administration, know's something about Obama that the people of America don't know personally about him, like possibly he has warned each of them that if they don't do as he say's, he will make an offer none of them will refuse. I get a strange feeling that everone of them are being threaten by possibly the CIA, that has recieved thier oreders from the President himsef.
