I am glad some state legislatures like Missouri are taking the bold approach to get the truth out, instead of hiding behind fear or propaganda. All candidates running for Office of the President should not only be properly vetted by Congress, but also by the 50 Secretaries of States through out this nation. All state Secretaries of State and all state legislatures should be takjing these simple steps.
Yes, but if you listened to this rep when asked by one of the members of the panel, that this bill would not affect any “current” candidates, but the law would go into force at the 2016 presidential candidacy. My question is: Why not put this law into affect for the coming 2012 presidential positions?
Yes, heard it too that this law won’t go into effect until 2016. This was a pass for the Kenyan-In-Chief, and much to the relief of that committee. After the 2012 elections, and the Kenyan is re-elected, there will be no more elections and a monarchy will be established. Who cares what happens in 2016.

Too little, too late, if he is proposing that the bill take effect in 2016, as I heard him say. If Obama is re-elected, our nation as we know it,will be gone, vanished like the wood pigeon. Republicans and Independents, VOTE AS THOUGH YOU LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT DOES.
All that will happen is the Judges above the trial Judge will toss it out. Teh ANOINTED ONE – - – O B U M E R has gotten to them.
What it will take to bring down this mess we are in right now, is to toss out all support for O B U M E R in the 2012 November election along with THE ANOINTED ONE.
This 2012 election must give O&co. such a resounding defeat that not even his buds at ACORN and S.E.I.U. could deliver enough fraudulent or “lost or uncounted” votes to make any difference. Remember how long they spent on Al Franken manipulating those votes?
@mike88, a few years ago Soros said it was absolutely necessary to get as many dems into sec. of state positions as possible to avoid conflicts like this in the future.

Along these lines I suggest to each and every reader that we take advantage of the information that this site provides. I have used it in order to print out the form required by the State of Indiana to file a motion to question the eligibility of BH Obama to be on our ballot. I suggest strongly that anybody reading this investigate the process in their state to do the same. Look, I truly believe that if the patriots that secured our liberty and freedom from the English could see the state of affairs we are in they would be ashamed at our lack of action and lack of testicular fortitude.

It is a long needed bill. I regret that it does not go into effect until 2016. That is 4 years too late, for if Obama manages to be reelected, there will be no elections in 2016. He will have destroyed this country to the point that he will simply declare himself Pres. for life.
