Sets up a procedure for you to voluntarily surrender your gun rights.
*** H.F. 237 by anti-gun Rep. Michael Paymar:
Outlaws private sales of firearms, and cracks down on other lawful transfers of firearms including increased waiting periods, fees, and other requirements.
It also repeals due process and would strip you of your rights — for life — if you have ever sought or received mental health treatment or treatment for chemical dependency.
*** H.F. 238 by anti-gun Rep. Jim Davnie:
Makes it a felony if a lawfully permitted person possesses a firearm on any school property — further enshrining Minnesota schools as Gun Free Criminal Safezones.
*** H.F. 240 by anti-gun Rep. Dan Schoen:
Would lower the judicial standard for stripping more people of their Second Amendment rights, and deny non-residents the right to carry in Minnesota.
It also could require virtually anyone in Minnesota to first get a doctor’s note in order to be eligible for a carry permit.
*** H.F. 241, 242 and 243 by anti-gun Rep. Alice Hausman:
Would impose a so-called “Assault Weapons” ban and also forces you to open up your door and let the police “inspect” your legally possessed firearm as they please.
These bills would also outlaw your $10 magazine — or any magazine — that can hold more than ten or even SEVEN rounds of ammunition under penalty of five years in jail or a $25,000 fine, or both
*** H.F. 244 by anti-gun Rep. Sheldon Johnson:
Further restricts your right to sell a firearm.
All this in order to worship at “o”boy’s feet when he visited.. I hope he’s arranged out of state living accommodations and security for these vermin. They might have problems with survival here.

There is a misconception about New York. Yes we have a big city on the east coast that the rest of New York wishes we could split from because most laws in New York do not look at the majority of the state but NYC. I am from Western New York and we are rooted in the outdoors and hunting. I spent a decade on Active Duty and I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution and by god I will do just that. There is a huge gun and hunting culture. The majority of our state is wooded and rural. We have the big cities just like anywhere. Our problem is NYS Liberals infecting the rest of the state.
You betcha us yanks like guns…I would never voluntarily surrender my weapon!! Look at the DHA, they bought more than 1.5 BILLION rounds of hollow point bullets, and just bought another 21 MILLION dollars worth…who do you suppose they are going to be shooting with all these bullets…it won’t be a foreign government!! It’s hell to even think it, but they will be used against the Patriots of this country, when we resist a total tyranny, that Obozo, our Liar in Chief intends to bring upon this country…It’s hell right now to find bullets for our guns!!

Government workers may be be put on furlough due to budget shortfalls.
Now I ask all of you this; If the government is so short of money they may be putting government workers on furlough and forcing them to take their vacation times…etc., HOW in the wide world of sports can the Federal Government AFFORD to GIVE Egypt over 1.6 Billion dollars and at the same time be buying up so much ammunition for NO justifiable reason, which is causing shortages in the markets?
It is YOUR money, and I wonder if they had used this money properly, would that have kept those government workers on their jobs without any furloughs? I think so! Makes one wonder what motives and agendas the Federal Government really has going on doesn’t it? You sadly don’t realize that the Americans WERE The COMMUNISTS in Vietnam. You went into another people’s country and you pillaged, tortured, raped and murdered them! And for what? It is because of the example of the soldiers that went to Vietnam that the military soldiers, almost all of them, will do whatever they are ordered by their superiors, and if it means firing upon the American people, they will do it. You didn’t know then who your enemies were and you don’t know today, although you have *slightly* better idea. It was no different in 1861 when Lincoln called the Federal armies to attack the South. Most men did as they were told regardless to the treason committed by Lincoln’s unlawful acts. The exact same principles applies today all because people are too wrapped up in playing ARMY fighting the *communists*. Sadly they don’t know who the communists are or what they’ve already accomplished in the USA in the past 150 years.
So yeah, fight all you want. Fly your helicopters and run your tanks. Make war against whomever you are told too, proving you are a man. The problem with that is, fighting don’t prove anything, except to prove one’s ego in what they believe. I can believe whatever I want and never have to say it or force it upon anyone else. So I ask; Why is it that humans has to always prove what they believe by always fighting some so called bad guy? Why boast about what you can do? Does your muscle power and ability to wage war make you more right than one who doesn’t fight?

$41 million for eight military bases including Guantanamo Bay.
$56.8 million for charting the debris from last year’s Japanese tsunami.
$58.8 million for forest restoration on private land.
$100 million for the federal Head Start day care program.
$150 million in funding for Alaskan fisheries.
$188 million for new Amtrak lines (not repair, whole new lines).
$197 million “to. protect coastal ecosystems and habitat impacted by Hurricane Sandy.”
$5.3 billion to the Army Corps of Engineers (that’s more than their annual budget).

Those who think that the Yankees do not like guns, you forgot history. It was the Yankees who first rebelled against the Brits. The oldest National Guard unit is in Massachusetts. Boston is the home of the Tea Party. It was mainly a “tongue-in-cheek” statement. However there is a wee bit of truth to it also. “Yankee” is an Indian term originating with the Mohawk and Iroquois Indians. Noah Webster had the word in his 1828 American Dictionary, however he didn’t use the full Indian phrase concerning the word. Webster stated “Yankee” was the Indian word for “English” and he was correct in that partial phrase but NOT the full Indian phrase. The full Indian phrase actually meant, “English slave trader.” It was the Yankees who originally dealt in in the slave trade transporting them on ships, both before the Revolutionary War and afterwards. Actually from the tongue-in-cheek standpoint, there are MANY Northerners that hold very similar values as do Southerners, being conservative. But one MUST understand, being a true conservative is NOT the same as being a Yankee. A Yankee is a LIBERAL, always has been, always will be! The Democrat Party today is full of Yankees, and they have the EXACT same goals and thinking as did the Yankees of 1820, 1860 and 2013. There are many options in confronting the tyrants attempt to completely overthrow the US Constitution. Eradicating the 2nd Amendment would set the tyrants free to totally dismantle, or disregard the entire Constitution.
There can be tax revolts by citizens if individual states, coupled with a nationwide tax revolt.
Resistance on a local level to anti-constitutional gun grabbing laws. Meet with your local sheriffs, they hold jurisdictional authority on the local level. See where they stand on this issue, and if they are not in line with the 2nd Amendment, do everything possible to persuade them to fall in line with the 2nd Amendment.
The gun grabbing is not going to go anywhere in the US Congress. It is the local and state levels that the fight against the anti-2nd Amendment tyrants is waged.
Organize to soundly defeat the tyrant anti-2nd Amendment politicians in elections.
If all that fails, vote with your feet, and move to states that do uphold the Constitution and 2nd Amendment.
If push comes to shove, those states can then declare independence from the illegal government of what was once the United States of America, but has become the Soviet States of Amerika.

They used to belong to the New Party which was formerly called The Communist Party USA. Obama was a card carrying member in 1996 of the New Party. The progressives hold the very same principles as the communists did. They will appear to be doing for “the good of the country” but they are taking our liberties and spitting on the Constitution. People should read The Communist Manifesto. It is an ideology that is in direct rebellion of what God teaches us in the bible. Hitler was all the way left like Karl Marx. Both practiced satanism. Therefore, communism., Marxism, nazism, facism and socialism are all ideas from satan himself.
Socialists began an earnest effort to take over the Democrat Party in the 60′s. They have had great success, but the communists, gays, and atheists all saw that as their opportunity and jumped on the bandwagon with them.
As it’s happened, the more the democrats have become socialists, the more the Republicans have become democrats. Not the “people”, but the Party. We still want strong conservative leadership, but our Republican “representatives” have grown too soft. If they’d grow a set, more conservatives would support them. If all they are going to do is give in, then many will say why bother and just sit home.
