Michael Savage, the nation’s No. 4-rated radio talk show host, blasted America for either disregarding or covering up questions of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve in the Oval Office and the possibility that “the presidency may have been usurped by a foreign power.”
“To have elected an unknown man of unknown origin, a man who’s probably not even an American citizen – How can the whole military not know this?” Savage asked on air this past week. “How could the entire military establishment not be asking the same question that millions of Americans are asking?
“Do you think it’s plausible that the entire United States military complex does not understand the extreme dangers of having a commander in chief with dual allegiances in the White House?” Savage asked of Obama, who has publicly admitted he was born to a British father and therefore born a dual citizen. “Do they not understand that the presidency may have been usurped by a foreign power?”

Michael: You need to file a lawsuit asking the Court for a Declaratory Judgment, based on Obama's own statement of his dual citizenship, to determine his ineligibility based on the Constitution. As far as I know, none of the other lawsuits asked for a Declaratory Judgment.
That's the first thing Philip Berg did, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The federal courts are evading the merits on technical grounds of standing.
At first blush, it appears that the Great Pretender is not a natural born U.S. citizen because his purported father was an alien. The first ineligible U.S. President was Chester Alan Arthur, whose father William was not a U.S. citizen when Chester was born in Vermont. He got away with it because he lied and destroyed family records. Also, attention was diverted from the real issue by false charges that Chester was born outside the U.S.
Full disclosure would probably show that Obama was born in the U.S.A. to American citizens, and adopted at birth by Stanley Ann Dunham. Obama doesn’t want to disclose the original birth certificate because it would not show a parent of recent African origin; in other words, Obama is not black.
His fake BC shows his father's race as African, although at the time, African would not have been used. At the time of his birth, race should have been listed as Negro. This cannot be the reason he is hiding it. There is more to it than that.

An official investigation of Mr. Obama's eligibility would probably show early on that at the time of his birth he was a natural born citizen. Although he currently claims to have an alien father, it is nearly certain that Obama the alien Luo tribesman was an adoptive father. Mr. Obama's birth parents were almost certainly U.S. citizens; hence Mr. Obama would have been a natural born U.S. citizen at the time of his birth. He very possibly lost U.S. citizenship thereafter, which cost him the status of a natural born U.S. citizen.
The certification of live birth does not purport to be a contemporaneous record. The major ambiguity is the identification of the parents, named as Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama, the latter known to be an alien Luo tribesman, never an American citizen. The clerk abstracting from the amended certificate on file might have used a more contemporary term in describing the baby's race. This has no weight in reconstructing events and determining the actual birth parents.
The COLB's ambiguity arises from its nature; it is an abstract of information from a document on file. However, the document on file could be an original birth certificate naming birth parents, or it could be an amended birth certificate reflecting adoptive parents.
When a child is adopted, especially when a bastard birth is being papered over, an amended birth certificate is created naming the adoptive parents and creating an official fiction that they are the birth parents. Recently, Thursday 23 September 2010, there was a lady in my law office whose close relative was adopted; she had seen both the original and the amended birth certificates of the relative.
Hawai’i’s certification of Mr. Obama’s live birth in Hawai’i intentionally conceals birth parents. By design, it is impossible to tell from the certification whether the purported parents named therein are Mr. Obama’s birth parents or his adoptive parents. This is to keep adoptions confidential. Furnishing an amended certificate would tip the observer to an adoption.
Hawai’i’s custodians of vital records are barred by law from divulging the adoption without the adoptee’s consent, or pursuant to legal process such as subpoena.
However, on 22 July 2009, Dr. Chiyome Leinaala Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, issued a statement by which she goes about as close to the brink as she can, without violating her legal obligation to keep the adoption confidential, to tell us that Mr. Obama was adopted, and the citizenship of the birth parents. The U.S. citizenship of the birth parents ipso facto excludes Obama the Luo as a birth parent. Her statement is quoted in the book "The Manchurian President" on page 76, and below:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai'i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai'i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
Dr. Fukino’s statement refers to Mr. Obama's "vital records" in the plural. He was not dead, so there would be no death certificate. Hence she must be referring to two birth certificates, the original that named birth parents and the amended certificate naming adoptive parents.
Moreover, data in the certification of live birth must have been taken from the amended certificate, for Dr. Fukino also says that the records verify that Mr. Obama is a "natural born American citizen." If the original birth certificate showed Obama the Luo to be a birth parent, it would have proved the contrary, that Mr. Obama was not a natural born American citizen. Hence Obama the Luo could not be a birth parent of the baby Obama, whose birth is certified.
Dr. Fukino is very clever. She has tipped us to an adoption without explicitly disclosing an adoption, which would be unlawful. She has also let us know that Mr. Obama's birth parents were U.S. citizens, which they would have to be for baby Obama to be a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, and this excludes Obama the alien Luo as a birth parent. (Dr. Fukino’s statement does not pertain to the possible loss of Mr. Obama’s U.S. citizenship after birth, which would terminate the status of natural born U.S. citizen.)
Thus Dr. Fukino’s finding that baby Obama was a natural born U.S. citizen also excludes Obama the Luo as a birth parent, for if the alien Luo were his birth parent, Mr. Obama would not be a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, the first and only time he could acquire that status.
Once Mr. Obama's status at birth is established by the disclosure of his vital records and the confirmation of U.S. citizen birth parents by DNA analysis, to exclude the possibility of a ringer, the investigation could move on to the question of whether Mr. Obama lost U.S. citizenship altogether by forfeiture, disclaimer, renunciation, sedition, or a combination of the foregoing.
Unless you can produce DNA evidence of someone other than Barack Hussein Obama Sr. as the ‘natural birth father you are just blowing the same smoke and mirror’s of this foreign usurper. His book refers many, many times to his “Kenyan “father”. Also having then later been adopted(A second adoption)? by Sotero and moving to Indonesia and that country does not recognize dual citizenship so his American Citizenship if he had it was surrendered. I, myself am an active-duty service member, and I have been worrying about this for a long time. I enlisted under George W. Bush and was proud to do so, but this current administration has been frightening me since before he said, "So help me God". I read the earlier comment about the military point of view in this matter. This may just be since I'm stationed in California, but many currently serving service members either don't know about this serious issue, or they simply don't care. For a long time, I was under the impression that the military at large was conservative; but that certainly doesn't seem to be the case today. I suppose this makes the matter that much more serious, but I promise anyone who happens to read this that I will ALWAYS put my allegiance to our Constitution before my allegiance to the presidency. My deepest respect and support goes to Lt. Col. Lakin and his family as he made the decision that so few of us have been courageous enough to make. God bless you, my brother in arms.

No one, has explained his use of a host of many SSN's nor how he obtained a SSN that is issued to CT. residents reported to belong to a deceased man, born in the 1880's. Obama was never adopted. You can ask the Indonesian embassy in Washington. Even if he were adopted, it still would not affect Natural Born citizen status. Obama was never a citizen of Indonesia.

Typically, a birth certificate issues for any child who is born. It names the birth parents. An amended birth certificate issues for one who is adopted. It names the adoptive parents. The information in the certification of live birth comes from the amended birth certificate.

If you do, you are duty bound to produce it, for it would follow that Obama II is not a natural born citizen within the meaning of U.S. Const. Art. It will be shown eventually that Mr. Obama was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, but a thorough investigation must be conducted to determine whether he lost citizenship, and therefore constitutional eligibility, thereafter.

I agree. Bush has been far too generous in his acceptance of Obama. Also, notice how he set up things like the Patriot Act to make it easier for Obama to carry out his plans. I felt they were far too chummy right after the election for things to be right. I felt it in my bones then that we had been compromised. I still feel we are in terrible danger and Obama isn't our only worry. We need to make sure that the next person in line for presidency is totally clean, or we are finished. Since it is pre-arranged who will run for the office, I feel this is highly unlikely and America will go down unless we have an absolute, God given miracle. The Bushes are both Progressives, which means trouble for us.

IT does not take two US citizen parents to be a Natural Born Citizen. It only requires being born in the USA and being a citizen.
That is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

“Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.” (December 11, 2008 letter to constituent)
Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:

And there have been MANY federal law cases in which the judges have ruled that the US-born children of one or two foreign citizens are Natural Born US citizens.

Re: Two citizen parents required. Both of Andrew Jackson's parents were foreign citizens. To be sure, he was under the provisions of the grandfather clause. But the tern Natural Born Citizen would have allowed him to be president even after the grandfather clause expired. That is because the meaning of Natural Born Citizen at the time the Constitution was written was simply "born in the country with the exception of the children of foreign diplomats.'
That was the meaning of Natural Born under the common law, and by far most of the writers of the Constitution were lawyers. And that is why Obama's election was confirmed UNANIMOUSLY by the US Congress, because not a single member thinks that two citizen parents are required, only that birth in the USA is required. Obama was of course born in the USA as the official birth certificate of Hawaii shows, and has been confirmed by the officials and the governor of Hawaii.

It does not bar anyone from being president except (1) People under the age of 35; (2) People who did not reside in the USA for 14 years; (3) People who are not citizens; (4) People who are naturalized citizens. The meaning of Natural Born at the time of the writing of the Constitution was simply "born in the USA with the exception of the children of foreign diplomats," and that is the way that all the writers of the Constitution and the other prominent Americans at the time used the phrase. They NEVER used it to indicate two citizen parents. Vattel was not even mentioned in the Federalist Papers. (And he himself does not say that the leader of a country should even be a citizen. He gives several examples of countries picking their sovereigns from the nobility of other countries, and he never says that doing that is a bad thing.)
If the writers of the Constitution had meant Natural Born Citizen to have anything to do with the citizenship of the parents, they would have told us. But they did not mean it because that would be completely different from the citizenship laws that they were familiar with, which were all based on the place of birth and not on the citizenship of the parents.
Citizenship based on the parents comes from the laws of France and Italy and Germany, not from the British law that they were familiar with, and they were mainly lawyers.

That is in 2010 terms. In other words, a ticket that cost say $2,000 in 1961 would have cost the equivalent of $10,000 today. (Not exact, just an estimate.) But the figure for $20,000 was worked out using the real cost of the ticket at the time and the real decline in the dollar's value in 47 years. In fact, it was more than $20,000. I think it was $22,000.
How many people would spend that much money to take their wives to a country with Yellow Fever while she was pregnant? If you have that kind of money, you spend it on a nice trip, stopping at all the scenic sites along the way, and if you want to show your relatives your child, you wait until the child was born, not go when your wife is pregnant.
But, say that she did make that long, difficult, expensive and risky trip. Say that she went to Kenya and gave birth there. Then, answer me this, how did they get Obama from Kenya to the USA WITHOUT A US TRAVEL DOCUMENT such as a US visa on a foreign passport or a US passport issued while in Kenya or the change to Obama's mother's passport to include Obama, also while in Kenya. Without such a document the US would not have allowed him to enter the USA. And, if there were such a document, there would be multiple copies of the applications for it, which could not have been lost and would have been found by now, especially since the State Department was in Republican hands until January 2009. But no such document has been found.
As for me liking Obama, I don't. I simply think that he should be treated like all the other Natural Born Citizen presidents that I don't like. In 2012 if I like him less than the other candidate, I'll vote for the other candidate. But, there is not the slightest grounds for thinking that he is not eligible to be president.

Information" has Released copies of President
Obama's college transcripts from
Occidental College. Released today, the
transcript school indicates that Obama,
under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial
aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as
an undergraduate. The transcript was
released by Occidental College in compliance
with a court order in a suit brought by the
group in the Superior Court of California. The
transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied
for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship
for foreign students from the Fulbright
Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for
the scholarship, a student must claim
foreign
citizenship.
This document would seem to
provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's
detractors have been seeking. Along with the
evidence that he was first born in Kenya and
there is no record of him ever applying for US
citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.

This is a made-up story that was originally posted on April 1, 2009. It is all false. The case did not reach the supreme Court (which has thrown out all cases that reached it so far). The AP did not write the article. Occidental did not release any transcripts. Obama did not receive a Fulbright Scholarship (which is only for graduate students). There is no "Americans for Freedom of Information."
And, most important, Pakistan was not on any "No travel list" in 1961, so any US citizen could visit using an ordinary US passport, and many did. In fact, Pakistan was a recommended tourist site in some travel articles published by US newspapers that year. Obama used his US passport, the same one that he received to travel to Indonesia on when he first went there with his mother in 1966 or 1967, and which he used to travel back from Indonesia to Hawaii on when he went to high school. Obama never had an Indonesian passport and was never an Indonesian citizen, as the Indonesian embassy will confirm if you call them.

Dual nationality has no effect on Natural Born Citizen status. To think so is to think that a foreign law can make one US-born child different from another US-born child. There is some evidence that Thomas Jefferson accepted dual nationality by becoming a citizen of France while he was still a US citizen. In any case, not one member of Congress believed that dual nationality had any effect on Obama's Natural Born Citizen status.

NO official has ever said that the document is forged, and only two guys who will not give their real names said that it was forged. I married a UK national in 1982. At the time, I inquired about becoming a dual national since I never planned on returning to the US. I was told at the time that, if I decided to apply for British citizenship, I would risk losing my US citizenship because the US didn't recognize dual-citizenship. I decided at the time that I would not risk losing my US citizenship and did not apply for a UK passport. Also, my son was born in the UK in 1985. I was told at the time that he would have to relinquish his UK citizenship in order to become an American citizen at the age of 18. He had a US Citizen Born Abroad birth certificate. He had two passports, a US passport and a UK passport. He had to make a choice. I don't believe he could be considered a natural born, because he was born abroad and has a British father. Anyone born before 1960 was taught in school, that the meaning of "natural born" was being born on US soil to US citizen parents. Mr. Savage is right. Orly Taitz is right. The American citizens are right, but people like Eric Holder, in place to protect Obama and Valarie Jarrett are standing between the people and their laws of this nation. How much longer is Congress going to allow this to go on? Those people like Mr. Savage, Ms. Taitz, and joe Apario need to combine forces and work together with the people behind them to rid America of this scourage.

No one would make decisions–that many of them that is against the welfare of this nation unless it is on purpose to destroy this country. This man must be, along with Jarrett, Holder, Pelosi and those who put him in office be made to get out of our government and be brought up on charges. This Administration has influenced even the judges and Justice in this country to accept this usurper and they are covering for him and allowing this travesty to exist. Even our votes have been allowed to be cheated. If those Judges, Justices and those in enforcement do not have respect for the law, neither will the population. It is going to get to where everyone is going to obey what laws that are convenient for them to obey, as are the leaders of this nation. They helping themselves to the destruction of this nation after our forefathers fought, died and sacrificed to keep this nation free. Our nation should be based upon the Constitution and laws of this land and not laws twisted at the whim of those who have usurped and stolen into our high offices and government positions. These positions are used to hire only their own party affiliates. It will get so no one but those leftists, Marxists, Socialists, and Communists will be allowed to work. It will be go their way or starve or be put in prison for stealing to support their children. What we are witnessing, is a more than likely, an overtaking of this country by our enemies. It is subtle, but it is becoming more apparent as the enemies are emboldened by the ignorance of those who think they are benefitting from some “gift” offered for the selling of their souls.
