If he declares Martial law, we are in a lot more trouble than an election delay.
It is leading up to that from what I have been reading and concluding by the parts of puzzle this man is placing into the picture of the future of America. He hates Americans. He has made that abundantly clear.
He is President by virtue of the Constitution. If martial law is invoked, the Constitution is suspended, and he has no authority,
