Horrific brutality is being done by the Obama Administration’s U.S. Bankruptcy Court to a cancer-ridden, helpless 89 year old World War II veteran who received two bronze stars involving the incredible rescue of 2,000 U.S. Prisoners of War from vicious Japanese guards at the Los Banos Internment Camp in Luzon, Philippines in 1945.
Montana’s Warren C. Bodeker is being tossed out of his Plains, MT home by Christy Brandon, a Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee practicing in Bigfork, MT. She refused to continue a capacity hearing. even as he was suffering in a Helena VA Hospital from advanced-stage prostate cancer spreading throughout his body. The bulletin CIR received contained the following update: “But despite the well established fact that Mr. Bodeker was in the hospital, the trustee, Christy Brandon, opposed the motion to continue the hearing. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Honorable Ralph B. Kirscher denied (this) motion; Brandon then Emailed Mr. Bodeker (whose own lawyer quit) to tell him she would be at his home on 11 Freedom Lane, Plains, MT, with a sheriff’s deputy to kick him out of his home and have the locks changed” on June 18, 2012.
Now what’s even worse, the sick and dying veteran who belonged to the Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 11th Airborne Division must at his own cost have the remains of his dead wife Lorna dug up and moved from the home where they planned to be buried next to one another. Her five-year-long battle with cancer left him with so many medical and credit card bills that he had to file for bankruptcy. And that’s when his real nightmare began. Because the couple had some gold and silver coins he failed to disclose, he was pressured into signing some sort of stipulation agreement that he did not understand, thereby forcing him to lose his bankruptcy and homestead exemption protections. Christy Brandon–according to the internet Email by Liberty.com—is serving as the trustee for the estate, the lawyer for the estate, and as the attorney for herself as trustee, all in one! According to witnesses, the poor old guy was led to believe he was going to lose everything, no matter what he did or didn’t do. The E-mail says that despite the well established fact that Mr. Bodeker was in the hospital, trustee Brandon opposed the motion to continue the hearing. Even though he was set to undergo a competency examination that could show he lacked the capacity to enter into the stipulation, the judge denied the old man’s motion, acting pro se to continue the hearing, and the judge then granted the order for the World War II hero to vacate his property!
The Los Banos Raid is considered to be the textbook example of the perfect rescue operation in military history. Paratroopers, including Private Bodeker, tumbled out at day break behind enemy lines to free our POWs before brutal Imperial Japanese guards could carry out their planned slaughter of our men. Not one POW was killed. And this is the thanks the old veteran gets when he is too old to fight his own battles!
No words can express the lack of compassion, the bald brutality, and the crass cruelty of a U.S. judicial system so devoid of any sense of patriotism to someone who put his life on the enemy line to save his fellow Americans. Commenters are over the top in their criticism of what one called “Another National Disgrace on the New America.” Another said, “This is crazy.” Finally, this comment says it all: “This is an outrage! This makes me so mad. Treating our veterans like crap. This is just sick.” Montana’s two U.S. Senators, both Democrats, are Jon Tester and Max Baucus, who can be called toll free at 1-877-762-8762.

God said the time would come when man [ men and women ] would be lovers of themselves, and this article proves it. I don’t care what excuse they have for putting this man out of his home and wanting to dig up his beloved wife and move her…this is beyond Satanic and beyond evil. They can put out all the excuses they want, but they are doing a very evil act [ I'm sure satan loves it ]. There is no compassion, no love, no nothing…just business as usual. I’m sitting here writting this with such anger in my heart for those idots that I’m having to ask God to forgive me at the same time.

It’s obvious that they have no conscience and don’t care how Private Bodeker was willing to sacrifice his life so we could have the freedom we now have (even though it’s all slowly being taken away). If it wasn’t for the Veterans we have now and the sacrifices they took,they wouldn’t have the positions they’ve got right now,would they? But because of their lack of conscience they’d rather make good people suffer so the 1% can have their luxuriant lives.
And they, plus others, God may well say, ” I don’t know you…” At first, I thought the reason God allowed Obama to become President was only because of the sin’s of this country and throwing God out was the reason, but now, I’m begining to think, along with that, He could be watching the attitudes and the mind set of individuals during hard times. What has happened here and other articles I have read about good and honest people being thrown to the dogs, is now showing me, that even God is watching those that are doing the throwing out. Yep, I really believe He is watching people with a keen eye.
There has GOT to be a conflict of interest there some where. By the time Ms. Brandon gets done there won’t be a dime left for anything.
Democrat politicians always claim to be most concerned about the well being of our military veterans. They were horrified that a WWII veteran in Florida was listed as deceased and taken off the voters role in Florida last week during the process to reduce the chance of voter fraud. He knew he was removed because the state had sent him a notice that he should fill out and return if a mistake had been made.
Since simply filling out and returning the form will put him back onto the voters roll, he was not denied his right to vote and will be able to cast a vote in November. And it will be a confirmed legal vote from someone who is legal to cast a vote in our country.
But the typical lying and misleading democrat method is to be outraged and point to this as proof of the conservatives voter suppression intent.
So the fact that the democrats are focused on a veteran in Florida who hasn’t suffered anything except to have to fill out a form and return it to verify his qualification to vote is noticed, but a WWII hero in Montana, who’s losing everything he owns, while sick and dying in a hospital bed isn’t even a blip on their radar,
shows how fake their concerns about all veterans truly are.
He needs to cry voter suppression, or be able to blame his predicament on conservatives before the dems will give a flip about his fate.
Is there nobody to speak for this man? Is not one friend able to film this for YouTube? Look what people did for the bus lady who was abused – would not this man warrent a much better reason to help? What are we doing to bring attention to this man’s plight – this veteran? This is wrong and everybody who reads this knows it is wrong. The vultures could have waited until he died…Another reason Obama has to go, this would not happen under the Republican Presidential office. Let’s raise hell on Facebook, send to every friend on email – do something.
There has to be special places in hell reserved for these inhuman monsters.
Why don’t all of us flood the two Demo Senators from this state and try to get this corrected????

Beautify America, Shoot a Crooked Judge or Lawyer! We have 1,438,312 Lawyers not counting Judges, BUT we only have less than 800,000 Doctors and these crooked lawyers and judges are trying to destroy them too! Judges and lawyers are the vermin of the human race, they steal from people that can’t protect themselves and the stupid laws, yet they are supposed to be working for us, WRONG. Where is the wealth of America, it is in an offshore account of some crooked lawyer or judge and now they are out to destroy America as we know it! OPEN SEASON should have been opened on them 20 years ago, and put the blindfold back on the “Lady of Justice, instead on the American People”!
