An unapologetic Danny Williams says he was aware his trip to the United States for heart surgery earlier this month would spark outcry, but he concluded his personal health trumped any public fallout over the controversial decision.
In an interview with The Canadian Press, Williams said he went to Miami to have a “minimally invasive” surgery for an ailment first detected nearly a year ago, based on the advice of his doctors.
“This was my heart, my choice and my health,” Williams said late Monday from his condominium in Sarasota, Fla.
“I did not sign away my right to get the best possible health care for myself when I entered politics.”
The 60-year-old Williams said doctors detected a heart murmur last spring and told him that one of his heart valves wasn’t closing properly, creating a leakage.

No, he just signed it away for all of the people! But he's special so he gets treatment! He can afford to come to the states and have the surgery but the rest just have to take a pain pill and wait to die just like nobama's deathcare bill!
His heart, his choice! I don't blame him one bit. BUT! What about MY heart? What about YOUR heart?? I am an American citizen. I am also an "almost" senior citizen, but I am a full time college student as well. Why? Because without a new degree plan I have no employment opportunities and I have no hope of retirement anyway. After I complete my degree program, I have "hope" of holding a decent job that will allow me to pay off my student loans and still live decently. That is, IF we get rid of the Obama crowd, who would get rid of all jobs, insist that you "voluntarily" hand over your retirement, for THEM to dole back out to you, you know, sort of like the SS retirement we are supposed to have NOW, but that THEY have already SPENT? But, with having food sources poisoned, air quality poisoned, and I don't mean by manufacturing either, since most of our livelihood has been outsourced to China or India, or wherever, and medications are being induced into our "health" issues that in reality cause MORE illness than they cure, they don't intend for any of us to survive to be around for that anyway. The real agenda here is to reduce the global population by any means manageable, because the current population is "too large to manage". Digest that for a time, and see what you come up with. THEY don't want autonomous people walking the earth…THEY want only a minor amount of dullard slaves that they can feed and send to the fields to produce the goods that THEY need….THEY being the top 1%. If you get past the personalities, and don't get distracted by how repugnant all these types are, and pay attention to what is happening…the destruction of literate and functional people, you will begin to realize what is going on for real behind all the "hype and holler" going on in public. It is about doing away with YOU, and doing away with ME, and our off spring will be enslaved in perpetuity if we don't get rid of this entire bunch and get the avalanche STOPPED. It can be done. It takes due diligence.
As a Jewess in the US, I say it is just too bad the the medical plan that Herr Obama plans to inflict upon us would totally ELIMINATE this sort of option for all Americans!
