Let the president be duly warned.
Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.
In an exclusive WND column, former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo claims that Jones introduced his House Concurrent Resolution 107 in response to startling recent comments from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.
“This week it was Secretary of Defense Panetta’s declaration before the Senate Armed Services Committee that he and President Obama look not to the Congress for authorization to bomb Syria but to NATO and the United Nations,” Tancredo writes. “This led to Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., introducing an official resolution calling for impeachment should Obama take offensive action based on Panetta’s policy statement, because it would violate the Constitution.”

A stone waste of time! The Senate won’t convict him!
It is so total waste of of time but to me that is something that needs to be done because there are so many things he has done to distroy our beautiful country at the very least it is out there for everyone to see.

He can be convicted at trial, but just like Pres. Clinton, the democrat comtroled Senate will never vote to remove him from office.

Congress cannot impeach Obama without impeaching 90% of itself, THAT’S the problem!
Therefore, WE, THE PEOPLE, in order to reinstate our rights as citizens of the United States of America, MUST impeach those in power AND make an example of them – NO ‘diplomatic immunity’, and let the government know its place is OF the people, By the people and FOR the people, NOT the world.
WE ARE A REPUBLIC, not a dictatorship, and we will NOT lie down and be walked upon by those whose oath of loyalty HAS BEEN VIOLATED.
If he is impeached in the House and the Senate does not convict he will still be outed for all America to see. His crimes will brought to the forefront of the media. The media will not be able to hide his deceptions any longer. He will need an army willing to die for HIM in order for him to remain in office. Race war? Perhaps that is his goal.

I coined a term a few years ago wile sending e-mails back and forth with a god friend who sadly was a die hard liberal. Brain-Washington. The attempts and policy’s by the goverment for the past 20 or so years are ment to brain wash everyone into thinking that they know what is best for America and the free markets. Obama has many RICH backers who have skirted the law to get their boy in charge. Obama having 21 or more breaks of American laws is just a longstanding plot and and this rabbit hole is very deep. The health care bill was fraudulant from it’s inception as they went as far as blanking out a bill that was already passed to give service men and woman affordable housing benifits and inserted their health care reform. Dirty politics.
A phony President will have to be arrested for crimes. Impeachment is for real Presidents.
