With the signing of an under-publicized amendment to Executive Order 12425, Barack Obama has fundamentally altered your constitutional rights. His actions are undermining your rights to protect personal privacy from a foreign internationalist police agency named Interpol.
Interpol was given incredible immunities and no one in the media questioned Obama’s decision
A one-paragraph executive order may seem inconsequential to many, but this action has far-reaching implications and threatens the sovereignty of America.
Obama’s secretive executive order amended an order issued by President Reagan in 1983. Reagan’s order recognized Interpol as an international organization and gave it privileges and immunities commonly extended to foreign diplomats. Reagan opened the door to allow Interpol to operate in partnership with the U.S. but with significant constitutional safeguards. Specifically, Interpol’s property and assets remained subject to search and seizure by American law enforcement, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. Interpol had to answer to the FBI and U.S. courts under Reagan’s order. These safeguards were stripped away by Obama’s action the week before Christmas without debate or explanation. Obama picked the holiday season to make this radical change, to minimize media coverage.
This order marks a significant change in federal policy and usurps the constitutional power of our government by yielding it to an international organization. Michael van Der Galien writes, “This foreign law-enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse. Property and assets, including the organization’s records, cannot now be searched or seized. Their physical operational locations are now immune from U.S. legal and investigative authorities.”
Obama has given an international organization unsupervised freedom to investigate Americans on our own soil without recourse or the supervision of our own government.
Obama’s executive order has done more to weaken civil liberties than the much-maligned Patriot Act. The silence in the mainstream media on this issue should scare all freedom-loving Americans. Obama just signed away parts of our precious legal protections.

In my 1975 Civics class (before they stopped teaching how the Government works) I was educated that to change any American citizens Constitutional given rights each house of Congress must by law validate (vote) bills of law by a 3/4ths super majority then the next available National voting opportunity the US States must pass by their local Governorship each state must validate the joint House and Senate bill for the ruling to change our Constitution of the United States. Any other action of similar control is invalid and Unconstitutional. And if the United States Supreme Court can not see this Constitutional illegality such failure to recognize this error thus invalidates the powers of the US Supreme Courts legalities and powers.
I know in the state of Colorado Civics classes ended in 1977, I do not know when they ended nationally, but to prevent the population from being unknowing of these type of actions being tried again in the future Civics education needs to be reinstated in the US educational system as students graduate elementary/Grade School levels (passes 6th grade).
P.S. I include the actual meaning of the upper levels of education language usage in case you have a hard time understanding or comprehending the wordage I used, or in some cases even aid in the education for those that do not know or understand and can learn or gain education from. My definitions may not match the Dictionary definition of the word but they explain what my meaning were.
The world may look like it is ending and freedom is coming to an end in the United States, but freedom will never end until we all stop desiring it. And a Revolution is mostly visioned as actions with guns and deaths, but there is a safer non violent and death ending way and that is through education of the public of our personal rights given to us by our founding fathers. But if we do not know of these right how are we to use those given powers to protect our own personal liberty's.
The first step in correcting these errors is in finding out if your states federally elected Representatives believe they have more current personal power than our founding fathers or you as a US citizen as a whole entity. If they fail to correctly answer NO then you have the right a a voting citizen to not renew their contract to govern over you no mater how much this person may benefit you personally (in plain English, suck money from the US Treasury to be given to your state, be it in bankruptcy or have money to spare. And believe me if you have spare money as soon as it is discovered laws will be created so you no longer have it and those that lack it will have it. That in my mind is not Democracy, it is full blooded Communism.

Obama's buddy Eric Holder announced that he would hold some of the Gitmo detainee trials in NYC while Obama was conveniently "out of the Country." Now, during the Holiday time period, while Obama's vacationing in Hawaii, his people slip out this despicable bombshell regarding this change in the "rules" regarding Interpol's activities within our, formerly, sovereign country!
