Impeachment is only appropriate for a legally seated President. Mr. Obama may not even be a citizen. His entire presidency needs to be declared null and void.
Mr. Obama is not and has never been constitutionally eligible for the office of POTUS. Not only do we have the arguments presented here and elsewhere to show that he is clearly not eligible, we have his own stipulation that he was born under British jurisdiction and his sponsorship of SR 511 which serves as a signed confession that he has known all along that he is not eligible and has perpetrated this fraud in a very premeditated manner.
Mr. Obama needs to be arrested and charged immediately. An investigation also needs to be launched simultaneously to secure from our halls of governance the rest of the treasonous vermin who have knowingly enabled Mr. Obama’s insidious attack on our constitution and our sovereign Republic. f this is really an important issue for you you need to do what I have just done and that is tell the people soliciting funds for their candidate you are withholding contributions until they take up a stand for the Constitution and support Sheriff Joe’s call for a Congressional investigation. I support Paul but you can send the same letter to Romney, Santorum or Newt, just change the names or add you own comments. All need money and if we can get thousands of letters like the one I sent we may get someone’s attention. Also, do not forget the flood of requests you are getting from candidates on all levels, House, Senate, Governor, state representatives, judges, county commissioners, and especially your local sheriff. All we are asking is hat base don the forensic evidence discovered by Sheriff Joe that they all investigate with an open mind.

I understand why this is a hot political potato and has been avoided up to now. To have brought up the issue would of been to face mockery and ridicule, but now we have the required evidence. As I hop you are aware, on March 1 Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio released convincing evidence the long form birth certificate and draft card registrations are forgeries. He also reported that vital information has been removed from the National Archives that would settle once and for all whether Obama was born in in Kenya. This issue has to be taken up and Paul can reasonably and justifiably request a Congressional investigation. Such a move would revitalize his candidacy and illustrate his absolute adherence to the Constitution. He also would not be ignored. Paul’s base of support would grow as over 55% of Americans question Obama’s eligibility. Obama could not ignore Paul. The MSM would have to and would most probably delight in reporting his comments.
This needs to be done now. It has to become an issue. Right now the campaign is losing steam. This is the issue that will reinvigorate it. Romney and Santorum will have to confront the issue along with Gingrich. It needs to be done now and not later.

I’ve done pretty much the same thing. I get calls from the RNC and tell them I’m giving one more cent to them unless Obama is exposed. If enough people do the same then something will happen. I’m convinced that this is the real issue and not the libya thing. I think they will not bring up the eligibility issue so much but use that other charge to make it stick. Eventually I think it will all come out. Obama is an ugly rearing of the usurpation and people and most in congress don’t want this either. I’m sure members who might otherwise object to normally protect Obama have been told they had better go along with this or they can go down with him. I could be wrong but I’m sure it is something close to that assertion. Its about time this has started. I want to see a full conclusion to this impeachment and I want to see them walk this fool out of the white house and put him in a supermax. This is the first news that has really given me hope.!! John , I understand your frustration, but If you know anything about Ron Paul you know thet for over 30 years he has been exposing the dismantling of the constitution and decrying the loss of our freedoms, and the rest of congress just laughs in his face.
Maybe he’s been too busy writing legislation to repeal the NDAA and other such unconstitutional outrages to be able to be on top of this thing while running for the presidency.
If he can’t somehow win the nomination, he’ll have no further voice in government since he’s not running for congress again.

Ron Paul said six months ago that Obama’s position of using U.N. authority to wage war was unconstitutional and was an impeachable offense, but congress just ignored him until Panetta and his generals waltzed into congress to rub their faces in their hubris in allowing this nonsense to go on.
As for the eligibility question, there have been numerous attempts to bring this as a matter of law before the supreme court, and each time they have declined to hear the matter. Just like any other crime, you can’t punish the perpetrator without due process, so your enmity should be directed at the cowards in the supreme court, for dodging their duty in ruling on this matter.
I think that Ron Paul is probably on top of this, time will tell.

Congress is failing to explain why they are not broaching this subject of ineligibility that is so detrimental to the well-being to the people of this land.
Why has Congress allowed media to be controlled by 90 percent or so by a segment of America who are giving out false and biased information to the American public. This should not be. There should be, and may be laws in place to prevent the takeover by news outlets who are using this to misinform and uninform the public of the Truth of what is happening in this country. The American public needs to stay informed in order to be prepared, to invest to promote and build upon needs. This slanted and malicious journalism that is being conducted in America today is being used to herd the public into a corner and used to subvert this nation. This MUST be stopped. Those who are charged with the responsibility of overseeing the security of this country needs to take the time to see this monopoly of the news StOPS immediately. Americans have been inundated with various instruments of technology over the years and have become dependent upon this. If this inundation has been allowed, then the safety of the American people should be thereby accorded. Those who are using this technology to weaken and confuse the American people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We intend to remain a free people one way or the other. It would be wise and prudent to assist the American people in this endeavor to remain a free people, for we know no other way to live.
