Why wasn’t he investigated during the primaries or back when he was elected to the senate? There has ALWAYS been questions about his past. It’s a damn joke! I f I wanted to join the FBI or the CIA they would tare my background apart.But when you’re running for important position within our government ,they let anybody in. How sad is that!
The answer to your question is: The Democrats knowingly set Obama up to be the president. They knew he was not eligible, Bill Clinton even bragged that Obama was not eligible. You see the democratic party is really as bad as Obama. Look at all the loons they have in Congress, Reid, Pelosi, Waxman, Waters, Jackson-Lee, etc. I could go on but why bother. No the biggest problem we have is the democratic party.
And the entire Congress and the Judicial system knew it, too, including the Republicans. When are we going to get it! They don’t care about the constitution or about the truth. None of them.
While I agree wholeheartedly with your assumption, you have to accept the fact that the GOP also played and is playing the same game as the Democratic party. They are complicit in this, otherwise they would get a spine and go after him. They’re in on it.

I agree Michael, however the problem is the way the US has constructed a veil of safety around the President.
You see the FBI work for him, they are no longer considered to be independent as they were when J. Edgar had the FBI. Granted J.Edgar developed his own way of gaining his freedom ( blackmail) but it worked. He took on all Presidents. These days it ain’t like that. The directors of the FBI serve at the pleasure of the president, even if he is an imposter.

heavy6878…Your right I read in one of these News pages not long ago that the CIO and the FBI and the Judges & etc. have all been paid off, probably with your tax money, so that’s part of the reason we can’t get him shut up or out of there or anything investigated.
But I still can not comprehend. There is no amount of money that would compel me to lie, compromise my honor or sell my country and the future of my children or grandchildren down the river. Who are these people? What are they made of? I can not conceive of someone totally lacking in any moral compass.

Here’s ‘the deal’ about what we (globally) are seeing.
We are watching the disintegration of the office of the President of the United States – before our very eyes.
We have seen this covertly since Bill Clinton soiled the oval office’s rug and the media had us focus on Monica’s dry cleaning bill and her blue dress.
Then, we had Bush – a man who is no more a Christian than I am a turnip – for 8 years, with our media taking swipes at him by degrading him, thereby further denigrating the Office – instilling in us that any buffoon professing something as unreasonable as Christianity IS – would be okay with us, as long as he stayed true to his school teacher sweetheart. (read: his gal is well acquainted with the Dialectic process.)
Then, ‘change, change, change’ – Americans want CHANGE. ‘What kind of change?’ They didn’t bother to ask – for they’ve either been duped by propaganda – or, they are ‘in on it’ as are all of those holding office within the United States government. All politicians have been bought out, bribed – or, are followers of this velvet takeover of the United States – that would be ultimately clear, even TO a turnip.
So – here we have our usurper-in-chief wanting 8 full years (no way! – let’s be honest at why ‘The Dictator’ is in our cinemas, shall we – boys an’ girls…?) of running the world from the Oval Office – the full communist/Marxist takeover – the final deathblow, if you will – to Freedom. The best way is to make Romney distance himself from his RINO ways is to show up at his rallys and yell like hell, you have to literally scare a RINO to near panic in order to keep them on a rope. The evidence coming out on the Fraud in the WH is now boliing over Romney cannot afford to go strerile and act like a eunuch, his family name means more to him than that. I don’t want to believe that a man with any dignity will not lean forward into a fray..I don’t think he is another McCain and if he does not respond then the Republican party is going to fall.
He is way to chicken to that and that seems to be the problem with a lot of people.
We are well beyong the point that the FBI, Congress, and the Supreme Court should be doing their jobs and investigating Obama’s eligibility. My guess is that would result in criminal charges against Obama for forgery, fraud, and criminal conspiracy, and he eventually would be residing in a prison instead of the White House.
Can you imagine what the historians writing 100 years from now will say when they look back and analyze why such a great nation, set up in such an ingenious manner, collapsed? This will rival the fall of ancient Rome. They will marvel at how stupid, lazy, evil and corrupt the people and the politicians had become and wonder why enough good Americans didn’t rise up to prevent this from happening. They will shake their heads and marvel.
I doubt the USA will collapse. It may seem hopeless sometimes, but eventually the bad guys lose. The USA was built on sound economic and personal ideology (capitalism and freedom) and it became the best (and richest) country on earth. Even though President Obama has committed many unconstitutional actions of a traitorous nature, the House of Representatives has been silent. Therefore, it is up to the citizenship to speak up and demand that a hearing be conducted, that Articles of Impeachment be issued, that the Senate impeach President Obama, and that Congress restore the United States Constitution as the supreme law of the land by striking down any and all government agency regulations, Executive Orders, and laws in opposition to the United States Constitution.

Let it now be a civilized revolution against Presidential tyranny in order to uphold and reinstate the United States Constitution (which includes the Bill of Rights and all Amendments) as the supreme law of the land and to reclaim under and realign our governmental agencies with the United States Constitution. This revolution needs to be done within our system in order to preserve our system. Let us merely reset Presidential power and reaffirm our Constitution and the governmental restrictions therein.
A revolution to reset government is needed because President Obama, on his own initiative and with no explanation, has just (March 2012) re-enacted, expanded, and redefined the Defense Production Act by Executive Order (http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order-national-defense-resources-preparedness), in effect rewriting the law authorizing President Obama’s “legal” and in effect takeover of the country, initiating marshal law even before any crippling attack and with only vague references to national security, defense (“under both emergency and non-emergency conditions”) and national disasters, and with no restrictions or time limitations whatsoever, which facilitates his never leaving office. President Obama has already amassed Presidential armies in A.C.O.R.N. and under the guise of Obamacare.
Concurrently and at a time when we were and are at war with Islamic jihad organizations (al Qaeda and the Taliban), he has actively and with U.S. taxpayer money courted, enabled, supported, and facilitated the Muslim world/Islam, Islamic Sharia law enforcement through governmental agencies, and the establishment of Islamic democracies (Islamic constitution enforced by Sharia law) around the world. Because President Obama has stated he favors the Muslim Brotherhood and will negotiate with the Muslim Brotherhood, how soon will he sign a dhimmitude contract in the form of a peace agreement with the Muslim world via the Muslim Brotherhood? The Muslim Brotherhood’s stated goal, since its inception in 1928, has been to establish the Caliphate (i.e., rule of Islamic Sharia law) over the entire world. Therefore, any “peace” agreement with the Muslim world via the Muslim Brotherhood or any of its factions or the UN, which is dominated by the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation), would supersede our Constitution and make U.S. citizens submit to Islamic Sharia law. We need to prevent such an overthrow of the U.S.
President Obama has also taken actions in direct opposition to the supreme rule of the United States Constitution. He has used U.S. troops for international ambitions on his own accord, sending troops into Libya without approval or even consultation with Congress as required by the U.S. Constitution and the War Powers Act. President Obama has similarly unconstitutionally sent troops into Africa to fight AGAINST the only opposition to the genocidal jihad happening in the oil-rich countries there, thereby aiding and abetting the genocidal jihad takeovers there. President Obama’s declared international “legal basis” for deploying the U.S. military makes the U.S. Military at the disposal of foreign powers/organizations (i.e., the UN/OIC, Arab League, African Union, etc.) and under the authority of foreign law. In addition, President Obama has been overtly using taxpayer money to “respect” the establishment of Islam and to unofficially enforce Sharia law (which enforces Islamic principles found in the Qur’an and Sunnah) in the U.S. and all over the world. The First Amendment Prohibition Clause of the U.S. Constitution states:
“Congress shall make no law respecting AN establishment
of religion . . . ” (Emphasis added)
However, President Obama has been using U.S. Governmental agencies to “respect” Islam both at home and abroad, and unofficially enforcing Sharia law by making U.S. Governmental agencies and their regulatory law Sharia-compliant out of such “respect.” For example, he has worked to remove even the words “jihad” and “Muslim” from the criminal investigation and prosecution of jihad crimes against non-Muslims, thus preventing the prosecution of the criminal intent of extracting jizya (tribute by non-Muslims), abusing, raping, and murdering non-Muslims BECAUSE they are non-Muslims (Sunnah: Sahih Muslim 33: “The Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and they establish prayer, and pay Zakat and if they do it, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah.” Qur’an 48:29: “Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves.” Reliance of the Traveller (sic) 08.4: “There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O: or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die.”) Such jihad crimes are perfectly “legal” under Sharia law. Under U.S. law, however and for example, to kill someone because they do not share your religion or to save face (honor killing) is First Degree Murder, but not if their criminal intent is purposely excluded from investigation and prosecution by law enforcement agencies and the judiciary. Such governmental agency policy and regulation unofficially enforces Sharia law.
As part of his Liberal Leftist (supremacist) elitist backing, President Obama’s has also incorporated the United Nation’s Agenda 21 plans into his promised “change.” (See http://www.un.org/earthwatch/humanset/index.html, and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwVwqV7Psxg&feature=related). The “President’s Council on Sustainable Development (“Council”) was established by Executive Order (NOT CONGRESS) No. 12852, dated June 29, 1993 (http://clinton2.nara.gov/PCSD/Charter/index.html). The Council is solely advisory in nature, but it shows how seriously the plan has been/is being taken by the Presidency. Agenda 21 essentially restricts the majority of the population into sustainable cities, while the elitists overtly control the majority of the land and its resources, and covertly control the profits and benefits from those resources. It is supported by the UN’s Biodiversity Assessment (http://www.un.org/earthwatch/biodiversity/assessment.html). As President Obama courts and accommodates the Muslim world, enforcing Sharia law and giving global jihadists free reign to commit jihad in the U.S. and all over the world, he also appeases his Liberal Leftist (supremacist) elitists supporters by pushing their unconstitutional Agenda 21, using the Muslim Brotherhood’s global jihad to enforce its initial implementation in taking on war powers (see above). Agenda 21 wipes out individual rights and is thus unconstitutional.
In addition, President Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States. The United States Constitution says:
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen
of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of
this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of
President . . .”
A natural born citizen of the United States, as defined by U.S. Federal law, is a citizen who was born in the U.S. by parents who were BOTH citizens of the U.S. at the time of birth. President Obama’s father has never been a U.S. citizen, and is a citizen of Kenya. Therefore, according to the U.S. Constitution Barack Hussein Obama is simply not eligible to be President. This provision of the Constitution prevented Arnold Schwarzenegger from running for President. When this issue was originally brought up in the Obama/McCain election, an investigation was conducted because McCain is the son of two U.S. Citizens and his father was in the U.S. Military but stationed outside the U.S. at the time of Mr. McCain’s birth. However, because Mr. McCain was not born in the U.S. Military Hospital where his father was stationed, the Senate conducted an investigation as to his eligibility to be president. A Bill was also introduced to clarify the law and ensure that children born to U.S. citizens while serving overseas in the military are eligible to become president, but the Bill died (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/110/s2678). The Senate has never investigated President Obama’s eligibility, even though he is not a natural born U.S. citizen.
There have been many attempts to oppose President Obama’s actions in and eligibility for the presidency. Lt. Colonel Terry Laken has been imprisoned for refusing to be sent to war by a President who is not a natural born U.S. citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution. Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick was arrested because he attempted to bring charges up against President Obama for treason (http://riseupforamerica.com/). A non-governmental citizen grand jury and trial indicted and convicted Barack Hussein Obama on 14 counts of sedition and treason. The American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) and its Stop Islamization of America (SIOA) program is calling for an investigation of President Obama’s leaking defense secrets of our ally against jihad terrorism (Israel) to Iran (http://www.christiannewswire.com/news/8282719338.html). There are many more citizen movements taking place against many of the actions of President Obama and the “change” he has wrought.
President Obama needs to be impeached as a traitor for breaking his oath of office to “PRESERVE, protect, and defend” (Emphasis added) the United States Constitution and in adhering to, aiding and abetting the enemies of this country during a time of war, and in facilitating hostile, political takeover of the U.S. by factions of those we are at war with. Also and in the alternative, President Obama is not a natural born citizen and, according to the U.S. Constitution, is not eligible to be the president. Please do your duty as a member of Congress and impeach Mr. Obama and restore the United States Constitution as the supreme law of the land by striking down any and all government agency regulations, Executive Orders, and laws in opposition to the United States Constitution.
