The Obama administration’s actions last week proved, although Green Jobs Czar Van Jones is gone, his ideology continues to guide the White House. Barack Obama called the leaders of American Indian tribes to Washington to witness him sign a UN treaty that, if followed literally, would return the entire continental United States to tribal control. He is not prepared to go that far, but he has made a down payment on the pledge by offering stealth reparations to the tribes in exactly the manner advocated by Van Jones.
Last Thursday, Obama held a summit with the tribal elders of 565 federally recognized American Indian tribes to sign the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. The treaty stipulates, “Indigenous peoples have the right to the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned, occupied or otherwise used or acquired.” In essence, the president signed away the entire country.
Even the few conservatives who paid attention to the treaty’s dangerous language missed a significant element of the pow wow. The Energy Department’s website announced “the establishment of an Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs in order to more effectively engage tribal governments in our national energy priorities and promote tribal energy development.” Specifically, the office will fund “projects to improve energy efficiency and develop geothermal, solar, bio-mass and wind energy on tribal lands.”
Compare that with Van Jones’ infamous speech to the Powershift conference last year addressed to:
[O]ur Native American sisters and brothers who were pushed and bullied and mistreated and shoved into all the land we didn’t want, where it was all hot and windy. Well, guess what? Renewable energy? Guess what, solar industry? Guess what wind industry? They now own and control 80 percent of the renewable energy resources. No more broken treaties. No more broken treaties. Give them the wealth! Give them the wealth! Give them the dignity. Give them the respect that they deserve. No justice on stolen land. We owe them a debt.
Van Jones made clear the administration views these energy investments as a form of reparations to American Indians, a means to “Give them the wealth!” Although he resigned last fall, the Obama administration is pressing forward with the policy Jones outlined.
Why wouldn’t it? Van Jones was not hired despite his passion for racially motivated wealth redistribution but because of it. Barack Obama has made clear he shares this view. In August 2008 Obama urged Americans to acknowledge “our tragic history,” then intoned, “I consistently believe that when it comes to whether it’s Native Americans or African-American issues or reparations, the most important thing for the U.S. government to do is not just offer words, but offer deeds.”
He appears to have no qualms offering your money as a form of stealth reparations to key Democratic constituencies. As this author has noted, the government’s settlements with “farmers” who allegedly suffered discrimination at the hands of the Department of Agriculture is another. Othello Cross, a lawyer on the Pigford case brought by “black farmers” against the USDA, admitted he knew of “hundreds” of cases of fraud. He estimated “about ten percent” of applicants had “never farmed in their life.” They merely took advantage of the low threshold of proof to qualify for a $50,000 settlement from the government. Cross said once an applicant staked a claim, it was virtually impossible to disprove. “How you gonna check them?” he asked. “All they gotta say is, ‘I attempted to farm.’” Cross said fraudulent applications numbered approximately 250 claimants in the state of Arkansas alone. The president is now pressing the government to make settlements with Hispanic and female “farmers” with the same criteria.
Viewing these policies together presents a White House obsessed with race, fueled by mythological grievances, and in control of vast sums of taxpayer dollars.
Without the admission of the Marxist former Green Jobs czar, Obama could have claimed the new tribal policy was merely an attempt to diversify American energy resources — rather than take advantage of America’s vast untapped oil and natural gas resources (not to mention coal and nuclear power). After all, on November 4th Jones admitted the administration “tried to pretend that what was going on was a market failure,” using subterfuge to push its cap-and-trade proposal. But his speech last year revealed the Energy Department’s actions last week as crass payoff politics.
Even a year after leaving the White House, Van Jones continues to expose Barack Obama’s radicalism.

Theft by Government
With the arrival of the twentieth century the American people have been introduced to a new way of theft – theft by government. Make no mistake, governments have always existed on the backs of the people they govern, our government is no different. Governments do not create wealth, they do not produce anything, and at a minimum can be a nuisance and at worse a tyrannical nightmare.
A grizzled old man was eating in a truck stop when three dangerous looking bikers walked in.

In Washington old Joe lay dying in the hospital. For years he had faithfully served God. He motioned for his nurse to come near.
"Yes, sir?" said the nurse.
"I would really like to see Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi before I die", whispered Joe.
"I'll see what I can do, Joe ", replied the nurse. The nurse sent the request to The House and Senate and waited for a response.
Soon the word arrived; Barack Obama & Nancy Pelosi would be delighted to visit Joe.
As they went to the hospital, Obama commented to Pelosi, "I don't know why Joe wants to see us, but it will certainly help our images." Pelosi agreed that it was a good thing.
When they arrived at Joe's room, Joe took Obama's hand in his right hand and Pelosi's hand in his left.
There was silence and a look of serenity on Joe's face.
Finally Nancy Pelosi spoke. "Joe, of all the people you could have chosen, why did you choose us to be with you as you near the end?"
Joe slowly replied, "I have always tried to pattern my life after Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
"Amen", said Obama.
"Amen", said Pelosi.
Joe continued, "Jesus died between two lying thieves; I would like to do the same."

All I can say is thank God we have a new Congress starting Jan. 3. It's only happened once in U.S. History, but treaties can be repealed, and powers that be in Washington need to be desperately urged to repeal this one. There's no time to lose on this.
It is true that American Indians have been treated poorly. But that is not new in this world. History is full of

I talked with an Indian in the 70's and asked him if all the Indians had it so bad. He said that some did but there were some that was rich. That is the way it is with all races. I have some Cherokee blood in me from both parents. I think it was horrible how they were treated but it happened to lots of people back then. How does giving money to these undeserving people of today make up for what happened to their ancestors? Just how far back do all these morons want to go to get money from the taxpayers. Our Government has taken from people that work and give to people that don't long enough. If they would get the lazy undeserving people off of welfare, there would be more money for the people that really need it. Van Jones uses a soft spoken voice to hide the fact that he is an evil person. All of the so called poor people that I know, brought it on themselves. They are lazy and sit around and wait for people to do for them. They usually spend any money they get on frivolous things that they can do without. Stupity is rampant in our Government.

MSNBC’s Ed Schultz, who called communist Van Jones a “great patriot” during the “One Nation Working Together” rally, has now decided it is his job to protect Islamic terrorists from being investigated by Rep. Peter King, the incoming chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee. The ink was barely dry on a King op-ed calling for scrutiny into those networks when Schultz featured Muslim Democratic Rep Keith Ellison on his show, complaining in advance that the probe would be a “witch hunt.”
Let us let Ed Schultz and "Rep" Keith Ellison D-Indiana in on a little secret. The only witch hunt occurring is the one that "Big Sis" Janet Nepolitano has launched, which targets our War Veterans, pro-Second Amendment Americans, pro-Life Americans, and honest American Citizens who travel by air as potential terrorists.
I have seen how the Government mis-treats the Indians. They have given millions of dollars to Indian tribes for years. They have built new homes for many tribes. And within a year or two they are broke & their homes are destroyed. Yes I know all Indians are not like that, but the majority are. At least they don't complain as much as the illegal Mexicans & the so called African Americans. It is reallt amazing how many people can't see what Obama is doing to the USA.

Here is some history, along with a litany of legitimate grievances against the Marxists, Globalists, and RINOs (Republicans-In-Name-Only) who are currently in power, and the radical Leftists who are destroying our Nation, our Liberty, and our way of life. The year was 1620 when the Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock. During the 1770s, our Founding Fathers fought and won a REVOLUTION to banish tyranny from our shores, and successfully established the United States of America as a Constitutional Republic. But BECAUSE of the Marxists, Globalists, and RINOs in power today, the rock has been landed on US. All of the rhetoric about tolerance, brotherhood, and everybody sharing all the world, which the Marxists speak so beautifully about, is NOT intended for We The People. Their rhetoric is a LIE! Their evil, gutter ideology has wrought the brutal disarmament, torture, and slaughter of more than 150 MILLION innocent men, women, and children by heathen Fascist, Nazi, and Communist regimes worldwide in less than 90 years' time!
When We The People remind the Marxist, Globalist, and RINO politicians that We The People send our elected officials to Washington D.C. to work for US, WHICH WE DO, they look upon us with hubris, hostility, and unfriendliness. The Statists no longer intend for us to be citizens, but subjects and wards of the State! They impose unconstitutional laws on us against our will. They unconstitutionally tax, spend, and regulate us into deep recessions, DURING WHICH businesses struggle to survive; and many decent, honest, hard-working Americans must work two very-low-paying jobs, or two or three part-time jobs, with few or NO benefits, just to support their families. They work from before sun-up until past sun down! From can't see in the morning until can't see at night! And these are the Americans who are able to find jobs at all! Then the Statists take a quarter or more of what these Americans earn, in FICA, Medicare, and Federal Income taxes, and when they die, the Statists take even more of their hard-earned money in Estate Taxes! WHEN THEY DIE, they are taxed EVEN MORE! Those Marxist and Globalist politicians HATE America; and they do not even try to hide it ANYMORE!

It is the past 50 years, IN WHICH the radical Leftists have taken over and bastardized the "Mainstream" News Media, Public Education, the Entertainment Industry, and the "Democratic" Party. And for these 50 years, they have stupefied and indoctrinated our youth, expelled God from public life, infringed on our right to keep and bear arms, consistently appeased or allied themselves with the enemies of freedom, murdered our unborn, and imposed immoral and deviant lifestyles on We The People. They intimidate, slander, and try to silence those of us who are TEA Party activists and sympathizers, Constitutional Conservatives, and other American Patriots of ALL races by falsely accusing us of being "far right" bigots and sellouts. They try to criminalize us for opposing THEIR criminal ideology, and telling the TRUTH! Radical Leftist, activist judges at all levels legislate from the bench. They do NOT INTERPRET our laws like they are SUPPOSED TO! Those Marxist, Globalist, and RINO politicians do nothing to secure our borders and deport those who have entered our country ILLEGALLY. They impose so many laws on us, with a few hidden loopholes, that it is becoming almost impossible for the average American to NOT break the law! It is a SHAME!! THAT is not Liberty! IT IS OPPRESSION AND SLAVERY!
Under Obama, Reid, and Pelosi, the destruction of our once-great nation has accelerated drastically. They force their suicidal poison known as Political Correctness on us against our will! They have dragged a sovereign U.S. State before the U.N. Human Rights Commission for enforcing our immigration laws! They appease and apologize to the Islamic terrorists who want to kill us, and the regimes which sponsor them. At our airports, travellers in Muslim dress are given a free pass while the rest of us are treated like criminals and terrorists. They violate our First, Second, Fourth, Sixth, and Tenth Amendment Rights incessantly. They are so arrogant and incompetent that they do not understand why we American Citizens are frustrated and angry! And NOW we have a "President" who abdicates a press conference to a former President, and leaves, because he cannot handle it! What a disgrace! Impeachment is the place to start, the first step. If it causes a revolution, then so-be-it.
