Of course they are breaking the law. That’s all they do. When has Obama shown the least respect for the Constitution, DOMA, election law, immigration law, the Bill of Rights, etc., etc.? And the weak Republicans do nothing as they are so terrified of Chris Matthews and what all of his buddies might say about them.

Precisely, SO. This is not just the fault of the man in the office of the presidency. Congress has much to answer for as well. But then, how can they hold the feet of the man in the WH to the fire of the Constitution, when they colluded in his illegal occupancy of that office in the first place??
The Republicans are as much to blame in this constitutional mess as are the Democrats: they have not been a responsible ‘honorable opposition’ party. Judge Napolitano has his finger right on it. This whole business is unconstitutional. But our elected representatives have created the environment for all this unconstitutional business going down. Obama is just doing what any incipient dictator W:OULD do, in such circumstances.
