It was reported on Sunday that Obama was so broken up after touring the devastation caused by the Colorado wildfires that he promptly hopped aboard Air Force One and made an 18-minute conference call to his big donors asking for cash that was described as “pleading” and “a tad worried.” Daily Beast columnist Lloyd Grove, who obtained the audio tape from an Obama donor, went on to refer to the call as “rambling[s]”…from “a dog-tired idealist.”
Almost a year ago today, Obama was in hot water for videotaping a campaign commercial in the White House Map Room begging for cash; U.S. Code clearly states that fundraising in a government building is strictly forbidden. The question is, does this also apply to Air Force One? The law does not include the term “airplane,” but by extension, one would think it applied to anything serving a building-like function. Furthermore, presumably while on Air Force One paid for by taxpayers at a cost of $180,000 per hour, Obama should be engaged in activity relating to his job, not on his hands and knees begging for cash from his cronies.
Here’s the relevant U.S. Code:
(a) Prohibition.
(1) In general. – It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit or receive a donation of money or other thing of value in connection with a Federal, State, or local election from a person who is located in a room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by an officer or employee of the United States. It shall be unlawful for an individual who is an officer or employee of the Federal Government, including the President, Vice President, and Members of Congress, to solicit or receive a donation of money or other thing of value in connection with a Federal, State, or local election, while in any room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by an officer or employee of the United States, from any person.
(2) Penalty. – A person who violates this section shall be fined not more than $5,000, imprisoned not more than 3 years, or both.

As long as we have as law that a majority of the Supreme Court decides what the interpretation of any law is we have a majore problem.

Aproximately 30% of the SCOTUS decisions are unanimous decisions.
That means that in 70% of the cases SCOTUS cannot even agree on what the law means.
That also means that if SCOTUS cannot even understand the law, how can we expect individual citizens to understand and interpret the law correctly?
I believe that our legal system works backward and puts the horse behind the wagon.
I propese that the first function of SCOTUS should be to review every new law before it can be enacted. Approval of any law (approval meaning that the law is ruled constitutional) must be unanimous.
As long as the so called best legal minds (SCOTUS) cannot agree on the meaning of a law, how can we citizens expect to know what is in a law?
Congress and SCOTUS both should write for every law a section that explains in detail why the propesed law is constitutional.
De damage done by an illegally enacted law can most of the time not be reversed by the time SCOTUS decides on it.
(The same is true for illegal presidents)
I believe that a copy of every proposed law should be sent to every library, so that every constituent who is interested, can look at it, make aomendments,, estoppel it, and query, in detail, why that law is being proposed. Including in whose interest, the law is being proposed on behalf, and the associated costs.All, those politicians involved also have to give a good reason why they are supporting it, or not.
So, what happened after the White House Map Room commercial? Our Congress is impotent, as is our judiciary. That leaves it up to We the People, as in:

He ordered all Gov. office parking lots to be covered with solar panels. The Gov. is buying them and keeping them going. No one else wants them for they are over priced. My grandson is an electrician and runs electricity to the windmills that are ruining our landscapes. It cost 1.5 million to put up one windmill. It makes 30.000 dollars a month in electricity. at that rate it will take 20 years to pay for the windmill. not counting that they have to pay someone to climb each windmill once a month to oil and do maintenance on them . One employ can only climb 8 windmills in 24 hrs. So look at the people it takes to oil these and do maintenance. If the wind gets to fast someone has to climb them to put a block in them to stop or slow them down. Again another employee. By the time these things are worn out they have never turned a profit. There are times that the Blades hit with a cross wind and causes the blade to hit the tower and it explodes. So No profit on the windmills ever. They cost more than they are worth. Then Obama is selling his solar panels to Gov. for placing over parking areas. The cost of this will take many years to pay for its self.
