Barack Obama’s attorneys attempted to intimidate an attorney in a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case regarding Obama’s forged Hawaii birth certificate, forged Selective Service Registration (Draft Card), and Obama’s use of a social security number never assigned to him according to federal database (E-Verify). See here and here. The next hearing on this case is Friday, Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. at the federal court house at 245 W. Capitol St. in Jackson, MS (open to the public.)
Scott Tepper, Esq (attorney for Obama) sent an email threat to sanction Orly Taitz, Esq. (the plaintiff representing herself in the federal RICO case) because she filed an affidavit that shows that the “Obama birth certificate” that Tepper filed with the court was further altered from the original forgery at whitehouse.gov. This case was filed in the Southern District of Mississippi with the Honorable Henry Wingate, a Ronald Regean appointee, now presiding.
From a pleading filed by Taitz -
Tepper e-mailed Taitz and other plaintiffs a proposed settlement offer, where he wanted Taitz not to make any “defamatory remarks” about defendants and their attorneys and pay $25,000 attorneys’ fees to Attorney Begley or otherwise defendants will go after Plaintiffs seeking a much higher amount. Considering the fact that neither Taitz nor any of the Plaintiffs have stated anything defamatory, that all of their statements were true statements based on sworn affidavits and neither have done anything frivolous to warrant any award of fees, Taitz believes that this “offer” was a form of intimidation, particularly an intimidation of coplaintiffs and desire to silence Taitz and co-plaintiff’s regarding modifications in the image of the alleged birth certificate, which was sent by Tepper to the director of Health Loretta Fuddy. Further Tepper and Begley engaged in a campaign of harassment and intimidation, appeared on the radio, specifically RCR blogtalk radio, where they threatened that they will be going after the house of Taitz. This was done with a clear desire to intimidate and harass not only Taitz, but her whole family, her husband and her 3 children.
In light of all of the tyrannical vote fraud nationwide in this recent presidential election, this could be one of the last opportunities to bring Obama to justice. This could be the last line in the sand against complete tyranny in the federal government and our elections systems. Showing up will let the judge know that there is great importance and public interest in this case and that the American people will not let this denial or rights regarding the usurper President Barack Obama stand.

Another scandal for OBAMA ???
he was “born” into this one, and under the US Supreme Court ruling in Happersett v. Minor the courts have since ruled “parents” not mother, not father not one but BOTH (plural( parents MUST be US citizens for the child to be “Natural Born” a legal requirement for the office of President, …not just a Citizen, or Naturalized citizen as the left wants you to believe but “Natural Born”.,..and since obamas father was never a US Citizen, he is not now, or ever was eligible for office…..Period.
The law also states the President cannot be a DUEL CITIZEN! Because Obama Senior was from what later became Kenya, he was a British Citizen. Obama’s mother was a US citizen. DUEL CITIZENSHIP! He is not eligible to be President of the US!
IT is beyond me how a dual citizen gets to be President. Pres. Obama has proved his alligience is to a global government, not the people of this country. He is allowing our constitution to become meaningless. It won’t be long before we must consult the UN before we carry on business in this country.
The sec.of defense told congress in a recent meeting that the war in libya was a call made by NATO and the he and the administration follow orders of the UN and NATO, not congress……sounds like the constitution is now moot.
But he is not a dual citizen, Stella. He is an illegal alien who during his college years traveled to Pakistan (or somewhere in the Middle East) with his lover boyfriend as an international exchange student. From what I understand, you couldn’t do that as an American citizen. Additionally, there is no record of him ever becoming a naturalized US citizen.
His abominable lying is how he and his wife moooochele lost their law licenses. He lost his because he LIED on his application and they found out about it. She lost hers because of some shenanigans she was involved in. They were both told to give up their licenses or their licenses would be taken from them.
Don’t drink his kool-aid, as others have, that he was born here. I guarantee you he was not. It is inconceivable to me that America…erm…the electoral college voted him back in. Not only is our government rife with corruption, so is our voting system and is the ultimate reason why the electoral college MUST be done away with. They continue to vote against the American People time and time again. That kernel of TRUTH IS: Barack Obama made a Secret Plan with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. The Plan was for Obama to reduce the Security at the Consulate in Benghazi and allow the Muslims to Kidnap Ambassador Stevens. Then the Muslims would trade Ambassador Stevens for the Blind Sheik. The cover for the Kidnapping was established by the Mob Action, introduced in Egypt, by an Anti Muslim movie trailer. The action at Benghazi was supposed to be blamed on the same mob action as in Egypt.
Question: Does anything done by “Any Actor” make any sense, except in the context of “The Plan”.

1. Did Obama want to release the Blind Sheik, but had no justifiable reason to do so?
2. Why were 3 MST and 1 SST security details removed from Libya?
3. Why did Hillary request/demand more security, but Obama denied more security, several times?
4. Why were Doherty and Woods told to stand down 3 times?
5. Why did Obama tell the CIA to NOT help defend the Consulate.
6. Why did Obama and his minions watch live video of the attack and not act?
7. Why was an American Drone flying over the consulate recording video before the attack began?
8. Predator Drones carry Hell Fire Missiles, why were none fired?
9. Why were the Seals Lazing a Target, giving away their position and no Hell Fire missiles were fired?
10. Why did Obama blame it on a video that no one (only 17 views on YouTube) had ever seen?
11. Why did Obama fire General Ham for moving to assist the Consulate.
12. Why was an AC-130 Gunship, 90 minutes away, not sent to aid the Consulate.
13. Why were the F-16′s only 20 minutes away not sent to help the consulate.
14 Why is Obama Delaying, Obfuscating and Lying?
15. Why did the plan stick with the plan’s excuse of the Mohammed is an Idiot Movie Trailer?
16. Why did the Ansar al-Sharia try to save Stevens by taking him to a Hospital/Emergency Room.

Nothing should stop anyone in the pursuit of the truth regarding Obama. I have always had a gut feeling that Obama was never eligible to be President and that others both Republican and Democrat have known all along but, they didn’t say a word because it would show that they didn’t at first question why he never disclosed the information of his eligibility and then after knowing he wasn’t eligible they didn’t demand his removal and imprisonment and/or execution. The government is just as guilty as Obama.

obama’s mother repatriated to Indonesia to be with her husband. This information is not refuted. She took her minor children with her to Indonesia. This also is not refuted. Under US law, when a custodial parent repatriates to another country and minor aged children accompany that parent, those minor aged children AUTOMATICALLY lose US citizenship. This is one proof obama lost his US citizenship.
obama attended public school while living in Indonesian. There are pictures of him as a student while in Indonesia and school records from that public school have been made public. Indonesian law states now, as well as when obama attended school, that ONLY citizens of Indonesia can attend public schools: Non-citizens must attend private school. Indonesian law also does not allow dual citizenship: Citizenship in other countries must be renounced BEFORE Indonsian citizenship is granted. Together, these are the second proof that obama lost US citizenship.
During a trip to Indonesia obama stated he was once a student at an Indonesian public school. This statement was seen nationwide in the US on network television. This is the third proof obama lost US citizenship.

US law recognizes that minor children have no control over where they live while in their parents’ custody. That is why US law allows for children who lost US citizenship under these circumstances to return to the US as adults and regain US citizenship. It’s a technical process, but there are basically three conditions that must be satisfied.
1. They must return to the US by a certain age (I forgot that age at this moment).
2. They must renounce citizenship in the adopted country (“Adopted country” is the legal term used in the law).
3. They must officially apply for reinstatement of US citizenship.
Citizenship obtained in this manner is NOT naturalization. US citizenship is reinstated as if that person never lost US citizenship at all. Reinstatement of citizenship also reinstates natural born status, assuming that person had that status in the first place. (The law covering this situation specifically mentions the reinstatement of natural born status).
I bring all this information to your attention to ask a question. Where is the proof/documentation that obama ever applied for reinstatement of US citizenship, assuming he ever WAS a US citizen?
If anyone knows how, please pass this information to Orly Taitz and others challenging obama’s eligibility in the courts.
