I agree. It is so difficult to make any sense in what she puts on here. Why the capital letter in the middle of a word? the misspelling makes it difficult to figure out what a word is? She needs to use a dictionary in order to spell words correctly and, most of all, spellcheck for errors in her typing. I sold mobile homes to people and let me tell you they are the some of the most beautiful homes people can own for the price…the double wides are simply elegant they have the most updated materials and put next to a framed home you can not tell the difference and in many cases they look better…all of the bathrooms in most cases have whirlpool baths and the kitchens have very updated appliances…and working fireplaces…its amazing…they have intricate woodwork in many of these homes…and well…you cant get better quality for the money….people who refer to trailer trash are just really uninformed individuals,,,and I suggest if you are looking for a future home to purchase and you own some land check into this option…you will be happily surprised!!!!1

I contacted OrlyTaitz over a year ago, almost two years ago, and she never repsonded. then after I filed affidavit with Sec of State of Ks I called the web site hone number and a wowan answered but did’;t give name and got hung up on. I called back and left detailed info as to what had transpfired, Its posted on my site 9/14/12. I She has yet to ask for court order, but the judge, did not dismiss the case, Its open and waiting. Federal warrants have to go through the sheriff’s office. Remember a constitutional sheriff is a citizen’s advocate and may be the only protection from the corrupt federal government.
If the government were to limit spending to those areas authorized in the Constitution, the American people would treat the government like any other worthwhile charity.

To tell you the truth, I am tired of this entire debate. If this is real evidence, why does the Supreme Court keep turning it down? Why have so many states turned it down? Why doesn’t this get into a real criminal court? Why do we allow it to continue to allow him to be in the Oval Office? Why isn’t there anyone with the cajones to take this through the system who doesn’t look and act like they should be wearing a foil hat?
Why aren’t there committee or subcommittee chairs in Congress willing to take this into hearings? Even when I look at a video like this, it looks like something out of an Area 51 documentary – lots of inuendo. But this sort of thing belongs in court if it is true – not just in these news conferences that, frankly, seem to be attended more by crackpots than by anybody else.
Get it into court, and get the actual evidence to be presented to a jury – or at least get a legitimate prosecutor to call a criminal grand jury, present the evidence, and let the cards fall where they may. But if you can’t get that done – if there isn’t a single state in the union willing to take it on, then hang it up. It isn’t going to fly, and it makes all of O’s opposition look like they’ve escaped from Happy Acres. I see more liklihood that states will try to withdraw from the union than that they will take this on in court. Get it through the courts and I’m behind it. But if it is just another news conference reviewing, basically, the same stuff, then give it up. It isn’t worth continuing it.

I think it was Andrew Jackson that said about a Supreme Court ruling on banking, “Yeah I heard the ruling, now let’s see them enforce it.” America has a long history of just discarding the truth, that was in 1830 best I remember. Nothing is going to be done about Obama, not now or from 2008. You might as well accept it. Only old folks even care. I’m 70 and don’t like it any more than most of you posting here, but almost everyone younger than 50 think it is just great. They believe Obama is what the country needs. When the collapse hits them in the face at least most of us will be gone.

Those countries who we have been saving down through the years better start praying for America because we are going to need all the prayers to get through this bunch of liars and the evil that has permeated this country. The question is why hasn’t someone, anyone done anything about this empty chair? Has our entire Congress, military leaders, federal marshals, etc. been bought out or under threats? If the people rise up and march on Washington, he will most likely use his Executive Order giving him the right to declare martial law in case of a national emergency. The comment about Constitutional Sheriffs and the power they have sounds like a plausible solution to the problem.
I might also add that the Const. Shrf’s will need to work with the State Govt’s. Together, there is not only legitimacy in the eyes of the public but logistical and personnel support. The CS’ do not necessarily need the State Govts. but it definitely will be needed if and when this thing does get nasty.

I find it hard to believe they wouldn’t just make a new stamp altogether. With the technology today it would be easy. Unless they thought the American people were so gullible they didn’t need to do much more than phony up a document. And low and behold: It worked! 50.6% of America believed it! Not one agency dedicated to protecting the Citizens of the US has taken up an investigation into the truth of Obama’s documents. I would like to throw a monkey in the works. I believe obama is not a US citizen, even if he was born in the USA. Here’s my reasons.
obama’s mother repatriated to Indonesia in the 70′s to be with her husband. This is confirmed fact. She took her children with her. Also, confirmed fact. There are two reasons we know obama lost his US citizenship at this time.
First, US law states that when a custodial parent repatriates to another country, minor children who go with that parent AUTOMATICALLY lose their US citizenship as well.
Second, obama attended public school while in Indonesia. School pictures and school records have been seen on numerous websites. Also, during a recent state trip to Indonesia obama admitted being a student in Indonesia. Indonesian law stated then, as well as now, that ONLY Indonesian citizens may attend public schools. Indonesian law also does not allow dual citizenship: Citizenship in all other countries must be renounced BEFORE Indonesian citizenship is granted.
US law recognizes that minor children have no control over these circumstances. They must go with their parents. That is why US law allows people who lost their US citizenship under these conditions to regain their citizenship when they become adults. There are three requirements that must be satisfied.
1. The person must return to the United States by a certain age. (I can’t remember the exact age at this moment.)
2. Citizenship in the adopted country must be renounced. (“Adopted country” is the legal term used in the law.)
3. The person must apply for reinstatement of US citizenship.
This process is not naturalization. The person gets their US citizenship back as if they never lost it in the first place. Natural born status, specifically mentioned in the law, is also reinstated, assuming the person had it before. There are other nit-picky technical details but I won’t bore you with those.
I now ask the following question. Where is the evidence obama ever applied for reinstatement of US citizenship? IF he failed to do that then obama is not a US citizen, but still a citizen of Indonesia. His entire presidency is illegitimate and he is guilty of high treason against the people of the United States; specifically, overthrowing the government by unlawful means.
