The stage is being set for a major ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on whether the U.S. judiciary actually can enforce the provisions of the Constitution.
The basic question is being raised in an appeal of a district judge’s decision to dismiss a legal challenge to Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president.
WND previously reported U.S. District Judge David Carter’s decision to dismiss the complaint that listed several dozen plaintiffs.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has filed a notice of appeal to the 9th Circuit in the case. Because of the unusual circumstances in which some of the plaintiffs are represented by another lawyer, attorney Orly Taitz also has filed a motion for reconsideration.

You know, I don't know if Obama is a citizen, or not. Obviously, one would have to be an idiot to believe there isn't something irrregular in his personal history as he has spent over $1.5M fighting this issue rather than just producing a birthcertificate, which was and is Lou Dobbs point.
The significant issue in my mind is not whether he is or isn't but that he has violated his "oath of office" repeatedly which mandates a movement of Impeachment. There are now some sources who are finally seeing that this is the direction all Americans should be pointing to and it should be done sooner rather than later for the good of all Americans.
I have been pleading that this be toroughky examined because I don't believe he is qualified and has been evading the issue all along. Snopes has denied this but there are pix and documents certainly floating around that seem to suppoort an investigation. For xample the birth certificate has no applicaton number in that space.
Snopes founders are far left liberals. We all should be somewhat skeptical of what they say.

I am fairly confident that no court will ever throw him out of office, so the Constitutional procedure to remove a man who has violated his oath of office is impeachment.

Many means to an end. Why not someone ASK Obama why he refuses to release his actual Birth Certificate? Have one of the many interviewers or at his live Q and A sessions? I am no longer optimistic anything good will hapen in the courts. I believe we (the anti-socialists) will have to take control of Congress and then pass a law requiring any presidential candidate to provide proof of birth in the U.S. Such a law will prevent BO from running for a second term.
Although impeachment will probably turn out to be the only course of action, I believe "Western Journalism" and other legitimate news organizations will need to educate the public on what impeachment actually means before they will get behind it.

I can't begin to tell you how very disapointed I am with Judge David Carter's decission to dismiss the case that was before him. How much longer do the AMERICAN citizens have to wait to get this FAKE PRESIDENT out of our White House and into Prison, along with Nancy Pelosi for certifying that he was eligable to be the U.S. President. There isn't a day that passes that there isn't something else these two COMMIES haven't started something else to undermine our rights and destroy our country.
