The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, CISPA is set to be re-introduced before the US House next week. The bill will be identical to the one introduced last spring, that was defeated on the Senate floor in August of last year.
The house Intelligence Committee chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) and Representative Dutch Ruppersberger (D-Md) will attempt the re-introduction based on a spate of cyber espionage and hacking attacks.
Civil liberties groups have criticized the bill for invading privacy. CISPA allows for the voluntary sharing of information about internet traffic between private companies and the government. Its intention is to assist the intelligence service in identifying and neutralizing cyber and hacking attacks and to ensure the security of networks against attack .
The bill would also allow the government to pass information to private companies and protect them from legal actions that may arise from the sharing of information.
Opponents of the bill say it will allow government to track an individuals browsing information, allowing them to spy on individuals at will.

So lets see if I have this straight. The bill was defeated in Congress (the Senate) so this time around, as usual, Obama will just ignore Congress and put this bill into place by executive fiat. Why doesn’t that surprise me? Might just as well throw the Constitution and the separation of powers in the garbage can.
I’m ready……. The only problem is that there are so many that would like to get together but everybody is so far spread out —- we think that when we call or write our representatives that these issues will be brought out when most of the time there’s to much “back room” politics going down behind all Americans….

This is a ploy to get more into our private lives. It has nothing to do with stopping the hackers, He wants to know every move we make and he wants in our everyday lives. It is total control that he is after. That is what the gun grabbing is all about also. He is starting with the assault weapons and next it will be the semi auto weapons and then on down the line till he has them all. We must stop his assault on our rights and our privacy now. He is on his way to being the ruler of the world if we don’t stop him in his tracks. He is an evil, and corrupt man!!!
