"American values" like those that prompted the House to reprimand Newt for an ethics violation by a whopping 395-28 vote, the first time in history that a House Speaker had ever been so reprimanded?
Or values like cheating on your first wife, asking her for a divorce while she's in the hospital with cancer so you can marry your second wife, cheating on your second wife while trying to impeach Bill Clinton, or dumping her to marry your third wife?
Yep, there's those American family values Republican leaders like to promote so much–as long as they don't actually have to adhere to them.
I despised Newt Gingrich, but he is right about Obama..
Yes, Newt is right about Obama .. but he is a global elitist. I would be more impressed with him (or any politician) who would seriously address Obama's ineligibility issue. Not one of these talking heads or members of Congress has seen any proof of Obama's eligibility, yet they all declare that the KNOW he was born in Hawaii and is eligible. Simply put, they are all LIARS. They are looking out for their own hides, since they are all complicit in Obama's crimes. Politicians suck! All of them!
Newt Gingrich is a Excellent Statesman & his Commentary whether you like it or not is 100% correct!

American Family Values being adhered to is not a subject Democrats would win on! Nor is it exclus-
ive with Republicans or Democrats. There is plenty of blame to go around in both parties! Man is not perfect!

Newt is a worm in my book. He would have to come out swingin when the tables turn but he'll still owe an apology. It is actually a good thing to have brought this nation to the brink just to offset the damage the state run education system and media have accomplished. I could forgive him if he talks that talk. If it turns out they actually drew them out into the open on purpose I'll rest quite easy and actually give thanks. Thats still an unknown though and still looking like coopting of the TEA party.
Oh for shit sake, everyone is human. Do we really want to get into which side violates Marriage vows and all that crap.. We have ideals we all attempt to live up to.. It is obvious that Democrats do not hold the founding ideals of this Nation as highly as do Conservatives.. It is obvious that Obama is not automatically a Good President just because Bush may have been a bad one.. At this point I would put Bush's Presidential record up against Obama's any day of the week.. I would also put the openness of the Bush Administration up against Obama's any day of the week..

I'd put Nixon up against Obama any day. At least when he broke the law he wasn't trying to destroy the country to change it into another more easily ruled.

Newt is a hypocritical jerk who will say pretty much whatever he thinks it will take to keep him on TV and perhaps make him a credible presidential candidate. Oh, please let him be the one the GOP chooses.

I doubt seriously you would ever attack Bill Clinton as you have Newt Gingrich. Clinton & Gingrich in my opinion are in a virtual tie when it comes to morals. Clinton in my opinion is very much so a hypocritical jerk who will say whatever is necessary to promote the Liberal Progressive label. Do not worry for Newt will never get The Republican Nomination to run for President.! Newt like Bill has far too much baggage(too many wives) & has over the years accumilated far too many enemies from within The Republican Party to win The Republican Nomination for President. It is far better for Newt to be a Statesman forThe Republican Party & to help with fundraisings in addition to helping Candidates to get elected.

IF anyone really cared about the American people and the furthering of American values, they would have NOT AGREED to let this bum in. No one was in the dark about his lack of qualification. What they DID know is his qualification and desire to DESTROY the last truly free country in the world. He is a destroyer, it was known from the first, he SAID he was the son of a goatherder from KENYA, and not one flipping person who carried any weight did a damn thing! NOW he has all but just blown down the mess he has rendered of our country! Newt Gingrich is not one I would hold up as a defender of our freedoms! I do not agree with Newt's personal life but I do agree with him on the concerns of the American people. I think he knows what is going on and if we do not change congress and the sob in the oval office this country is doomed.
You're right, Newt is a typical self serving politician. He sees what is coming and has put one foot on either side just to have a shot at staying in the good life with his golden parachute. IMO they ought to all be unrewarded for their treachery these past decades. Let them be unsheltered like the average citizen and the worst be made penniless to boot.
From senator present just keeping off the radar to as yet qualifications unknown acting as potus and Newt is just finally coming to that conclusion? I guess rules and laws only work on the little people. I'm waiting for the patriotic pose when there is no escaping the peoples law and their roar puts beads of sweat on all who can't even try to take cover. I think there is one man left in the media that can stand up and say I was right and I am vindicated. I doubt he'll miss England at all after that.

James as controversial as Michael Savage may be on his talk radio program it is hard to disagree with his logic.Many people are not aware that Michael Savage is a very educated man with more P.H.D.S. than most two people would ever attain in their lifetimes. Whether you like him or not you have to admit he is not afraid to take on anyone on the issues whether it be Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh to name just a few. Is he bigoted? Yes! Is he at times rude to the callers to his radio program? Yes! Let us be honest that neither of us would want to debate Michael Savage on issues we might disagree with him on.
Actually he has exactly the same number of Ph.D.s as I do and as you once claimed to (one), though he does have twice as many master's degrees. Regardless, it seems that you and I would obviously agree that academic degrees aren't necessarily a sign of intelligence.

Some of it, perhaps–I don't deny an occasionally outsized ego. But I hope I'm not like Savage in terms of crude language or inconsistency on Constitutional freedoms, and I rarely if ever wish actual harm to come to people, even those I strongly disagree with.
