Gun confiscation? This Governor must be insane.
Absolutely insane. The Governor of New York. Funny, he hasn’t wanted confiscation of guns in Chicago, where children know instinctively to go hide in the bathtub so they won’t get shot by stray rounds fired with stolen guns by gangs. Funny, IF he mentioned it I missed it but it is only when white suburbia gets hit that the anti-gun crazies come out in force. I also must have missed him saying that since the war in Afghanistan started in 2001, about 2000 United States Armed Forces Members have been killed (one a friend of mine, a Seal training Afghans only to be shot in the back of the head by one of his Taliban “students”) and, during that same time period, over 5,000 people have died in Chicago via gun violence. Funny, Chicago has very stringent gun control already. I can see where it helps curb gun violence.
I don’t believe the story about a friend in Afghanistan. I don’t think any of the readers do. For those of us who have been there done that, we would not use them as you tried here. You sicken me.
Could anyone research the facts and issue a report detailing each crime committed using a gun, to whom the gun was registered, and who was in possession of the gun during the crime? I would like to know how many criminals actually own the gun they use – legally own it. What percentage of criminal acts are committed by the legitimate owner of the gun?

As a Native New Yorker now living outside of Chicago I can tell you there is no such thing as no guns in NY. You could get a gun in any of the neighborhoods on the fringes and now actually anywhere in Brooklyn. I grew up there and I dont’ remember any mass murders. Things are different now, whole neighborhoods have been swallowed up by foreign groups , Muslims , Nioetyamese , Chinese etc. and the black areas, it si nothin glike it was but you can still buy a gun on the street which is going ot make businessd boom if they ban legal guns. Gov. Cuomo has pretty much the same Idera sasd his father , unpopular ideas. I think Bloomberg is the biggest hypocrite that ever hit NYC, Guns were always there too along with rampant prostitution, it still is but he ignores that and worries about what his citizens have to eat and drink, no one would leave Kansas ot come to NY anymore. I went to school there and lived there and since Bloomie has been mayor I never even visit . There were no mass murders there in my day and not now either, why is the Gov banning guns, whose favor would that curry?
Cuomo-homo, blooming idiot Bloomberg, obozo, the British, lying lamestream media, Michael Moore, and the rest of the tyrannical liberals are pushing for the violation of our God-given Second Amendment rights in order for us to be disarmed when they take us over. Our govt has puchased millions of hollow-point ammunition. Why? They are planning on killing us. That’s why they want to disarm. They could care less about our children. They are the epitome of pure, unadulterated HYPOCRISY!!

All these gun grabbers must be looking to start another civil war with their stupidity. I truely believe some of these hippos bought stock in arms companies and then proceeded to make these claims for new gun laws. Must admit the profits on weapons due to gun control speech has been tremendious lately. I want to hear more about the true evidence from the Conn. shooting. Something is not quite right or the media didn’t report anything correctly. Too many inconsistencies with the who, what, why, when, how questions normally employed by the media. Or the ‘New press ‘ is not interested in the facts anymore.

Cuomo and Bloomberg have been drinking from the same cup – what’s in the water there, anyway? The 2nd Amendment not only protects American citizens from tyranny (and yes, that includes gov’t tyranny; remember where our founding fathers came from and what they remembered, and whom they believed to be the tyrants); the 2d Amendment protects the first – ya know, freedom to write letters to POTUS, spout nonsense on tv, etc. etc. Sane, rational people understand that further gun control only emboldens criminals and leaves law abiding citizens vulnerable – much like those poor children in Sandy Hook. I have said it since Columbine – if even one teacher/administrator had a gun, those slaughters would have been stopped long before so many innocents died. We never hear about the cases in which this occurs, and for every mass shooting, there is at least one that was averted by someone with a gun. Another topic was the re-education in public schools against guns. This is not new, nor is it shocking. Wake up, America! One by one, our rights as defined by the Constitution are being stripped from us, and all many of you want is a free phone, and a check that you have never worked for. Makes me sick.
