The English language version of the Russian publication “Pravda” (a word which ironically means either truth or justice) is revealing what perhaps is the most mind boggling piece of the puzzle of Barack Obama’s nativity story heretofore hidden from public knowledge.
“Arizona + Minor v. Happersett + Hawaii State/U.S. Citizenship issues = justia and the scrubbing of Minor off the internet=a puzzle coming together, showing what Obama really is” summarizes one columnist, commenting on Pravda’s scoop.
One free legal search site allegedly scrubbed the penultimate Supreme Court decision regarding definition of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN before the 2008 election; Minor v. Happersett either was just dropped or somehow (minimized) by “Justia.com (which) is owned by an Obama supporter.”
Pravda goes on to assert that the “systematic scrubbing of Minor v. Happersett in the summer of 2008 (involved) erasing the name and specific text quoted from the case, along with specific citations to it out of dozens of Supreme Court cases” citing Minor in “over 138 years of American Supreme Court History!” .
Further confusion of the entire nativity story involves a uniquely struck law specific only to Hawaii which conveys U.S. citizenship to any citizen of Hawaii born on or after April 30, 1900. And this is why, “the campaign itself created the entire birth certificate controversy” mainly pardon the pun, as a red herring to draw the public away from Minor.
In the Minor case Supreme Court Justice C.J. Waite delivered an opinion supporting ordinary citizen, Mrs. Virginia Minor, who had sued a Missouri election official who refused to sign her up as a voter because she was a woman. “According to the decision (in Minor);” at common-law with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens, also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167 (1874).”
Pravda specifically points out: “As long as the public was wondering about what being born under ‘the British Nationality Act of 1948′ meant, and the birth certificate “birther” controversy in general, they were NOT looking into laws which would have legally prevented the senator from assuming the role ofcandidate and then President!”
And Pravda is calling Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s press conference“an earth shattering revelation.” “Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.” In a very insightful evaluation of U.S. mainstream media, Pravda continues: “the American Press is aggressively protecting the presumed President of the United States, pushing the fraud upon both America and the world, supporting a man who may well have usurped the office. . .one can easily imagine the reaction of the press had this scenario been about George W. Bush in 2004.”
So we may very well have the answer to America’s spin control story on steroids from a famous Russian news outlet which is doing the story our own fourth estate simply will not touch.

Who asserts that statement? What law are they referring to? I find it strange that such a law is possible since Hawaii did not become part of the United States until August 21, 1959.
You need to brush up on your critical thinking. Just because the law was retroactive back to April 30, 1900 does not mean that is when the law was written. If it was written in 1965 it could still read the exact same way. Unless you have specific evidence that this law does not exist, the date issue is a non-starter. As a matter of fact, when Hawaii became a state I would expect them to write a law that would confer U.S. citizenship to the citizens of Hawaii then living. To do that you would _have_ to make it retroactive. I’m actually surprised it doesn’t go back further, as someone who was 60 or older the day Hawaii gained statehood, and had lived in Hawaii their entire life, would not have been given full U.S. citizenship.
Hawaii became a US territory in 1898
Becoming a territory of the United States in no way grants citizenship to anyone so becoming out US territory would in deed grant nothing in the rights to becoming our President.
I would have to go back over my information of court records to give you the specific case but it did define age requirements to passing even citizenship on to your child when live birth was outside the borders of the United States, Their findings were that any woman that was a citizen of no less then 19 years of age in our country would have the rights to passing on citizenship to her child.
Obama’s mother living out side the USA giving birth at the age of 18 would in no way pass on any citizenship to Obama at all let alone the status of Natural Born Citizen.
Obama’s father being from Kenya and never being a US citizen makes it impossible for Obama to ever be anything more then a citizen if born in the USA.
Being a citizen and being a natural born citizen are different. It is possible to be a citizen just by being born here. To be a natural born citizen however, you must be born to two U.S. citizen parents. As I understand the law Minor V. Happersett stated it is possible to be a natural born citizen if you are born to two US citizen parents even if it is in a foreign country. But “both” parents must be US Citizens. More insight here:

Keep in mind the only elected office in the country that has the requirement of being a natural born citizen is the office of President. Threaten Roger Ailes, you must be kidding. There is enough doubt about Obama’s citizenship to beg for an inquiry, but none is probable. Most of the “evidence” is hearsay and scattered. Forgery is a serious felony and fraud is just as bad. Obviously, a lot of data has been altered and records have been cleansed. To what purpose? Dosen’t matter at this point. By Obama’s own admission his father was not a U.S. citizen. That should be enough to declare him ineligible to run for, or hold, the job he has. I have been doing just that for some time now. I get RT television news, live, 24 hours a day direct from Moscow, in English thru my computer to my TV with a Roku box which you can buy for as cheap as $59 from the Roku site. Their reporting is direct and to the point with no slanted viewpoints from the reporter and very limited commercials. That goes for the US news also and they have reporters all over our country. I get better insight into what is going on in our country from them than I ever got from our so called major media.
I started going to the FCC website and filing a complaint every day on one of our local stations for not providing us with currents events of importance to us. Mainly the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation and outcome. If they will not cover this news also, then they don’t deserve a broadcast license. If we all were to do this and overwhelm the FCC with complaints, maybe they will force the media to report or shut down. I think it’s a good idea, maybe it will help in your community also. It’s worth a try .

Pravda and Izvestia were state controlled media in the former Soviet Union. Pravada continues on today in Russia while Izvestia has essentially been dissolved. The same could be said of the MSM in the U.S., i.e. that it is state controlled media. The WH and the state controlled MSM coordinate on a daily basis for the editorial talking points that will be used in their broadcasts and opeds. The U.S. Congress has become essentially the Russian Parliament or Duma, i.e. ineffective or at the very least a rubber stamp for Premier Obama. The parallels are two obvious to be denied. There is no question that Obama’s political worldview is much more aligned with Russia than the U.S.
This oft repeated reference to “The First Black President” when referring to Obama is in reality nonsense. He’s at best the first Mulatto or Black/White mixed president, assuming his account of his parentage is to be believed. That may be the only time that the hyphenated African-American heritage label can accurately be applied. Belief is all that can be applied to Obama’s parentage since there is no factual evidence to support his assumed nativity one way or the other while he and his media sycophants/lapdogs adamantly refuse to disclose or search for it.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio is the only legally ordained law enforcement agent to so far undertake to do a formal investigation into Obama’s nativity and thus his constitutional eligibility/legality to serve as POTUS. Sooner or later all the evidence will be uncovered. In the meantime the only court that will formally adjudicate this case is the court of public opinion and its verdict will be rendered November 6, 2012! It remains to be seen if the verdict will be one that will result in his removal from office or that given such a verdict whether it will be enforced, which I sincerely believe we have good reason to doubt. I will continue to visit your site as sadly the media in the US is corrupt and apparently doesn’t have the same regard for honesty and integrity in reporting as you do. It is also sad that we will have to endure another year and a half of Obama’s ineligible presidency before the truth comes out. Even so, justice will prevail and he will one day be held accountable for his crimes against our country. His web of lies will one day unravel. Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

“I feel for him actually,” Obama told a Chicago TV station. “What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody.”
The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.
The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.
“Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state,” she said.
As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, “There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere.”

f this is really an important issue for you you need to do what I have just done and that is tell the people soliciting funds for their candidate you are withholding contributions until they take up a stand for the Constitution and support Sheriff Joe’s call for a Congressional investigation. I support Paul but you can send the same letter to Romney, Santorum or Newt, just change the names or add you own comments. All need money and if we can get thousands of letters like the one I sent we may get someone’s attention. Also, do not forget the flood of requests you are getting from candidates on all levels, House, Senate, Governor, state representatives, judges, county commissioners, and especially your local sheriff. All we are asking is hat base don the forensic evidence discovered by Sheriff Joe that they all investigate with an open mind.

I have been a loyal Paul supporter and contributor for many years. I gave the maximum $2500 in 2008 along with several members of my family. I have contributed to his Congressional campaigns although I live in a neighboring district. I have been contributing regularly during the course of the primaries. I am withholding future contributions because Dr. Paul has refused to take up the issue of Obama’s ineligibility to be POTUS. I understand why this is a hot political potato and has been avoided up to now. To have brought up the issue would of been to face mockery and ridicule, but now we have the required evidence. As I hop you are aware, on March 1 Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio released convincing evidence the long form birth certificate and draft card registrations are forgeries. He also reported that vital information has been removed from the National Archives that would settle once and for all whether Obama was born in in Kenya. This issue has to be taken up and Paul can reasonably and justifiably request a Congressional investigation. Such a move would revitalize his candidacy and illustrate his absolute adherence to the Constitution. He also would not be ignored. Paul’s base of support would grow as over 55% of Americans question Obama’s eligibility. Obama could not ignore Paul. The MSM would have to and would most probably delight in reporting his comments.
This needs to be done now. It has to become an issue. Right now the campaign is losing steam. This is the issue that will reinvigorate it. Romney and Santorum will have to confront the issue along with Gingrich. It needs to be done now and not later.
