Energy Policy: If gasoline prices so far are any indication, the pain at the pump will be severe this year. But if you think President Obama cares, you’re wrong. If anything, he’s secretly cheering it on.
Already, average pump prices have topped $3.50 a gallon, leading some experts to think they could reach an all-time high of $5 by the summer.
So what’s Obama’s response? He treats it like a badge of honor, saying this week that “gas prices are on the rise again because as the economy strengthens, global demand for oil increases.”
But what else can he say?
During his presidential campaign, Obama admitted he didn’t have a problem with sky-high gasoline prices, he just “would have preferred a gradual adjustment.”

Why shopuld this bozo care about the price of a gallon of gas? He doesn’t have to write the check to pay for any of it. And he doesn’t care that merchandise and food cost more to get to the store. He’s not paying for any it!
only one person has gas, and that is Øbama. I am so tired of his flatulence.
That is not true, he said in 2009 that he would like to see gas as high as they pay in Europe, $5 or more to get Americans out of their cars and thinking about green energy. This past fall Energy Secretary Chen said the very same thing, we need to get Americans out of their cars and the only way that will happen is if gas rises to $5 a gallon.
You bet he is happy about itm he wants that carbon footprint, energy bill he was not able to bring up earlier. The energy credit bill, where the cost of all fuel will be so high we won’t be able to afford to heat our homes, much less drive our cars. I cannot understand why people can’t see through this guy….except that I know in my heart he is the beginning of God’s curses on America. For the end times to come, Obama had to come too……now when Israel attacks Iran and we join the nations condeming her, you can pack your bag, we are gone from here. God will turn His back on the country. If you are left, after the rapture (and whether you beleive it or not, God said it and that settles it,) please o not take the microchip…..that is the mark and no gets into heaven with it. Best to just get right now and not have to worry about it…..:>)
