Orly Taitz lived under communism in Soviet Russia. She recognized what is happening here, and has been fighting almost singlehandedly against Obama and his illegal presidency.
Cases were dismissed by cowardly and/or corrupt judge on frivolous grounds. Dr. Taitz sent a box of evidence to the Supreme Court by Fed Ex, delivered and signed for. It “got lost”. Orly Taitz then hand delivered a box of evidence to Judge Roberts proving Obama’s forged and fraudulent documents, along with proof of voter fraud.
A Supreme Court conference is going to be held on February 15. Let us all support Orly Taitz.

If the Judges stand by their oath, justice will be done on Feb. 15.
Let us waste no more time on “Ellen” . There are petitions to Congress asking them to investigate Obama’s documentation. The Supreme Court, which is having the conference on Feb. 15 should be receiving emails, phone calls, etc., expressing support for Orly Taitz case.

The meeting of the US Supreme Court on February 15 is simply an ordinary meeting to decide whether or not to take cases, and it normally turns down 99.5% of all appeals.
Obama really was born in the USA, in Hawaii, as shown overwhelmingly by his birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties (including the former Republican governor). And it is also shown by the public Index Data file and the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii (and only the DOH could send notices to that section of the papers). And it is also shown by the Hawaii teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth of a child in Hawaii to a woman named Stanley.
And, there is the fact that Hawaii is thousands of miles away from the nearest foreign country and women rarely traveled late in pregnancy in 1961. And neither Obama’s parents nor his grandparents at the time were rich enough or dumb enough to send their daughter on a long, expensive and risky trip (the rate of stillbirths was high in those days) to a foreign country late in pregnancy—-when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii.
And, the meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth, not to the citizenship of the parents of a US-born citizen.

We now have the most corrupt three branches of government in the history of America. There is no one in our government who will take a stand for the people and bring Obama to justice. Our government has now declared war on the American people and labeled us their enemy. So, do not expect the miscreants in Washington DC to stop Obama and his cabal of misfits from further destruction of America.
The Supreme Court will follow the lead of the lower courts and find a way to dismiss this case. People are afraid if the first black president is deposed, there would be “rioting in the street” After all, during the recent campaign, Obama’s supporters threatened violence if he lost.

And there is evidence that the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen come from the common law and refers to the place of birth, and that it ruled that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born Citizen. These two facts are the reason why the US Congress confirmed Obama’s election unanimously in the 2008 and 2012 elections and why not a single elector changed her or his vote to vote against Obama because of the belief that Obama was either not born in the USA (which is completely nutty) or is not a Natural Born Citizen because of the citizenship of his father. These FACT are what are in the minds of Congress, and for that matter Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review, all of whom agree that Obama really was born in Hawaii and really is a Natural Born Citizen. These FACTS are what makes them say that Obama really was born in Hawaii and really is a Natural Born US Citizen—–not your speculation about rioting.

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.

NOW, turning to the allegation that Obama’s birth certificate was forged. There are no facts behind that allegation, simply the claims of birther “experts”—who have not shown that they are even experts, and who certainly have not shown that they are fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review all do not believe the claims. For example, the National Review said this about Sheriff Joe:

Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it. … I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

Regardless of your claims, the evidence is in fact overwhelming that Obama was born in Hawaii, and there is no evidence that he was born anywhere else. Obama’s Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya, and she said repeatedly on the tape and in another interview that he was born in Hawaii, and the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story and said that it never happened.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.
YOU can keep on claiming that you believe that it is forged, but if you cannot convince even Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan of that fact, or Ann Coulter or the National Review, or any member of the US Electoral College (none of whose members switched their vote from Obama to McCain in 2008 or Obama to Romney in 2012 because of birther claims)—YOU will not get anywhere. But you have the right to dream. Keep on dreaming.

Those are facts. What do birthers have? They have other birthers claiming that Obama’s birth certificate is forged. They have forged “Kenyan birth certificates,” one of which was done by a convicted felon who claimed that he got it in Kenya, but has refused to show that ever went to Kenya. Yet birthers have believed this convicted felon. They have a tape recording of the grandmother that birther sites claim shows that he was born in Kenya, but the tape was cut off just BEFORE she was asked where Obama was born. The tape after that question shows that she said that he was born in Kenya repeatedly. And, worst of all, birther sites have not show the other side. They only show the claims that Obama was born in a foreign country, not the Index Data, not the teacher who wrote home, not the telephone call to Kapiolani Hospital in which the caller asked whether it was the place where Obama was born, and received a “Yes.” And they have not shown the repeated confirmations by the officials in Hawaii that say Obama was born there, one of the most recent of which was accepted as evidence by the Conservative Republican secretary of state of Arizona.

When Obama was born his father was a poor exchange student who only was able to come to American on a special free flight. His mother was a college student, and his American grandfather was a furniture salesman and his American grandmother was a low-level employee at a bank at the time. And, they would have had to have been both rich enough and dumb enough to send her to a foreign country, AND the officials in Hawaii of both parties be lying for him to have been born in a foreign country. So, how do you account for this?
(And, btw, his Kenyan relatives NEVER said that he was born in Kenya: birther sites simply made up that she said it. And the Kenyan government said that it investigated, and that he certainly was not born in Kenya.)

I like some of them, and I do not like others. My likes and dislikes, and YOUR likes and dislikes have nothing to do with the issue we were discussing. Our opinions do not change the facts. And the facts are that Obama was really born in Hawaii and really is a Natural Born US Citizen.
If you continue to believe that Obama might not have been born in Hawaii, and that in fact his birth in a foreign country was possible, then you should be able to answer these questions;
Questions for those who continue to believe that Obama was born outside of the USA.
I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?
All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election.
Well, they never did. There is no such file.

Remember, they are in multiple files, the file of the passport holder, the files of applications for passports, the files in the US embassy in foreign countries, the files in the State Department and those in the INS (which would have checked in Obama at an entry point if he had actually traveled in 1961)––and yet no document has been found. Why not?
The absence of the travel document, plus the Hawaii birth certificate, plus the confirmation of the facts on the Hawaii birth certificate by THREE Republican (and several Democrat officials in Hawii) plus the notices in the Hawaii “Health Bureau Statistics” sections of the newspapers, which were sent to the papers ONLY by the DOH of Hawaii and only for births in Hawaii. How do you explain all that?
(The claim that the notices could have been placed by lying relatives turns out to be false because whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital, Hawaii insisted on a witness statement.)
So, how come there is no proof that Obama received a US travel document in 1961, but there is legal and factual proof that he was born in Hawaii?

When even the Justice Department is under his control, with his czars having control of many other departments, a dictatorship has already been established. There are no facts behind that allegation, simply the claims of birther “experts”—who have not shown that they are even experts, and who certainly have not shown that they are fair and impartial. Anybody who can read the Constitution knows that he is inelligible. In Article, Section 1,

This is a very simple, and very specific set of requirements for those who would seek to hold the Office of President. Barak Obama had attained the age of thirty five years, and had been a resident within the United States for the previous fourteen years, but he does not by any stretch of the immagination comply with the requirement of a “natural born citizen” as defined by the United States Supreme Court in 1875, more then 130 years before his election to the office.
In 1875, Miss Virginia Minor, who attempted to vote in the Presidential election of 1872 and was denied, filed suit, and the Supreme Court decided as follows:

Social Security numbers have nothing to do with the evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, none at all. The documents are NOT forged. Obama has produced the actual certificate, the official legal copies, of the short form and the long form birth certificate of Hawaii on security paper with the seals attached. He has shown both the images of those documents on the web and the actual physical copies of them to the press. Re number: There is good evidence that Hawaii did not number the birth certificates in chronological order. The Nordyke Twins, who were born after Obama, have a lower number than Obama. But, guess what, another child’s birth certificate was found for a child born even after the Nordyke Twins, and he had a number even lower than their number.

Have the birther sites shown you any of the numerous experts who say that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged? (I have quoted some of them above.) Have they said to you that one of the six or so birther “experts” is Paul Irey, maintains that Obama did not attend Columbia College, despite Columbia University saying repeatedly that he DID attend, and even graduated. Did they say to you that one of their “experts” is Doug Vogt, who claims to have discovered the original Altar of Abraham?
So, (1) Obama has produced the actual birth certificate, (2) it was not forged; (3) the officials in Hawaii and the Index Data and the birth notices sent to the newspapers and the teacher who wrote home all confirm that he was born IN HAWAII.

How did obama apply for his SS card in Connecticut with a birth cert. in person, when he never lived in CT and had to show residence.
And SS administration NEVER makes a mistake of issuing a birth SS # once issued to another person born in 1890 that applied for his # in the 1950′s, then issues the same # to someone else in the 1970′s sight unseen living out of state. NOT DONE!

There three ways for a person claim citizenship, what most of us think of first is called Jus soli, “the right of the soil,” which is the physical location your place of birth. The second is what is called Jus sanguinis, “the right of blood,” which you inherit from your parents. The third is a combination of Jus soli and Jus sanguinis, and it is this combination that determines if one is a natural born citizen.
There are two ways to be a citizen, the European way, just sanguinis, the English and American way, jus soli, and there is NO combination of both that is required by anything.
The meaning of Natural Born at the time that the Constitution was written simply referred to the place of birth. It was the equivalent of Native Born, which was not a popular expression at the time. The writers of the US Constitution used Natural Born in many of their writings, and they always used it to refer to the place of birth and never to parents.

The partial signatures, altered dates, wrong information, descriptions that didn’t come into being until after the touted date, etc. Too much stuff out there to be made up by a few conspirators. Additionally, if you are so correct, this thing would not have had legs for this long. And as far as the conservative names you mentioned who don’t support it; Hillary Clinton first brought it up in her campaign and was threatened and cajoled into keeping her mouth shut. When you think of the name, let us know. Then prove to us that that “expert” is fair and impartial. Then answer why the birther sites have not shown you these:

Obama has shown his birth certificate twice, and the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed the facts on it.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.

And that every child born in the USA is a Natural Born Citizen except for the children of foreign diplomats.

I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country.
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?
All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election. Well, they never did. There is no such file.
So the question is, do you think that the Bush Administration was part of the plot?
Do you think that the files, the documents, the application for the documents, the communications about the documents were all lost or hidden? The meeting of the US Supreme Court referred to is simply an ordinary meeting to decide which cases to take and which to reject. It usually rejects about 99.5% of all cases that it considers, and it considers forty or fifty cases at each of the consideration meetings. It has never taken a birther case.

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.

There are no facts behind that allegation, simply the claims of birther “experts”—who have not shown that they are even experts, and who certainly have not shown that they are fair and impartial. Regardless of your claims, the evidence is in fact overwhelming that Obama was born in Hawaii, and there is no evidence that he was born anywhere else. Obama’s Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya, and she said repeatedly on the tape and in another interview that he was born in Hawaii, and the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story and said that it never happened.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.

Answer. Say that Obama had been born in another country. We KNOW that for a child to be carried into the USA, she or he requires a US travel document, in most cases to be added to the mother’s US passport. And, since the child was born in a foreign country, that would have to be done in that country. And such documents are filed. Well, the US State Department was under THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION until January 2009. Are you saying that if they had found such a document they would not have revealed it, used it against Obama? If not, why not???
So there is no such document. So there is no proof that Obama was born in a foreign country. In contrast, there is proof that he was born in the USA, in Hawaii. Answer. They haven’t. Neither government lawyers nor Obama’s private lawyers have spent one second on any case involving Obama’s birth certificate or his records. Obama showed his birth certificate, short form and long form, voluntarily. There was never a lawsuit for it or for any records. There were and are ONLY lawsuits to get Obama off of ballots and declared ineligible (all of which Obama won). Obama spent money to be on the ballot, not to hide documents. If there had been lawsuits for documents and he fought them, THEN you could say that he spend money hiding documents. But there were no such lawsuits. He spent money on staying on the ballot and not being declared ineligible; that is all.
And, as I said, he HAS show his birth certificates, and he does not have to show any other documents such as his college records. Mittt Romney and John McCain did not show their records either.

Answer: For three reasons. (1) The legal birth certificate is NOT the one in the file, which does not have a seal on it, nor is it on security paper. The legal birth certificate is one of the official physical copies on security paper with the seal attached that the DOH of Hawaii sent to Obama, and confirmed that it sent to Obama. (2) The DOH of Hawaii controls who goes into their files, and it does not allow anyone from outside the Hawaii government to go into them for obvious reasons (files could be stolen or altered); (3) The evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii is overwhelming, and so they don’t have to show anything more.
Now two questions for you about the above three points. Regarding (1) since the legal BC is one of the official physical copies sent to Obama, either the short form or the long form, and since the White House claims to have it (and it does have it), why haven’t the birther press even asked nicely to see it. If they sued for it, they would lose, since they have no right to see it. But, if they asked nicely for it, then they could say that they asked and were turned down. But we know that they did not do that because if they did, and had been turned down, they would have reported it.
In other words, why does not the birthers ask nicely for the official copy at the White House, which there are no regulations barring them from seeing, and instead insist on seeing documents in DOH files that there are regulations barring them from seeing? Answer. To make you, and other nuts, think that because the DOH turns them down, there is something being hidden. What have you got to say to that?
Second question. When Orly went to the files of the DOH in Hawaii and asked to be admitted, and when the members of the Cold Case Posse went to the files of the DOH in Hawaii and asked to be admitted, did they take along an accredited document examiner? The forensics had been done on the online presentation, where it could be taken apart. You and I know a printout will not provide the details a computer will. I have given you three answers: The most important of the three is that the DOH of Hawaii does not allow anyone from outside of the government of Hawaii into its file for the obvious reason that someone could steal or alter documents. That has been the rule for decades, and it is the same rule in other states. The second answer is that the physical BC sent to Obama, and repeatedly confirmed that it was sent to Obama by the DOH of Hawaii is the official birth certificate. IT is, not the one in the files.
And the third explanation is that they have no reason to change their rules or make an exception in them because only people asking to see the birth certificate are those who are dumb enough to think that Obama’s mother and father or her grandparents were rich enough (the grandfather was a furniture salesman and grandmother was a low level employee in a bank) or stupid enough to send her on a long, risky (stillbirths were high in those days) and expensive trip to a foreign country—when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii.

They were lawsuits to get him off of the ballot. Whatever money Obama spent was to stay on the ballot, not to hide anything. He won, of course, and stayed on the ballot. If birthers had wanted to see his college papers, they would have brought lawsuits demanding to see his college papers, but they didn’t . They filed cases to get him off of the ballot. That is all.

Why are you so naive as to take birthers’ words. They have been shown to lie consistently. Overwhelmingly. The three million figure spent “to hide records” is one such lie. Where do they get the figures from? (The total spent on lawyers in the 2008 campaign, if I remember right, was about 2 million). And, as said, there were now lawsuits for documents so their could not have been any money spent on hiding them.
How about these other lies (1) Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya (she said right on the tape that he was born in Hawaii); (2) Abercrombie said that the BC was missing or that he could not find it (he never said any such thing); (3) Obama’s lawyer said that the BC was forged (she never said any such thing); (4) Obama became a citizen of Indonesia (the Indonesian Embassy says that he was never a citizen of that country); (5) you could not be a US citizen to travel to Pakistan in 1981 (Any US citizen could visit using an ordinary US passport; they were eager to have tourists visit); (6) Obama said in a video that he was born in Kenya (it is a forged video); (7) Kenyan birth certificate with a footprint on it shows that he was born in Kenya (it is a forged birth certificate done by a guy who claimed to have gotten in in Kenya but has refused to show any evidence that he had ever gone to Kenya).
It is people like these that you believe and you do not believe the total absurdity of thinking that Obama’s parents were rich enough or stupid enough to send their daughter to a foreign country late in pregnancy at high risk (stillbirths were high in those days) and enormous expense, when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii.
And, in addition to that simple fact, the BC and the confirmations of the officials of both parties is backed up by (1) the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (was the Hawaii government lying in 1961 too? Getting back to your questions (1) the fact that Hawaii does not allow outsiders into its files does not show that Obama’s BC does not exist. It is simply a rule that has been in place for decades. And if birthers really had wanted to see the official physical birth certificate, they could simply ask for it (not necessarily get it, but at least ask) and (2) the claim that Obama spent millions of dollars is made up by the same people who forged the Kenyan birth certificate and the video that claims that Obama said that he was born in Kenya and who said that Obama’s grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—when she clearly said that he was born in Hawaii on the taped interview.

And the US Supreme Court has ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth. Hence, Jinal and Rubio, and yes, Obama, are all Natural Born US Citizens and eligible to be president Obama IS the president, having been elected with a majority of more than 4.7 million votes on November 6.
ON January 4, the US Congress counted the votes of the US Electoral College. The result: Obama won every single one of the 332 Electoral Votes that he won in the general election. Not one single elector changed her or his vote from Obama to Romney. Not one single elector refused to vote or voted for a candidate other than Obama and Romney. The same thing in fact happened in 2008 and in 2012. Not one single elector in the 532 electors in the country in either 2008 or 2012 changed her or his vote because of the claims of birthers. Not one single member of Congress objected to the count or claimed that Obama was not eligible.
The reason that no one in the US Electoral College changed a vote and not one member of Congress objected to Obama’s election in either the 2008 or 2012 election is that (1) not one of them believes the nutty idea that Obama was born in a foreign country; and (2) not one of them believe the crazy birther theory that two citizen parents are required to make a Natural Born US Citizen since the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth.
And these views are shared by such conservative leaders as Paul Ryan, Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review and Mitt Romney and John McCain and Gingrich and Santorum. AND they all know that the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen refers to the place of birth and not to the citizenship of the parents of a US-born citizen.

The “foreign exchange student” story began as an April Fool’s article which was originally published on April 1, 2009—there is not a shred of evidence that confirms it. It also claims that Occidental released Obama’s transcripts, but it did not do so, and it also claimed that “quietly” the case had reached the US Supreme Court, but it had not reached the US Supreme Court then, quietly or other, and it has not done so yet (the meeting on February 15 is merely an ordinary meeting to decide whether to take cases or not take them).
Obama’s records are no more “sealed” than Mitt Romney’s records—and he did not show his school or college transcripts, passport records, medical records, Etc., either. Neither Obama’s records or Mitt Romney’s records or your records or my records are “sealed.” They are all simply private, and they are protected under ordinary state and federal privacy laws that have been in place for decades. If you would like to see a particular record, you have the right to ask the White House to send you a copy, but that may take some time to happen. But the president does not have to show you his college records, etc. simply because an enemy of his wants to see them. Even if you were a friend of his, he still does not have to show them.

What inconsistencies are you talking about? The word African? That is explained by the fact that Hawaii allowed people to use whatever word they wanted to describe their race, and the word that African exchange students used in the 1960s was AFRICAN. Oh, and Kenya did exist at the time and so did Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital.

IF you still believe that Obama COULD have been born in a foreign country, you should be able to answer the following questions:
I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?
All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election.
Well, they never did. There is no such file.
So the question is, do you think that the Bush Administration was part of the plot?
Do you think that the files, the documents, the application for the documents, the communications about the documents were all lost or hidden? Remember, they are in multiple files, the file of the passport holder, the files of applications for passports, the files in the US embassy in foreign countries, the files in the State Department and those in the INS (which would have checked in Obama at an entry point if he had actually traveled in 1961)––and yet no document has been found. Why not?
The absence of the travel document, plus the Hawaii birth certificate, plus the confirmation of the facts on the Hawaii birth certificate by THREE Republican (and several Democrat officials in Hawii) plus the notices in the Hawaii “Health Bureau Statistics” sections of the newspapers, which were sent to the papers ONLY by the DOH of Hawaii and only for births in Hawaii. How do you explain all that?
(The claim that the notices could have been placed by lying relatives turns out to be false because whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital, Hawaii insisted on a witness statement.)
So, how come there is no proof that Obama received a US travel document in 1961, but there is legal and factual proof that he was born in Hawaii?

Regarding the allegation that Obama’s birth certificate was forged. One proof that it is NOT forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying–—and they were Republican officials—–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it” Especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it. … I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.

Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.
In short, birthers want the word to believe that Obama’s parents and grandparents were rich enough and stupid enough to send her on a long, highly expensive and risky (stillbirths were fairly frequent in those days) trip to a foreign country—-when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii. AND, they want us also to believe that the Republican (and Democrat) officials in Hawaii who say that Obama’s birth certificate exists and that there was a birth certificate in the file at the time that the short-form official copy was sent to Obama are lying. And they want us to believe that the public Index Data file, and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers that were sent to the papers by the DOH of Hawaii are also lies, and that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother (who never said he was born in Kenya but repeatedly said he was born in Hawaii) is lying too, as is the Kenyan government, which said that it investigated and that he CERTAINLY was not born there.
