Larry Klayman, the founder and chairman of Freedom Watch today announced that President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden have been criminally indicted for having willfully released classified national security information concerning the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound, U.S. and Israeli war plans concerning Iran and their cyber-attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities. The release of this information, among other harm to U.S. national security, resulted in the killing of members of Seal Team Six by terrorists and the arrest and imprisonment of American covert agents by Pakistan, such as the doctor who aided the CIA with regard to the bin Laden assassination. U.S.-Israeli war plans with Iran have also been compromised.
A true bill of indictment was issued by a Citizens’ Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, who reviewed evidence and voted unanimously to indict Obama and Biden at 6:02 pm on October 29, 2012.

You forget, Obama bypasses the Congress He does everything by Executiv Order. What the House passes ,and sends to the Senate reid tables. So we have a do-nothing Senate and a can do nothing House. Clearly anyone can be charged with treason by any State in the Union and when found that person MUST be delivered to the State where the charges originated for trial. The Senate has nothing to do with a charge of treason except in the case of a sitting President and then they just hold the trial of the President with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presiding over the Senate during that trial.

Thank you Mr. Klayman, the thanks if for the indictment. I am glad that there is someone on top of the issues that Obama/Biden is trying to get away with. There is so much more that needs to be investigated, and my hope is, that this indictment will just lead to others like a domino affect. My question is, what happens when they are found guilty? Are they sentenced, cuffed, and sent off to prison, if they are still the president and VP at the start of the Trial? Or, will this happen, They don’t show up, will the court send out arrest warrents to Washington DC then be picked up by the DC Police Dept? I can see that happening, not showing up when the Trial starts that is. With the little that I know of this President, and his trust ole’ sidekick JB, I feel like I know them enough to tell the readers this, In my opinion, those two have guilt written all over them, and there is just know way they can hide it.

Yes, In a TRUE Constitutional Republic, the Citizens Grand Jury is a Force to be Reconed with. However, The Citizens Grand Jury is at the Mercy of the Attories General of each state. If they fail to see the Merit of the Citizens grand Jury findings, then it is unlikely they’re indictment will stand, or be worth much more then yesterdays news paper. As much as I would like to see justice prevail and these imbeciles and others in the Obama Administration pay the consequences for their crimes, it is likely to never happen in the Courts of the United States. Have to remember that the President has the right to invoke immunity by way of Presidential pardons. Then of course you have AG Holder by which owes Obama a favor for getting him out of the lime lite of the “Fast and Furious Scandal by at the last minute when Holder could not avoid stonewalling anymore and after more than 18 months of requests from Congress to supply documentation, congress was forced to take action and find “Holder in Contempt”, immediately Obama jumps up and invokes executive privilege as a last ditch effort to cover up the scandal. Why did Obama wait until after Holder was held in contempt to invoke executive privileged if he could have legally done it at the start? The fact that Obama did that, implies Holder and quite possibly Obama would have both been found guilty of crimes and charged with endangering Americans citizens as well as others.
So this indictment will go no where, it will be appealed all the way to the supreme court and then dismissed and not one person will be charged with anything. That is what happens when you have liberals and communist infiltrate a government on all levels from the Executive branch to the Legislative Branch and into the Judicial branch. Most of you young whipper snappers that are 35 years and younger likely don’t know that the US does in fact have 3 branches of government (4 Branches if you count the shadow Government that most don’t dare talk about) for “checks and balances” by which most educational systems fail to teach these days and by the demonstration of this current Administration has so clearly and blatantly expressed (Reminding the nay sayers of the quote from Carney) that they don’t any longer have to deal with Congress, cutting out the Legislative branch of our Government.
Further demonstrating the fact that they feel the Legislative branch is irrelevant by their unprecedented 943 Executive Orders enacted to circumvent the Legislative Branch, This Administration’s open confession of refusal to enforce federal laws that they see fit, regardless to the fact that they took an oath of office to enforce all laws and not just the ones they personally agree with. It is not the duty of the executive branch to create or legislate laws, it is the duty of the executive branch to enforce them.
Another example of this Administrations clear disrespect of governmental policy is when Obama sent our military forces into Libya without Congressional Approval by which nothing was done or said to stop or block it thus showing the Obama administration that they can do what they want without any consequences, just to name a few though there are many, many more examples I think I put my point across with these examples. This Benghazi scandal will be another “fast and furious”, where no one will really have to answer to or be held accountable or responsible for the deaths of Americans for the President and his Administrations neglect of duty and incompetence.
Maybe the Congress can try them for Treason and Complicit to Murder.

The Brave Seals foiled Obama’s plan to kidnap Stevens and trade him for the Blind Sheik.

I am very pleased to hear that someone has finally had the guts to bring an indictment against obama and biden, but they forgot many of the obama posse that should be brought to trial with him, Hillary Clinton being one of the tops. The list of charges and questions look about right as willyrho has them in this incident but dont forget about Fast and Furious. It is all Treason and yes, Hanging publicly as a warning to other usurpers should be the appropriate punishment. All 50 States should bring charges along with a Federal Prosecutor. It is time we get over the “Race Card” and bring justice to those who commit Treason, both Black and White and Mixed. Obama wanted to be famous, so let him be famous as the first President Hanged for Treason against the United States and her people.
50 states? No, all 59 states, according to Obama during his 2008 campaign: 57 he’d been in plus Alaska and Hawaii that he didn’t get to go to before the election.
Although this is a great idea, nothing will come of it. How many violations of the constitution has obamy made? And what is really a thought to worry about is if something happens to obamy that would leave us with the smarter of the two as president. Yes, joe blow biden. He said the other day that if we tax the rich the way they want we would have 500 trillion more dollars coming in to balance the budget. The whole world isn’t 500 trillion in debt and does not bring that much in taxes. But he definately is the smarter one of the biden/obamy ticket.

The reality is as noted by other comments that nothing will become of this special citizen’s indictment. But I am heartened by the efforts of those who find and use lesser known legal procedures in an effort to protect the rights of the many.
It’s for sure that nothing will happen before election day and after that –we’ll see…

For the record- the group Citizens Grand Jury has not constitutional authority as was ruled in a prior so called indictment.
Not that I don’t agree but it’s doubtful that this will get any traction in the one party system.
Well then, it’s about time to put an end to this red-blue party and vote in one that’s actually for The People instead of the elite/illuminati/unions…the bullies.
Here it is November 4th and I haven’t heard any more about this indictment. Has it already “gone away”. Obamba thinks he is king (or God) and above all laws of this land. As long as he believes that and no one does anything about it, he is above the law. I predict that absolutely nothing will come of this. Seems as if the voting machines had been set to vote for Obama even if you choose Romney. A lot of people have decided if that is true, there is no reason to go out to vote. I’m voting.
