The Oath Keepers recently held a convention in Las Vegas, NV, open only to police officers and sheriffs in which former sheriff (and current congressional candidate) Richard Mack discussed how the 168 attendees could reacquaint themselves with their oath to the Constitution and their own protection when they carry out their duty. One of those duties include issuing a warrant for the arrest of Barack Hussein Obama.
This has gone way past the issue of Obama being a natural born citizen. It’s now about the multiple high crimes and misdemeanors committed by the current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and how he may be brought to justice. Peace officers represent the last line in the sand when members of Congress have repeatedly failed to honor the oaths they swore to uphold the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. To add additional fuel to this movement, Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse will be releasing their findings on live stream video here.
This journalist spoke to Sheriff Mack before the convention to determine the purpose and planned outcomes.
Putting aside the issue of Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen to hold office, there are a significant number of wrong doings he has committed that would allow any peace officer desiring so to issue a warrant for Obama’s arrest. As a recidivist offender of the United States Constitution, a mere twenty-five are listed here.

Something in my gut tells me this is going to be a great big letdown. Pretty much, the final one. Lord I hope I’m wrong.
As noble a step as stopping obama is, it’s only the beginning. We will never even begin to be a secure nation until we PURGE our government of ALL of the shills for one-world government, and they are LEGION in BOTH MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES. They “auto-replace” just like sharks’ teeth, and for that reason, their entire network needs to be torn down. While I can’t say whether or not it will do any good, I have spoken with RNC people on several occasions, advising them that any and all among them who receive money from one-world causes, and/or give their support to candidates who are associated with such causes, ARE TRAITORS. Perhaps I’m a BLIND OPTIMIST, but I can’t help thinking that if We The People FLOOD their switchboards with DEMANDS that they STOP RUNNING SUCH CANDIDATES, then PERHAPS they will get the message. As divided as this nation is currently, there is a very good possibility Obama can buy or steal the upcoming election, and if you think he has been dangerous now, wait until he doesn’t have to worry about being elected again. It’s easy to sound discouraged, dispirited and otherwise give up and hunker down. To defeat tyranny or evil requires more than a mere threat or putting on a show of defiance. It does not take a majority to overcome this evil. It takes a committed group of people who refuse to give up. To date they have been disparagingly referred to as “birthers, pinheads, ignorant rednecks, etc.” I count myself among them. I would like to see an effort to physically obtain by any means necessary (yes, to include breaking and entering if necessary to steal the records) any and all personal records pertaining to BHO’s education at all the institutions he claims to have attended. It’s possible they have been totally purged but not likely. There is some record, somewhere, I’m sure of it. It’s impossible that not one soul has come forward to date who claims to know Obama from those institutions if in fact he was in attendance. I want his application and performance records exposed. That would probably undue him as much or more than the birth records which we know either do not exist or contain information that proves he is not a NBC and thus a total fraud. Even so that is already a fait accompli by his own admission in that only one parent was a U.S. citizen while the Founders intended that both be U.S. citizens for the offspring to qualify as a Natural Born Citizen in accordance with Article II, Section I of the Constitution which only applies to those wishing to run for the office of POTUS.
I would be willing to bet a significant sum of money that BHO is the quintessential illegal alien. I strongly suspect he is not legal to pick tomatoes or clean bathrooms in this country. He has become accustomed to being protected by an incredibly selfish and corrupt band of sycophants in government (dem and rep), the media, academia and the private sector. As a result he feels untouchable, invulnerable and above the law and thus has nothing to fear – except and only except if someone somehow should get their hands on his personal records and exposes them. I suspect that the truth hidden in those records would cause his defenders and supporters to wither away rather quickly once the dam broke and the truth spilled out. It would force him to withdraw from the political scene and await the phalanx, the fusillade, of criminal charges and/or civil lawsuits that would be leveled at him. Once he smells that about to happen look for him to escape the long arm of the law by leaving this country. This government of ours will never do anything to stop him, in fact all too often it’s his accomplice. The Congress is so corrupt as to be impotent and as much a part of the problems our nation faces presently, as is BHO. I’ve been dreaming of a citizen’s arrest for the criminal Obama for a long time, I even wrote to the commander of West Point and said that since Obama has broken his oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, (He being the domestic enemy) he must no longer be considered the Commander in Chief, and a contingent of officers with higher rank than the soldiers on duty at the White House should go there and arrest him, take him incognito to a Brig at West Point where he could be kept and guarded from anyone trying to aid him, and after a trial by the military, hung by the neck until dead — his crimes deserve no less. The problem with the sheriffs is — where will they take him??? His followers will try to protect him — so this arrest would have to be in the middle of the night and unexpected, otherwise it would be foiled. Could he be sent to Guantanamo??? And it’s not just him, it’s all of his minions, if Biden took over, that would be just as bad, and as long as Reid and Pelosi et al are at large, there would be no improvement. The entire Congress must be expelled and completely new patriotic people brought in who are not politicians or contaminated — but there has to be a command force to manage all these things and there is nobody. In the 30s in Nazi Germany there were about 2,000 cases of citizens suing the Nazis for offences, but in every case the judges ruled in favor of the Nazis — they were told they would lose their jobs, be expelled from their homes, their children would not be allowed to study, etc. and they all caved, to a man. But the signers of our Declaration of Independence were hounded, their houses burned down, they had to flee with their wives and children, some died from the harrowing circumstances, and one of them, whose sons were taken onto a ship was told he could have them back safely if he would renounce the Revolution — with a heavy heart, he refused and his sons were killed. Freedom requires sacrifices, we have received freedom from those who sacrificed everything vowing on their sacred honor to fight for freedom, but today nobody has any honor, they just want to sit around drinking a beer and watching TV.
All, or nearly all of our judges have been bribed or threatened and caved, or are themselves traitors all the cases brought to court to unmask Obama were not heard or given the paltry excuse of “no standing” and the issue was never opened up as it ought to have been. We would have been rid of Obama years ago if the judges had had any integrity. The oathkeepers are a joke! As ex-military, I tried to join over a year ago. I got a promise for a packet and membership but none ever arrived. You almost never hear of “oathkeepers” doing anything to promote their alleged beliefs. This article asking for a donation is the only article I have seen for a long time. And here it is, nothing but a solicitation for a donation for a sheriff’s convention. I don’t care how many county sheriff’s they assemble, they will not have enough clout to accomplish diddly, even if Arpaio is the leader. As much alleged power the Republican Party has, there is no willingness or leadership to accomplish what should be an obvious course of action.

• Obama implemented attacks on Libya without consulting Congress –
Did he forget about the War Powers Act, or was this just typical sophomoric stupidity so often in evidence with this administration?
• Falsification of documents –
Obama White House provided obviously and poorly forged documents and attempted to pass said documents off as Obama’s long form birth certificate, and Certification of live birth (not once, but twice).
• Voter fraud –
Obama’s former employer ACORN, committed election fraud by registering children, dead people, and falsified names during the Presidential election. Convictions obtained by state courts for some, but Obama’s Dept. of Justice refused to prosecute.
• Voter intimidation –
The New Black Panthers threatened voters at polling places if they did not vote for Obama, and Obama’s Dept. of Justice refused to prosecute.
• Eligibility lies –
Two distinct, and separate certificates of eligibility, notarized by the same Notary, with the same date, presented to the DNC and state election boards, containing different wording, obviously designed to defraud election officials as to Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President.
• Criminal misappropriation of federal funds –
Where did all of the stimulus money go? For sure some of it went to illegally purchase General Motors, under the guise of a bailout, then loading the board with party hacks and union thugs, all the while robbing stockholders of their investments. More went to creating high paying government jobs, at the expense of the American taxpayer and job creators. More went to ACORN, unions, and political cronies and contributors. However, a lot of it is still unaccounted for. And you idiots can’t figure out how to audit it?
• ObamaCare to be implemented regardless of Federal Court decisions –Federal Courts declared it to be unconstitutional.
• Obama administration orders the EPA to implement Cap and Trade regardless of Congress –
Congress decided that Cap and Trade legislation was unconstitutional.
• Appointment of CZAR’s –
Obama circumvents constitutionally required “advise and consent” rules in order to place, in positions of authority, individuals of dubious character, and certainly anti-American beliefs, that would never pass congressional approval. Obviously this has happened before, but this list of names and their accomplishments (?) would scare the devil himself.
• Approved gun running -
Allows Federal Agencies to hide straw purchases of hundreds (thousands?) of guns that wind up being used to kill Federal Agents.
• Maintains an “enemies list” –
Welcome back Mr. Nixon.
• Working to provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens –
Overwhelmingly opposed by Americans. In addition, refusing to protect the borders not only from criminals, but terrorists as well, and making jokes about it in the process.
• Actively advocating gun control measures (bans) in violation of the Second Amendment –
This alone should send him to prison.
• Obama administration continued to ban gulf oil drilling –
The oil drilling ban had been lifted by Federal Courts.
• Obama’s Dept. of Justice refuses to prosecute the Defense of Marriage Act –The Defense of Marriage Act was passed by the 104th Congress and signed into law by Clinton.
• Obama’s Dept of Justice brings unconstitutional lawsuit against The State of Arizona (and allows a foreign nation to enter the lawsuit) – SB1070 overwhelmingly passed by the Arizona State congress.
• Violation of the 1st Amendment by requiring religious organizations to provide contraceptive (and abortion?) services -
Why is contraception a health issue anyway? This makes no sense. Are you so afraid to address this issue publicly that you allow the Catholic Church to fight this battle for you?
As this list gets longer and longer, you will find more and more citizens who can no longer abide your capitulation. You will probably still get their votes for your chosen candidate, but I will be holding my nose as I cast my ballot. As of right now, I will be surprised if the Republican candidate wins.
As for me, I will not be sending any contributions to the Republican Party. I have, and will continue to support my candidate of choice, but I am assuming that the establishment will help insure that he is not on the November ballot. This is even though he is the only one with a plan, and enough intelligence and strength to make Obama look like the punk that he is.
I believe that the future of your party is in serious jeopardy. If it wasn’t so close ,to the election, I feel that a serious 3rd party would have been established. Guess where I will go.
