For three years Barack Hussein Obama and his handlers have labored to create a functioning dictatorship in the midst of a constitutional republic. It was shamefully easy at first. With unassailable majorities in House and Senate, even a Republican leadership unafraid to contest the excesses of the first black president would have been powerless to slow the implementation of his agenda.
The left passed ObamaCare, giving itself the means of executing a calculated program of attrition against millions of reliably Republican seniors. At the same time, a corrupt Department of Justice worked to undermine the 2nd Amendment, interfered with the effort of states to legislate against voter fraud and facilitated the entry of millions of illegals by refusing to enforce immigration law.
Even a disastrous midterm election has not slowed Obama’s acquisition of power as 190 House Republicans helped vote into law the infamous National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), providing the Commander and Chief unlimited authority to detain and imprison without due process any American he considers a threat to national security.
But one vitally important power has eluded the usurper in the White House, that being the legal means to control the world-wide web. Countless attempts have been made to provide Obama that longed for internet “kill switch,” many of them originating with Senator Joe Lieberman. Yet from Net Neutrality to the 2010 “Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act,” all have met with such an outcry from left and right alike that they have died in Congress.
All, that is, until now. A week ago the House of Representatives passed the latest Congressional attempt to nullify the last remaining exercise of American freedom, the “cyber-security” bill called CISPA—the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act.
According to lawmakers, the purpose of CISPA is to make it easier for companies and the federal government to share information about methods of thwarting hackers. Until now, such information sharing about individual web users could have provided the grounds for a law suit. CISPA, however, “… would allow companies to freely share “cyber-threat information” without consequence.” (1)
Critics of the bill point to the fact that, in the form passed by the House, “…any web-related service provider may share ‘cyber threat information with any other entity,’ including the military and National Security Agency NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF LAW…” In short, once enacted the terms of CISPA would take precedence over any existing state or federal law. Privacy laws would be a thing of the past. (1)
Though Janet Napolitano’s Department of Homeland Security has “monitored” the mood of the public for some time, the enactment of CISPA would transform the now shadowy Department methods of spying on the enemies of Barack into a full-time, executive branch operation. (2) As civil liberties groups have claimed, the bill is so broadly written that it “would allow companies to share private consumer information with the government under the guise of sharing information about potential hacker threats.” (3)
For a would-be despot of Barack Obama’s ilk, the possibilities for abuse inherent in such a law are staggering. He would have the authority to flagrantly spy on any group or individual under the pretense of concern for national security. And as he may, under the powers afforded him by the NDAA, declare such groups or individuals a threat to the United States, the chilling effect upon any declared opposition to his nefarious schemes would be enormous. What better way to kill the internet than to clear it of all dissent!
Some claim that CISPA will have a difficult time in the US Senate. We must hope that will be the case.

I love my country and I am proud to be an American but I am ashamed of our leaders and most of all that self appointed God. He said he approved of gay marriage to get their votes when in fact he did n’t approve when he was first elected. He wants to give the illegal a path to freedom or citizenship so he can get their vote, It has already been stated that there are thousands of illegals in FL who are going to vote. I have read when he plans on stopping the voting and so much more. He has bypassed Congress to pass so many things, he has ordered the news not to publish any thing about his daughters trip with her freinds and secret service to Mexico or Mischelles trip to Africa with her mom, neice, nephews, girls and friends at a cost of almost $100,000.00 dollars. How much longer are the citizens going to take this illegally sitting idiiot in the white house and all of his bull. This is just my opinion and unless he has taken my freedom of speech away then I can say what I think.
Those who help operate the internet and provide services had better step up to the plate and work on putting a stop to the problems that plague the system, the idea the government can do a better job than the free market we all know is bogus and is nothing more than a way to grow a already big fat government that makes huge messes anc cost a lot to keep maintained…..less for more is this governments motto.

Everything he is doing is illegal, for Gods sake you can’t use the Constitution to pass laws to destroy the Constitution. There is no authority for what he is doing.
He has passed several :”Resolutions” using his Executive Power to tear down OUR Constitution. He has made himself our Dictator, abusing the powers of the presidency. So…we have the right to impeach him and there are a couple pieces of legislation in congress for this. The problem is, he has a network of assassins who will make people “disappear” at his will. This is why we need to get our elected officials to come together as a group (Rep & Dem positions aside) and push for an immediate impeachment of the imposter-in-chief. IF he gets another term, he will make sure it will be the last. We The People will not be able to elect our representatives or our leader ever again.
Impeachment means nothing. Obama has to be tried for treason which goes far beyond impeachment.

Yes, my RINO Bucshon voted to allow this too. All but two Republicans voted for it, my RINO Bucshon, facing a primary challenge, decided discretion was called for, and “abstained.” He clearly wanted to vote for it, but was afraid.
But he could have voted against it, and chose not to do that either. Abstaining was as close as he dared come to what he really wanted to do to our backs.
He’s facing a primary challenge by Kristi Risk tomorrow. It would be very discouraging to see him win after yet another betrayal of our diminishing trust.
Now the only thing standing between us and handing full power to the Chancellor is the Democrat dominated Senate. Are we to look to them for protection?
Actually there may be a glimmer of hope. Most of the Democrats in the House voted AGAINST IT. The Democrats still outnumber the Republicans in the Senate. Now wouldn’t THAT be a kick in the pants ?

Unfortunately, it is not a sure thing that ANYONE can beat Obama in a vote. Consider the below groups who will vote for him: 30% of people (democrats) will vote for Obama no matter what he does; up to 95% of blacks, most union members, groups whom Obama has bought off with tax payer money, poor because he promises to “spread the wealth around,” illegals (yes, many vote in states without proper photo ID) & hispanics who support him up to 70% , and I’m sure you can name other groups. Then if you add unpresidented VOTER FRAUD this year and voting machines ordered from and counted in Italy where we have no control but Obama does, it is going to be a big challenge. Please pressure your states to tighten laws against the multiple methods of voter fraud.

As much as I truly love to see sympatic referances and opinions expressed so sympathetically and powerfully, Has anyone else contacted their elected officals to express these sentiments in like fashion? While we don’t need every single foot on the ground to free this nation, the more the better. The American Revolution was fought and won using less than 30% of the then small nations population. (of course the French did help but the numbers were smaller than hoped for and amounted to harrasing manuvers for the most part) MAKE your elected public servants do what they were elected to do, SERVE! I am suprised every week that my emails are not returned as undeliverable, my written contacts are not returned, and I can still get thru on a phone line. Yes, it takes time. Yes, it sometimes seems tedious and dull. No, I don’t want to stop and know that, if this pretender gets his way and our America goes down the tube, I allowed this to happen in any way, shape, manner, or form. The military wants Obama out too, and OB knows it. I personally think that Obama can all out whatever he wants to, but I’m not seeing that since he’s keeping the military from voting, and he’s getting people killed, that our military are not to fired up to stand behind him anymore. In fact, if he does call out marshal law, I think that the military will be the ones that come and arrest Mr. Obama for Treason and crimes against humanity, along with his partner in crime, Eric Holder.
