COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign is suing Ohio’s top elections official in a dispute over a state law that restricts early, in-person voting during the three days before Election Day.
The lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court in Columbus follows a series of election law changes cleared by the state’s Republican-controlled Legislature and signed by its Republican governor, John Kasich.

Where there are situations or circumstances, which are not to his liking…he BULLDOZES them, out of the way…regardless, of silly, little inconveniences like “The Law”…”appearances”…positive interactions, with legislators across the Land…setting an example, for the American people, as an effective, and WORTHY Ultimate Leader… He is DRUNK, with Power!! He, of the extreme dearth of skills and talents, feels INVINCIBLE, so that he can IMPOSE whatever hare-brained idiocy he dreams-up…in those “pipe-dreams” that he so often indulges in! He is, where he is…because the American people invited him, in…without questions or vetting…and, today, we TOLERATE all of this! He wouldn’t remain in-office, if we all PROTESTED, and brought to a legal forum, his flagrant abuses of his official powers…
Where does a President get off telling any State what laws they can pass for themselves? Is Obama so afraid of early voting for fear he wouldn’t like the outcome? Here in Utah people can go out and vote early almost 2 weeks before and election. This is just more crap that the decent people of the US have to deal with. This must come to an end this November!

What right does the obama Campaign have in sueing a state? That kind of decisons are UP to the state NOT to someone running for ofiice! Period. Every state should demand that whomever runs for office..of Presidency provide a valid Birth Certificate proving both of their parents were American citizens prior to that person being born.. before they can be placed on the ballot. Every state should demand voter ID. Every state should purge their voting records every 4 yrs making sure dead people are not voting??!!??!! Every state should allow their citizens to vote for the best person for the job instead of for the party. Every state should purge any appearances of voter fraud and make sure that ALL votes are counted and recorded IN state and NOT allow any kind of out sourcing for recording and counting votes. States need to defend their rights to protect their citizens against any and all kinds of voter fraud.
