Obama: Ineligibility could prove costly
An attorney whose legal brief in a case challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility revealed a Supreme Court can remove an ineligible chief executive now has released an analysis confirming that if Obama isn’t eligible, he could be charged under a number of felony statutes.
And that’s just on the federal level; any state charges would be in addition, as would charges against individuals who may have helped him in the commission of any of the acts, according to Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation.
Obama won’t be laughing if he is found to be a fraud
Kreep has been involved in several of the cases that have raised challenges to Obama’s occupancy of the Oval Office, including two in California. One is on appeal in the state court system and names California Secretary of State Debra Bowen as defendant. The other, in the federal court system, is on appeal before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Both make claims on behalf of individuals and political candidates in California over Obama’s presence on the 2008 election ballot.

Barack Hussein Obama has come under much scrutiny ever since his rise to national prominence as the Democratic National Committee nominee, and his election in November of 2008, as to whether or not he is a naturally born citizen of the United States. He produced, in
2009, a certification of live birth issued by the state of Hawaii. This, however, is not definitive evidence of birth in Hawaii, nor of being a natural born citizen. This has done little to quiet those who question Mr. Obama’s eligibility for the office President of the United States of
America (herein after referred to as POTUS).
Currently, there are cases filed in both the federal courts and many state courts seeking to compel Barack Obama to produce evidence of his citizenship, and, in the case of his noncompliance of production of valid citizenship papers, to have the electoral votes in his favor nullified.
Assuming, for the purposes of this memo, that Mr. Obama is found to be ineligible, he could face a number of civil and criminal penalties.

At first I just thought this was nuts, but after massive research I have finally come to the conclusion that he is hiding something. I just noticed that when you discuss a subject that this administration does not want to discuss, they use terms like crazy, nut, teabagger, and others for those whom don't agree with them. If this is true and another country has proof of this? They could hold this over his head to get him to have "US" join that side of one of many very difficult issues that we are facing in this world today. I read somewhere today that one country already has proof that he is not qualified. I do not believe all that I read, but the thought of this does disturb me some. We really do need this resolved. I have read a blog recently that claims every president of the U.S. has royal bloodlines reaching across the pond and that every presidential election we've ever had has been controlled from the inside and public votes have been ignored. We've never had a legal presidential election.
The reason obama is still in office is because the controlling secret society of the world has hand-picked him for the job. The cover-up of his ineligibility…the fact that he never was a natural-born U.S. citizen and had foreign student status during his schooling from day one will never be legally challenged. There have been many judges who have refused to uphold constitutional requirements because the controlling secret society demand this president will continue on as he is.
All our presidents from the first to the last are distant cousins with the same bloodline going back to british and french royalty. That didn't happen by chance. Obama and Bush are distant cousins.
The Kennedy family is rival to the Bush dynasty and when the Bushes are no longer in power the truth about who killed the Kennedy's will come out; IF the Bush family ever loses power; which is very doubtful.
I make these statements based on research of others and have no proof of my own; so don't plan to subpoena me! Time will bear the facts out sooner or later.

I'm curious about the lawsuit filed by attorney Dr. Orly Taitz that was to start on Jan. 26, 2010 in the Federal courtroom of Judge David Carter concerning Obama! I've heard nothing else about the case.
Tilly; I do believe that one was thrown out by carter (Stating he did not have jurisdiction)and is going no where right now. The only good one right now is the 3rd appeal in DC. This is all hear say and just wish this guy would show someone some proof. Not to me I think no matter where he was born, he's father was not an american citizen and he has duel citizenship. My question is "Does he meet the requirements of Natural Born Citizen with Duel citizenship"? I don't know and no one will address this from the media or the Obama camp. I think everyone in the press is scared to ask them anything that might get them banished from the great and powerful "O Staff". They did that with Fox and that didn't turn out so well, viewership increased. Fox is wish for that to happen agian I'm sure.
There is a compelling reason our forefather put an amendment in the Constitution specifying who is eligible to serve as President of the United States. Our founding fathers or their parents endured the tyranny that was inflicted on Europeans by monarchs and the moneyed aristocrats. Thus, they created a Constitutional amendment so that a deposed monarch or an an aristocrat could not immigrate to the USA, become a citizen, or run for President.
More than ever, we need this amendment. If we were to repeal this Amendment, what's to keep a moneyed America hater from becoming a citizen, buying himself the Presidency, and issuing executive orders galore?
