Like many conservatives, I saw the anti-Obama film, Atlas Shrugged over the weekend, which is virulently anti-Obama but without mentioning his name.
There is the constant “fair share” meme of the government. The incestuous relationship between big government and big business that gives birth to deformed and useless children (à la Solyndra). The “99%” protesters that constantly covet others’ success. And probably the item that hit moviegoers most directly was the skyrocketing gas prices due to the government’s war on fossil fuel.
But perhaps a less-known connection of the film to everyday life is the character, the man of mystery John Galt, to an equally mysterious man, Kevin O’Reilly. O’Reilly was the former White House National Security Director for North America who disappeared after he was connected to Fast and Furious. “Who is John Galt?” was on everyone’s lips throughout the film; but for those of us who closely follow the Fast and Furious debacle, the question is “Who is Kevin O’Reilly?”
The world knows all about former ATF agent in charge of the Phoenix office, Bill Newell, who shipped thousands of guns to Mexican drug cartels and was responsible for arming those who murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. In July of 2011, Newell appeared before the House Oversight Committee, and O’Reilly’s name came up for the first time. Shortly thereafter, it was revealed that Newell had sent several emails to O’Reilly describing Fast and Furious in detail. This is significant because O’Reilly was literally steps away from the Oval Office and directly connected Barack Obama to Fast and Furious. Obviously the Oversight Committee wanted O’Reilly to appear before Congress to discuss the White House’s connection to Fast and Furious.
This would never happen.
Three days after these emails were made public, Kevin O’Reilly boarded a plane bound for Baghdad, supposedly to take a State Department job that had already been filled by someone else. Then he was nowhere to be found in Iraq—in fact, he seemed to fall off the edge of the earth. As of last week, he apparently is back in the States with an obscure position in the State Department but has shunned contact with the media or Congressional investigators.
Want to know about Kevin O’Reilly? You will find little if anything about him. I spent literally hours searching for merely a photograph of the man.Think about it: This man was in charge of keeping safe an entire continent—he was the White House National Security Director for North America, and yet there’s no information about him?
Odd. Very odd. The question on everyone’s lips nowadays is “Who is Kevin O’Reilly?”
America wants to know.

He talks about what he has done for the coal miners, but for some reason they dpn’t think he has done anything for them.

since his mother and alleged father are both deceased, it is doubtful a DNA test would tell them anything since DNA was not in use at the time.

Yes I want to know all about Mr. O’Rielly and the reason that we are not able to pull all info about him goes directly to my pet problem.I as a member of my local Tea Party am involved and work with a great bunch of citizen Patriots.We have two Conservative Senators who could not be anymore shut off from any contact with our group.They will grudgingly answer questions of little or no importance slowly the real meat questions are meet with lies directly or smoke and mirror games that are designed to keep us at arms length.Well I’ve had some whine with my cheese so now it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get rid of these RINO’s .The GOP is not our friend they are as much the problem as the Marxist/Socialist OBama administration,they are not a Communist threat per-sey they just have a stranglehold on the perk’s and power of Washington.They have heavy weights like Haley Barbour’s lobbying group to guide them to their pots of Gold.and unless you are geometrically stupid like our old pal “Blago” no one of the corrupt team of traitors ever sees a cell.That is our job to 1)Vote them out 2)Identify for prosecution traitors and pursue them relentlessly 3) When identified attach their “Worldly Goods” return their stolen monies to the general fund and strip them of all benefits.4)Review and adjust all pay and benefits to Govt workers and public employees.5) Make the death penalty apply to any corruption or subversive activity that affects our Constitutional Republic.6) Make all decisions that regard Congressional pay or procedure,any thing that affects them that they vote on for themselves ,subject to citizens voting. @hotrodrobert I love your ideas. I cannot see any of the self serving crooks currently reigning in congress ever allowing such a dramatic change. Any new comers, are almost immediately corrupted or disappear from view.. You will note I did say Reigning, not serving, like it should have been. God protect us from our governement. I notice even Romney in the debate is forgetting the constitutionn. He stated that automatic guns were not legal. Which part of the 2nd Amendment to the constitution says, only the government can have automatic weapons, They are the ones we need automatic weapons to protect our selves and our rights. Obama, demoncrap and RINOs definitely do not protect us from the self serving hands in our pocket government.

Hey, nothing shocks me now in relation to our present administration….So many things are beginning to ADD UP for those of us who knew very LITTLE about the man-obama!… I just pray that more Americans will ‘see’ the TRUTH before it is too late for our AMERICA as we have known it…The GREAT NATION of the United States of America!!…Too many good people have fought and died (and unfortunately still are) to keep this great nation FREE and SAFE!…I stand in AMAZEMENT at all that has brought us DOWN in the last 4 years… We have been expected to just ‘swallow’ what obama and his cronies want for this country…Yes, he came into a ‘mess’, but the ‘mess’ increased DRASTICALLY under his lead! FYI, Atlas Shrugged is NOT an anti-Obama film, per se. It was written by Ayn Rand, many years before Obama was even in the picture, politically. It is an anti-COMMUNISM film, but Obama is a Communist, so the two go hand-in-hand.

Why is healthcare, right now as we speak, being rationed? Why did my friend, with multiple health issues and surgeries, get a letter stating she can only see a doctor twice per month now? Why have you not come clean about who you are? Why did you LIE in the first place? Why are your records sealed? Hiding something? If the book – upon which this movie is based – were written 55 years ago, how could it possibly be ‘anti-Obama?’ … and whomever and whatever he is, Kevin O’Reilly is no John Galt. The book explores a United States in which many of society’s most productive citizens refuse to be exploited by increasing taxation and government regulations and go on strike. The refusal evokes the imagery of what would happen if the mythological Atlas refused to continue to hold up the world. They are led by John Galt, who describes the strike as “stopping the motor of the world” by withdrawing the minds that drive society’s growth and productivity. In their efforts, these people “of the mind” hope to demonstrate that a world in which the individual is not free to create is doomed, that civilization cannot exist where every person is a slave to society and government, and that the destruction of the profit motive leads to the collapse of society. So, it could be considered a book that describes what happens when the United States is ruled by a dictator, a world in which citizens become slaves of the government. Thus, the elusive Kevin O’Reilly bears no relation to the book’s hero, John Galt.
In truth, almost no one has ever heard of this Obuma thug. He must have some very powerful muslim terrorist connections, either his own or Obuma’s, or he would be dead today.
