WASHINGTON (AP) — Facing strong fundraising from his Republican challenger, President Barack Obama and Democrats have spent more than they brought in last month as the president expanded his campaign operations and purchased millions of dollars in television advertising to compete with rival Mitt Romney.
New campaign finance reports out Monday show Obama’s campaign spent about $59 million in July, much of it on advertising and paid staff. That’s compared with about $49.2 million in total receipts during the same period, Federal Election Commission data show.
Obama’s re-election effort has so far been losing the money race to Romney and the Republicans, who have out-raised the president in May, June and July. Romney and the GOP reported a combined $101 million in fundraising last month, while Obama and the Democrats together said they raised $75 million.
Early reports showed the Democratic National Committee spent about $14 million in coordinated advertising with Obama. That’s as the DNC raised roughly $10 million in July while also spending $32 million, leaving the party with about $15.4 million in the bank by month’s end.
The fundraising disparity has been so significant that Obama campaign officials have publicly stated they expect to be outraised by Romney. The former Massachusetts governor has enjoyed not only significant contributions to his campaign and party, but also millions of dollars in cash to outside “super” political groups running ads on his behalf.

We can only hope that Nobama and the ape lady end up taking a long walk to Africa. He is destroying this country and if the rich reelect him then they can cry when he distributes their wealth among the poor or whoever. The ones who vote for him will be crying and blameing the people who did not vote for that mad man because the United States will be turned into a country of Muslims. Lets just hope people get smart before November and it does not matter who is running all it takes to get elected is be the biggest liar, the biggest crook and bring in the most money.
Tell Obama to Michelle’s big butt on the line for $10.00 a pop, but then again that would probably raise a couple of Hundred in a month or two!
He is using stimulus money for his fund raising.

People may be against Romney and his choice for VP but who knows just maybe they will pull this country out of what it has gotten into. How much of the stuff put out by the Nobama camp is true and how do we know. If Nobama wants to see tax returns then let him show all of his sealed things he paid millions to seal.
How many of the people he appointed to different jobs when he took office couldn’t serve or who had not paid taxes in how many years? With the huge debt our country is in (sure some was left by Bush) but more was occured by Nobama. As big as the National Debt is Nobama went behind the backs of Congress and gave the black farmers over 2 billion dollars of the tax payers hard earned taxes to pay them back for all of the abuse they took in years past. Not none of my family abused them or treated them bad so why are our taxes going to the black farmers?

This is insane. They are spending this kind of money to get a job that only pays less than a million dollars. What is even worse is the fact that neither candidate is really qualified for the job.
The primary duties of the President are our National Security and Defense – Commander in Chief. This takes something neither Romney or Obama have, combat training and actual combat experience. It also takes knowing the American political system. Both Romney and Obama know how to con people out of millions of dollars to get a job that they are totally unqualified for and yet they have absolutely no idea about how to preform their duties once they take office.
I like to look at it this way. When we hire a person who is able to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to get a job that pays less that a million dollars it is only normal for them to spend TRILLIONS of dollars we DO NOT have once they take office. What we should be looking for is a person who is able to spend the least amount of money to get the job. It is very simple. A person who uses his or her campaign financing wisely they will use our tax money wisely once they take office.

No one has even heard of James What’s his name. Splitting the vote would be disdastrous. Obama would be sure tro get re-elected. Not every president has had military experience nor is it a requirement. At least, Romney has business sense which Obama does not have, never having had a job. He has held a job which formed many successful businesses. Has Obama done that? NO! Obama has no experience in any of the things that make a good president. He has no leadership qualifications – he knows nothing about foreign policy nor even how to get along with our allies – he has improved our economy – he has not improved our jobless rate and he has had plentyu of time to get it all on the way uop. It isg etting worse instead. Why would anyone want him back in.
I believe the primary responsibilityof the president is to see to our well being, such as our economy, our jobs, our homes, and to rectify problems in those areas. this president has not improved anything. Also, to operate the government in such a way that the least amount of money is used for this and not to increase our debt to such a degree that our great grandchildren will still be paying on it. Romney may not be the greatest but he is still a big improvemdent over what we have in there now. But, if you don’t mind living in a socialistic world, go ahead and vote for him. Forget Jim Hayden – voting for him is a split in the vote and will assure Obama being re-elected.
Is anyone really surprised that O’Bama & the democraps spent money they don’t have? After all, the precedent was set when they spent OUR money WE don’t have!
