Crowley cuts off Romney’s Fast and Furious remarks at Obama’s behest
In the Oct. 16 presidential debate between President Barack Obama and GOP challenger W. Mitt Romney, when the president dropped the pretense of being neutral on restricting gun rights with a key assist from moderator Candy Crowley, hostess of the CNN program “State of the Nation.”
After his policies were rebuked in the 1994 midterms, President William J. Clinton, blamed more than anything else his support for a national ban on so-called assault weapons. It must have been a calculated move for Obama to suggest he would bring back the ban that had expired.
The questioner asked the president what he had done to fulfill his 2008 promise to keep AK-47’s and so-called assault weapons out of the hands of criminals.
Americans support the Second Amendment, he said. Then, those concerned about gun rights waited for the “but.”
They did not have to wait long.

Yeah.. he talks big… but where is his BIG MOUTH when it comes to HIS KIND who live in Chicago ? Oh I see, he’s not talking about STOLEN guns… he’s talking about people who have taken the test, and registered their gun, etc. Not to worry… Chicago people… he AIN’T coming after ya’ll… ya can steal all the guns ya want.. he only wants the WHITE jokers who registered their guns…
When the Constitution of the United States was written, the most powerful weapon in the world was the gun, and it was allowed to every citizen who needed to carry one, whether for defense or hunting. Now, they are saying why should anyone be allowed an assault weapon? First of all, an assault weapon is excellent protection. Just because it is called “assault weapon” doesn’t make it an assault weapon. The assault weapon of the 1700s was a musket, and the most powerful and dangerous was a blunderbus.
Should assault weapons be allowed on the streets? No, of course not, unless they are being taken to a gun show or practice range. But property owners should have the right to protect their property, and in this day and age where the criminals have assault weapons (you really think they care if they’re legal or not?), an equal or stronger force should be allowed for protection.
And the government should NOT be involved in disarming its citizens.
Obama has previously stated publicly he sees no reason for “ANY” citizen to own a firearm of any kind! Yet in his home of Chicago where guns are outlawed now has the highest murder rate in (all 57 states) the country. Truth of back door legislation has occurred in Parker County, Texas where 8 city councilmen passed an anti-gun ordinance without debate, notification or due process. It has been a five year battle to rescind this law to no avail against liberal Dems who passed it. You cannot even use a bow and arrow on your own property unless you own at least ten or more acres even in non-incorporated areas. First offense is $500.00 fine The fact is their global agenda cannot be carried out until we have been rendered defenseless.

The Dems with Rino support are using a back door stealth approach like getting on board with the United Nations gun ban and other local and county codified ordinances that trump 2nd ammendment arguments when one goes before a jaded anti gun Justice system infilterated with anti-gun judges! An article I read in American Hunter stated that licensed and registered hunters in the United States this year amassed together would represent one of the largest standing armies in the world yet this month NO ONE was killed.

Barley, when the UN starts paying my bills and buying me a truck and giving me my food and utilities, then and not until then can they have my AR’s, my shot guns, my 110 model 30-06, my 30-30 Winchester (pre 64, good steel) and my 2 Thompson Center Muzzel Loaders, one is a Encore. It has taken me a life time to amass my guns and it they can have them when they pry them from my cold dead hands. And I would have had more but I thought I needed a 07 Ultra Classic Harley or I would have a LOT more guns…I also have a couple of compound bows and am very good with them. But lets talk about what reason the United Nations should have the power over the American citizen when it comes to what guns he has and uses for sport shooting, hunting, and the Biggest one of all, the 2nd. Amendment which say that we have the right to keep and bear arms. And the reason Jefferson said that an American citizen should alway have and KEEP arms was in case of a tyranical government that was forcing their adjenda on the citizens of this country and we had the right to have our militia’s for the soul porpose was to change out that government with a much thought out and better government that then will be for the people , of the people, and by the people. Well My fellow Americans, we have just about reached that point when we have a president that by passes Congress, (how I do not understand) and starts a war in Libya. Isn’t it funny (not really) that Obama is the ONLY PRESIDENT IN HISTORY that has started a war without the concent and blessing of our Congress , and would have the blessing of the people also usually and thats the way it always should be. This man has removed a Dictator from Libya but now the rif raf that Momar Kadaffie was keeping out was the taliban and Al Qaeda, the very people that bombed our Twin Towers back on 9/11/2001. And now Obama in his infinite wisdom, has removed Momar and replaced him with his buddies, the Muslim Brotherhood, which now days are the Taliban and Al Qaeda. Why do you think Obama didn’t listen about putting more boots on the ground when Ambassador Smith asked for protection 48 hours ahead of time. But Obama has it covered, he has Hillary to jump under the buss for him and take the heat off, she thinks…This was planned by Obama, started by Obama, and it should be finished by Obama. He should be taken out of office and charged with as many crimes and I mean a lot of them so he spends the rest of his life in a prison or is given the death penalty for his blatently and obvious wrongs he has done to this Country and to her people. If we do not remove him and procecute him for his crimes, if he gets back in office for 4 more years, this Country will not be a think like it was just 4 years ago, and by the way, I would put up with what we had to what is the intention of Obama..Remove our guns and start removing our Christians and bringing in Shariah Law and then my fellow men and women, we lose,,we lose big…we lose everything our fore fathers fought and died for and we will never see THAT America ever again, not usless we get the guts and fortitude to stand up and take back what is ours and it never was Obamas dream. All he wants is to see America go down on her knees and see how low he can take her and her people. And something else, I have no idea how many PATRIOTS, TRUE PATRIOTS we have in this country of ours, but I know there are millions and millions that feel the way I do. Mr President, please don’t try to take our guns away from us because that would be the biggest mistake you have ever made in your misguided attempt to run this country as if that was what you were really trying to do..You have the idea that the American people will lay down and just give up..There are still more than you can count that feel the same way I do and they will not submit to your way fo taking care of this country and her people. Mr. President, PLEASE DO NOT START THE NEXT CIVIL WAR. It will still be brother against brother but not the north and south this time. Obama is going after the guns? The guns of law-abiding American citizens or criminals? I think it’s law-abiding American citizens he’s after. The Second Amendment gives us all a God-given right to own a gun for hunting or for protection, especially against a tyrannical government. It’s almost impossible to take over a country that’s armed.
