You cant impeach an usurper. A Governor was removed from office in N. Dakota, If I remember correctly, years ago. He was not impeached….he was removed when it was realized he hadnt lived in the state the required amount of years to run for Governor. He was removed from office and the voters "VOTES" were deemed negated since it all "truthful" information hadn't been released to the public. He didn't qualify to be there. No impeachment….just removal. That's what is needed with Barry Soetoro….removal…but in shackles I would hope. Us people….The American People….WE THE PEOPLE….need to DEMAND this happens! This is all great information, and just about every body in America knows about it. The question is what the hell is going to be done about it? Congress refuses to do anything because they are in on the scam and coverup. Like wise, the Courts won't do anything because they also are deeply involved in the coverup. Why do you think that then "president-elect" Obama held a secret meeting with eight of the U.S. Supreme Court Justice? This meeting, since there were pending cases before the Court concerning Obama's eligibility, was highly unethical to say the least, if not also highly illegal.
I say that we MUST find someone who is willing to lead a military coup to remove not only Obama but his entire administration, (All appointees, Czars and department heads), then we MUST remove just about every member of Congress and the eight SCOTUS Justices who met with Obama.
Nothing else will work to save America, not the Congress, not the Courts and not even the ballot box.

My Friend, nonviolent protests will not cut it, NEVER have and NEVER will. We DID NOT win the Civil Rights Amendment due to MLK,Jr.s nonviolence, that is a fallacy. I grew up in that era and there were hundreds of bloody race rights that took place all across America.
Nonviolence won't fix our country, the courts won't do it, Congress won't do it, and it has been proven over and over again that we cannot do it through the ballot box either, because if they aren't when they are running, our politicians soon will be after they are elected, controlled by Soros and all of the big money international bankers.
The only answer now is to throw off this tyrannical fraud of a government and start over. That means another revolution if Americans ever grow a huge set of balls befor it is too late.

A usurper can NOT be impeached as the office held is NOT filled, hence removal can only be accomplished by a writ of Quo Warranto.
ie:Obama/Soetoro should have been removed from office by a federal Quo Warranto action. This the only constitutional legal method to remove the usurper. That statute was written specifically to deal with this problem:
§ 16-3501. Persons against whom issued; civil action.
A Quo warranto may be issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States against a person who within the District of Columbia usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises, a franchise conferred by the United States or a public office of the United States, civil or military. The proceedings shall be deemed a civil action.
§ 16-3502. Parties who may institute; ex rel. proceedings.
The Attorney General of the United States OR the United States attorney may institute a proceeding pursuant to this subchapter on his own motion or OR the relation of a third person. The writ may not be issued on the relation of a third person except by leave of the court, to be applied for by the relator, by a petition duly verified setting forth the grounds of the application, or until the relator files a bond with sufficient surety, to be approved by the clerk of the court, in such penalty as the court prescribes, conditioned on the payment by him of all costs incurred in the prosecution of the writ if costs are not recovered from and paid by the defendant.

When, in the opinion of the court, the reasons set forth in the petition are sufficient in law, the writ shall be allowed to be issued by any attorney, in the name of the United States, on the relation of the interested person on his compliance with the condition prescribed by section 16-3502 as to security for costs.
So above are the statutes and I ask who is going to enforce them ?

The opportunity arose when the Justice Department sued the State of Arizona over the state's immigration law and Governor Jan Brewer had the opportunity to exercise such a warrant but for some unknown reason she refused to take such legal action specifically against BHO.. In Maryland you could register to vote when you applied for a Drivers License and they did not require proof of even legal residence, much less Citizenship when illegal aliens got their license. All they have to do in the application is state that they swear they are Citizens–but NOONE audits voter registration rolls to verify whether all these people who claim they are citizens are, in fact, citizens and not foreign nationals or illegal aliens. Americans need to wake up and ensure that only American Citizens participate in American elections. Otherwise, our future will be decided by Venezuelans, Salvadorans, Mexicans and many more foreigners who have come here illegally–whether across the border, or as students who finish their studies and remain here illegally (if they even actually go to school, since noone verifies that these people with student visas are actually studying and have not gone out and gotten jobs. We also need people to pressure their state governments to pass E-Verify laws so that illegals cannot obtain jobs and instead will return to their proper homes in their countries.
How do you pressure our state governments and our representatives (House and Senate) when the state one lives in is controlled by Democrats and turn coat Republicans, like New York State?
It's time to quit looking to the justice Dept, the Court System, the Congress… They have all failed their oaths of office… It is now time to look to our Military to walk in and place people under arrest under Homeland Security Rules that now allow Military to enforce our laws… Politicians made this provision in order to keep us in order, but it can be use to bring them to task for their Treasonous actions…

It has come to light recently that many of our US Congress members were well aware that Comrade Barry Boy the Evil was ineligible to be a US President as early as 2003. Over a period of 22 months, the Treasonous members of Congress attempted to change the US Constitution's "Natural Born Citizen" stipulation so that Usurper Barry Boy Soetoro would in deed be eligible to run for government office. But the attempts failed all 8 times. Perhaps it's time "We the People" start taking down names and prosecuting those who are are guilty of aiding and abetting this World Class crime and criminal?

I just watched, makes one sick to view this information, and knowing nothing will be done about it.
There are two lawsuits that United States Justice Foundation has filed. One, Keyes v. Bowen, has been filed with the Supreme Court. The other, Drake v. Obama, was heard in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and is awaiting a ruling, which will be appealed whichever way it goes. USJF needs support for the high expenses of litigating these cases.
