TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Attorneys arguing on behalf of Barack Obama’s re-election plans today urged a Florida judge to decide that Obama is not yet the Democratic nominee for president and ignore evidence challenging his eligibility.
The arguments were raised by attorney Mark Herron on behalf of Obama in a hearing before Judge Terry Lewis in Florida, who is best known for presiding over the 2000 Bush v. Gore election dispute.
Lewis is credited with making crucial rulings in the contested 2000 presidential election when ultimately a Florida recount was halted by the U.S. Supreme Court, and George W. Bush was declared the winner.
Attorney Larry Klayman filed the challenge to Obama’s eligibility for the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, who identifies himself in the complaint as “a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County.”
Attorneys representing Obama at the hearing, which was livestreamed by WND, argued that the Florida presidential preference primary, which listed Obama as the only Democrat nominee, didn’t make him the party’s nominee for president.

Each of these states has election judges. The states determine if the candidates are qualified. Obozo isn’t a Dem nominee, yet? So!! We can agree on one thing — he’s a complete idiot and a dictator but that’s beside the point. The Judge should still determine if he’s illegible to run for president. Why does it matter whether he’s a Dem nominee or not? His attorneys are just lying for him. I hope this judge doesn’t cave-in to this stupidity. It’s funny that he’s, suddenly, not a Dem nominee. Obama is a liar and imposter. He is unconstitutional, un-American, and dictatorial. He was never eligible to be president in the first place. That being the case with ongoing proofs, he should be kicked out of office with no retirement, and an immediate reversal of everything he has caused while in the white house – before he brings the wrath of God and our enemies upon this country.

The judge and Mr. Klayman missed an exceptional point in response to Obama’s lawyer’s claim that the Florida Court has no place (or jurisdiction) in judging a national election (or Presidential election). …… However, THEY overlook the fact that this IS FLORIDA’S election. Indeed we have 50 separate state elections for President, NOT one.
THIS election belongs to the State of Florida. It is the State of Florida’s election to run ……. The Federal Election Commission has already said more than once that IT does not have jurisdiction into eligibility (NOT MY JOB says FEC). The FEC says it is the job of the States to run their elections.

Florida has as much right to judge a national election as Soros has to count the ballots from the election.
I’m no attorney, thank God, but if the attorneys are arguing that this pant load shouldn’t be considered the democratic nominee, and therefor should not be eliminated from the ballot at this time on the grounds of his ineligibility to run, are they not giving credence to the fact that his ineligibility is a valid reason for him not to be able to run once he becomes the demon-cratic nominee? Just sayin ya know!

His attorneys say he is not the democratic nominee then his name should not be on the ballot after all he isn’t the nominee. He want’s to be presented as the nominee on the ballot but doesn’t want to say he is..can’t have it both ways you are or you are not…On the basis of not being the nominee his name does not belong on the ballot period
In this case re-hear the case when he decides he wants to be on the ballot here in Florida provided it is done in sufficient time to properly print his name on the ballots and in sufficient time to allow his vetting

We have a very well known sheriff with a court case challenging his eligibility. Until that, and every other challenge to his elegibilty is cleared, No state should allow this Kenyan Imposter on any ballot for any position in USA. I honestly do not think there will be an election. Obama has plans to declare martial law and I believe he will do so rather than face the voters. There are several scenerios that could trigger this – one of which is the issue of abortion/contraceptives and the Catholic Church. Obama has said they will comply, their Pope and Bishops have said they and their members will not. Obama said the law goes into effect in August and the Church will comply or else. It will be interesting – the anti-christ vs the Catholic Church.
This is why he needs to be put out of office. He has no right to dictate to the churches what to do.
I am not an attorney but it appears to me that Obama’s lawyers have it backwards.
It is irrelevant if Obama is the democratic party nominee.
What is relevant is that Obama is running for president and wants to register as a presidential candidate in Florida. If unqualified people are allowed to register they will distort the votes the real candidates would have received.
Registering as a candidate, when not legally qualified, is essentially voter fraud.
The fact if he is the party nominee or not does not matter.
By registering as a presidential candidate a person claims to be legally qualified since the US constitution requires that as a pre-requisite for running for that position.
It is only fair than every candidate for any elected public office must prove that he/she is elligble for that position.
It is not the job of the news media to “vet” the candidate’s eligibility.
It is up to Congress and the res[ective parties who nominate the candidates to do that.
If Obama is a fraud, Pelosi belongs in jail with him.

There’s no limit to the extremes to which Obama’s defenders and enablers will go to keep him in power. Obama is beginning to show signs of acting like a desperate tyrant as we draw nearer to election day 2012 while his polling numbers and support within his own party continue to decline. History clearly shows that desperate tyrants will do desperate things to cling to power. We have only to look across the sea at Syria at the moment to see a perfect example of desperate tyranny in action. If history is any indication, I fully expect all this noise in Florida will soon dissipate just as it did in Georgia and Arizona with Obama being ruled eligible to be on the ballot. In the meantime there’s no reason to get all worked up over it.
What we do need to be on the alert for is some cataclysmic event which Obama will use as an excuse to invoke martial law and postponement of the election. What form that will take is entirely speculative at this point but a likely scenario would be Israeli and/or US Forces carrying out a strike against Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities which could incur massive retaliation in the form of domestic terrorism and resultant chaos. He has already reportedly signed 900 Executive Orders all of which serve to consolidate unprecedented power unto the presidency. He would then become in effect America’s Fuhrer.

Not only will Obama pay a heavy price for his deception, but so will these fools who are attempting to “protect” him. Since there is no other Deemer campaigning for the office of POTUS, it must be said the approval of the Deemers is unanimous. This does not trump the admission in a Tenn.
